ASilaOne unit was fine. The heat pump unit needs some new parts as it is 11 years old and sitsc in the roof under the southern sun and is just getting worn down. So Rob from Sila recommended the parts that need replacing. Very good company that I have used for that to perform these twice yearly checkups. Highly recommended.- Perry T.

ASilaI’ve had an annual maintenance agreement with SILA for several years. On today’s visit, service was excellent as usual. I always feel that the technicians give my system a thorough check. Last year, I had a no heat situation and SILA responded within a couple hours. That is the reason I will continue to have an annual maintenance agreement.- Laurel C.

ASilaMarcus was prompt and polite. He did our 6 mo inspection of our furnace and investigated when I described how our smart thermostat would restart when heat was engaged. He discovered a crack in our heat exchanger which caused the unit to overheat and cut power to the thermostat. The main office got back to us promptly with an estimate, ordered the part, and we had it fixed within a week. We have used Sila for A/C repair, furnace maintenance, and plumbing and have nothing but the best things to say about them. We look forward to continuing to rely on them!- Lia R.

ASilaUsed Sila for two central AC installations and misc repair calls. Quotes for the installations were probably not the lowest available but I have been impressed with the skill and efficiency of their technicians and they have always been very responsive on any service calls. He prepped the area and waited patiently before getting right to business. AJohn cleaned my carpeting and did an amazing job! The carpeting on our stairs and hallway was dirty and worn. I have had it cleaned almost once a year, but evidently it was cleaned improperly. In the past, too much soap and the wrong type of soap was used and left a residue which picked up dirt. John was able to remove a lot of this residue and it helped the appearance of my carpeting.The cost was higher than I anticipated, but i received a much better job than on previous cleanings. John also has the proper equipment for doing a great job.

AWe have had our carpets cleaned multiple times. The carpets never looked as good as they do now. The upholster cleaning was amazing! We had an older person, at our home, that had incontinence sitting on our sofa and chair. The smell and brightness came out and our furniture looks new. The carpet has one spot that over the time of the carpet had developed a ripple. You can't tell where the ripple was! We were so pleased with the work that we gave the person a tip for the excellent work.

He got out stains that I didn't think would ever come out, and he was so thorough with excellent cleaning on all of the rugs (which had not been cleaned in a while and showed it). AI contacted Shiny Carpet Cleaning about some discoloration in my wool rug that I was pretty sure I caused when trying to clean some spots myself. Shiny Carpet Cleaning were really friendly and set up an appointment the next day. When the service person arrived, he looked at the rug and admitted that he didn’t think that he could fix it and explained why. He didn’t want to see me spend the money on trying if it wasn’t going to work and said that I wouldn’t be charged for the visit, which I was not. I also received a very nice follow-up call. I really appreciate that and will be looking for opportunities to use Shiny Carpet Cleaning in the future.
