    Kim Johnson Designs
Kim is an extremely talented designer, incredibly personable and approachable. She really listens to your wants and needs, and works to incorporate your living style, and budget into the plan. Kim has a beautiful portfolio of completed projects which show a varied range of design styles and budgets. All of them are stunning, and you can see the little touches that make the space more functional, without losing style points! I am equally comfortable consulting with Kim on paint projects or whole room makeovers. She connected me with very talented artisans who crafted a beautiful custom cabinet that perfectly fit our space and needs.

Michael Nash Design Build & Homes
Fantastic. Very responsive and professional. Devotion to your satisfaction. They even installed free drapes--the hallmark of their full remodel--after just fixing things that took the toll of time and daily use: cabinets, grout, shower doors, paint, granite finish. And we got beautiful new drapes installed. Such a kind, gracious gesture! Blew me away. It's rare these day to see a company so dedicated to its customers years, after the actual remodel is done. We are ready for a new kitchen and master bath soon and this will be the THIRD Michael Nash masterpiece. Not even considering anyone else!!! Why not continue with the best, most reliable, proven company? Do yourself a favor and buy peace of mind and life long, responsive service. You will be treated like family. It simply doesn't get any better in any area. We've dealt with a lot of contractors and Michael Nash are simply in a class all of their own! Service and excellence!

    Keystone Kitchen Cabinetry
Michael Race and his crew are inconsistent. They disappear for months at a time, do not show up or do any work on my home which significantly delayed my move to my new home.  Their delay cost me about $12,000 in extra interest on my mortgage.  Mr. Race does not call me back in a timely fashion after multiple attempts on my part to reach him.  He comes up with excuses and emergencies about why he didn't contact me, then I found out that he was doing work and estimates for other customers, such as some of my friends and my brother, who refused to use services until he finishes work on my house.  It has taken over one year for him to do the work named above, and he still has not completed items such as: basement door handles not installed, 2 glass doors in the office not installed, utility door has no screen and is warped, paint work not completed, shelves not yet installed in some cabinets, door bumpers missing in places, cabinet drawers which don't close properly, outside gate is warped.  Unfortunately, a new shed he built violated county codes resulting in my being assessed a $1,000 fine for his mistake. Many times over the past year I called Michael who did not respond in a timely manner.  I am tired of this cat and mouse game.  He owes me $4,600 in work, I have paid him close to $100,000 over the past year for the projects mentioned above.  I want the work to be completed or else have my money returned so I can move on to other contractors.  Because of his inconsistency I used other contractors to work on my other residence.  The following contractors offered very good prices and did expert work to prep my house for sale in only 3 weeks: Martin Hermoza painted the entire house beautifully and refinished all the wooden floors, Domingo Reyes did top quality Tile work in the kitchen and bathrooms, Mahamoud Naceer replaced my windows, DC Appliance Company repaired my stove and dishwasher within 24 hours of my calling them, Rino del Cio did the best yardwork I have ever seen, Sandra's Cleaning Maid Service left the home sparkling, Stanley Steemer brought the carpets back to vitality and Moxie Pest Control eradicated problems immediately after I called them, among others.  This amount of work was done in 3 weeks at a fraction of the cost that Michael Race charged me.  Michael Race gets an poor rating because comparison has shown that other, better choices are out there.  I look forward to any recommendations for any contractors who are responsible and can complete the tasks I mentioned that Michael Race has neglected.

    Loayes Painting
The project was very smooth from start to finish.  Edwin's guys showed up on time at 8:30am everyday (sometimes early!) and stayed until 5:30 or 6:30 each day.  Our project was quite large and we anticipated about two weeks of work but they were able to finish in 6 days with 4 guys.  We've used Edwin twice before and have always found him to be really good to work with.  His prices are reasonable and his guys are great about getting everything just right.  They followed through on all our tasks and when we wanted things changed or tweaked a bit they did so with no problems.  What I appreciated was that Edwin checked in with us periodically, had his brother accompany my husband to the store when we had trouble finding the right door, and he was there the for the final day of repairs to make sure that everything was exactly how we wanted it.  He's great!  I am a super perfectionist and I really appreciate that he gets that and does his very best to make everything right.  We will definitely be recommending him to our neighbors!  Thanks Edwin!

    KBR Kitchen & Bath
My wife and I walked into the store when it was somewhat slow about 5 other groups of people in the store. There were a few sales people helping the few groups of people in the store. We were not greeted by the person at the front when we walked into the store, so we started to browse. We found several different options, and we had some questions about how quickly certain cabinetry would take to arrive once ordered, as we want to get the work started soon.
There was one other sales person in the back of the store who were sitting on there phones either texting people or playing games. We walked passed them and made eye contact with multiple sales people who just ignored us even after we were the last two people in the store there was still not a single sales person who would even acknowledge our existence. Easily one of the worst experiences that I have ever had in any kind of store like this and that includes the flooring and bathroom sections in Home Depot.

    Bullseye Wood Specialties LLC
I have the highest praise for this company and wish I had contracted with them years ago to do this work. I am design professional, in business for many years, and can say without hesitation that Bullseye Woodworking is a very fine company of highly skilled professionals whose work is top quality. From our initial meeting to delivery and installation, each aspect of this project went smoothly and beyond expectations. Drawers and hardware are made perfectly and allow, finally, for organized kitchen storage. A tour of Bulleye's showroom was very impressive and photos of their kitchen, bath and cabinetry projects indicate nothing but superior craftsmanship.

    Bullseye Wood Specialties LLC
Every interaction with the Bullseye folks was easy.  Mary and Jason came to measure and assess the problem.  They knew just what to do.   The entire crew was fabulous. The measurers, the builders, the stainers, and the installers all did an outstanding job. I can finally walk into my kitchen and not see fire all over it.  They cabinets match perfectly--the color, style, the trim, the finishing--are better than new. I really appreciate their accomodating my schedule, too.  They are the best!

Michael Nash Design Build & Homes
Michael Nash is second to none in customer care and service. We've been clients for 15 years. Michael Nash essentially rebuilt our entire 1974 house around us, literally from roof to siding, to floors, kitchen, baths, basement, landscape, etc, etc. what is unique about Michael Nash is the ongoing customer care, attention to details and uncommon readiness to maintain their work over the years. Five years after the major remodel--which won numerous design prices--things are showing natural wear and tear. Michael Nash's top designer, Shawn Nazemian, personally came over to select the right paint color that would enhance the glorious design. We CONSIDER THIS ABOVE AND BEYOND! A shining example of the kind of pride and care that keeps the client happy and coming back for more. The painting crew was top notch: prompt, clean and very professional. House looks brand new again. We also had a gorgeous granite fire place installed. Shawn personally supervised the work, selected the right slab and ensured we were thrilled with the results. Still waiting for the masonry work, but as is always the case, good professionals are hard to find and Michael Nash is always worth the wait. The ongoing customer care is simply peerless! Customer satisfaction is job one. This is a full service, end-to-end contractor. We are ordering new drapes to replace the 5 year old work Michael Nash has done and already planning a new set of kitchen cabinets.

    Vienna Woodworks LLC
Richard and his team at Vienna Woodworks were absolutely wonderful to work with.  He is a perfectionist--I never had to be concerned that we would have a punch list at the end of the job.  Richard would never leave any effort he and his team undertook less than perfect.  Richard was substantially more concerned, and knowledgeable, about even the smallest details than I ever could be.  When he said that the team would begin at 8AM, they would be there at 8AM.  When he said what would get done that day, that work was completed that day.  He is friendly, helpful, focused, honest to a fault, extremely knowledgeable, and really good at his job.  His team are experts, each in their own field (painting, plumbing, tile work), and are just as nice, respectful of where they are, and helpful as Richard.  When Richard hit a snag that the architect didn't envision (in my case, it was an HVAC issue), he consulted experts in the field to make sure that every solution among those that he offered me would work. Every piece of work passed county/city inspection immediately, the first time.  He handled all of the arrangements with Inspectors and subcontractors, and timed all of the work around when each would be available, while continually driving the project forward.  He was sensitive to my vision of what I wanted, and always incorporated my thoughts into the plans.  One of the best things about Richard is that he never forgets anything.  When I asked for a few small 'fixes' around the house that I'd been meaning to get to, Richard would surprise me every now and then and have one of the small, impromptu projects completed for me.  His team would clean up each day, and my place was spotless when the project was finished--Richard brought in expert cleaners, twice, during the construction.  Richard and his team made my dream of having an office built in an empty 20 ft. space above my kitchen a beautiful, quick, and delightful reality.

    NV KITCHEN & BATH, LLC
We've wanted to get our kitchen updated for years, but we weren't quite sure who we wanted to trust with the job. We contacted a lot of different remodeling companies but we put more confidence in NV Kitchen and Bath due to their willingness to work with our budget and who they are as a company. Sean was a pleasure to work with. Even before we decided to choose them, he came to our house twice to follow up with us and gave us somw great options on how we should re-design our kitchen. I really appreciated their patience. I must have emailed them 100 times and Sean or one of his colleagues always got back to me right away. Even around 9pm! When they started working on our kitchen they came by several times to check on thw progress and to make sure my family and I were satisfied with their work. I was also very pleased with the amount of time they finished. I told them we would need them to finish up in about a week and they did everything they could to finish within my time frame. The work did not look rushed at all. Very solid quality and fast! Do not hesitate to hire them, they really know what they are doing!
