    Fit Pro Massage
I've had a few of the therapists here for the one hour massage as has my wife and daughter. I also attended a stretching workshop. All massages have been very good. Scheduling is on-line and is super easy. Nice facility.

    Faz Creative Education
We were so fortunate to have our son at Faz this past year. We cannot recommend it highly enough! Every aspect of our experience was positive. Faz provided the highest quality of care in the warmest, friendliest, most accommodating fashion. - All the care-givers were warm, loving, friendly, and experienced. We absolutely adored them, and so did our son (he never cried when we dropped him off - instead, he reached for his care-givers with a smile and outstretched arms.) They took such wonderful, attentive care of him, and were patient, respectful, helpful guides for us as new parents. Pick-up and drop-off were smooth and stress-free, and Faz's effective use of a website/app to provide updates and pictures throughout the day gave us reassurance and insight into how our little one was spending his time. - This warm, friendly attitude extended to everyone at the center - teachers from other classrooms greeted me every morning and knew my son by name. The front desk attendant always welcomed us in with a smile and warm greeting. She proactively offered helpful reminders and readily answered any and all questions. Ms. Fathia and Ms. Rania were similarly wonderful (and patient!) in all our interactions. As new parents, we had so many questions. Ms. Rania reached out to us regularly to answer them, help us get organized, and make sure we felt completely comfortable when the big first day arrived. - The building looks understated from the outside, but inside it is cheery, bright, and impeccably clean. The classrooms and common areas were all faultlessly clean, all of the time, no exceptions. Our son got sick only rarely, and usually just with light colds. (Friends from other daycares shared horror stories of repeated bouts of pink eye, etc.) This level of attention to detail characterized all of the centers operations, including security and emergency preparedness. I cried the first day I dropped my baby off and left him in someone else's care. We couldn't have been more fortunate to have the amazing, wonderful women of Faz caring for our son. I cried even harder on our last day when we said goodbye.

    Select Physical Therapy (McLean, Virginia)
The billing was fine because I didn't get a bill for anything. We have used them a number of times between my wife and I. It worked out very nicely. There never came to be any kind of a hiccup or anything.

    SELECT CARE REHAB
It worked out very nicely. She had her hip surgery on 11/ March and on 11/ May were were dancing in San Antonio. The physical therapy had a lot to do with it. She had the insurance and didn't have to pay anything. There were no hiccups. Ultimately, I also got involved with them and got treated for several issues. My wife went to them several times and I went to them several times. We went in and scheduled when. Then, we went back when we were supposed to go and did what we were supposed to do. Everything worked out fine. They were very good about it. I would use them again in future.

    Dr. Brandon Lemuel
My wife and I have trusted our spinal health to Dr Lemuel for years. My wife especially has had amazing results. She has had disc ruptures and mutliple issues with her spinal health. She was left practically an invalid prior to Dr Lemuel's regular treatments, now she is able to live and work productively. His is always generally concerned and very vigilant about our overall health condition and well being. Thanks Dr B!

    Healing Works Physical Therapy
A true healer. Extremely knowledgable and able to explain what is going on simply for non experts! Very careful to avoid further injury and gave practical insights into how to avoid future problems. Would not hesitate to go again if circumstances require.

    Thomas Raley MD
Dr. Raley recommended a steroid injection into my lower lumbar spine and the results were a major relief of my pain. He preformed the 20 minute procedure in an excellent manner. Dr. Raley is very patient-centric and people oriented. Based upon my treatment, I highly recommend this spine specialist.

Bodies In Motion Physical Therapy LLC
Mike was recommended to me by a friend. At each session, I was questioned about my progress, how my exercises were going, and was I seeing any progress. We decided that once a week in the office was sufficient unless my at home PT wasn't showing results. He was professional at all times, talking with me about what he was doing and why. Starting in November through the end of the year, I saw steady progress with range of motion and diminishing of pain. The office staff was positive and helpful and as the owner, Mike set the professional tone. I would definitely use Bodies in Motion again!!

    Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Center
I love this practice because of Dr. Cuttica and his staff.   They take their work, seriously, but are personable at the same time.  Be prepared to spend an hour or so on your first appointment because he needs time to review your completed forms and x-rays.   Subsequent visits are within 10-15 minutes wait time but you never know how busy they get due to multiple unexpected ankle issues (think the day after soccer games or rowdy concerts).   Otherwise, expect nothing but sound, knowledgeable, and skillful treatment.
Some good phone numbers to keep available are as follows:
Orthopedic Sport (to rent a scooter for approximately $40.00 per week and they deliver for $25.00) - much easier to use than crutches:    703/ 263-1325
Request the completed form for a Handicap Tag (for Handicap Parking) from the Orthopedics and get the tag from DMV asap.
If any hardware is used (i.e., screws, plates, etc.) ask for the card (at the front desk) that validates you will set-off metal detectors.  It helps to present it when going through Security check-points (e.g., airports).
Phone Number to purchase an Aircast ice machine (get the motorized one and make sure you have adequate ice):    703/ 584-2040
Family Pharmacy located in McLean, VA off Chain Bridge Road - offers free delivery:  703/ 854-1992
Ensure that you have plenty of pillows and a comforter so you can elevate your leg, foot, and ankle.
Input pertinent phone numbers into your cell phone ahead of time because getting around and carrying papers can be challenging.
A clear oversized baggie is good, also, for papers, pens, and safety pins (just in case).
The current contact information on this practice's website is for a store located in New England instead of the small store located inside the practice.  You can get the local store's phone number by asking the person behind the counter for i I recommend getting the plastic bag for your foot, ankle, leg for the shower and possibly one of the socks.  The sock is useful because I believe it is large enough to cover a cast and looks better with the boot.  I did not buy one and regretted it because I wanted to cover my toes and a regular-sized sock was tight against the skin and incision and I ended-up losing the other one (of the pair).

This practice's phone number (703/ 769-8420) has an option to leave a message for a Nurse.  I have contacted them two or three times and have received generic responses from the nurses.  If you have any discomfort (e.g., your foot and ankle swelling and rubs against your cast), do not hesitate to be persistent in getting assistance.  I believe this service acts as a first-line, common problems service not intended for more severe ones so make sure you get what you need because the practice opens around 9AM, takes an hour lunch, and then does not guarantee a response for any messages left after 3PM.   I believe this is to keep the overhead down.
I have approximately another month of treatment (one for x-rays to confirm that healing has occurred so I can resume walking on it and then a few weeks of physical therapy twice a week).  I also love the fact that the practice does not pressure or try to sell you on their physical therapy practice though I did go through theirs for mine.
