They did an excellent job working on my bathroom remodeling. He explained everything patiently and had a great attitude. Communications from the company was great during the process to get a quote, scheduling and arrival on-site. Im very pleased with the service.

    Home Tech Services
Great service and excellent work, ask Jason for advice, our bathrooms look like a million dollars for a very reasonable price, already referred Home Tech Services to a friend and they are doing a great job there too!

    Arctic Window Tinting
We needed privacy film installed on side lights and transom around our front door. We were looking for a more cost effective alternative than replacing glass. Bob responded quickly and suggested the perfect film for privacy, light transmission and appearance. Mike did an excellent job on the installation. On the appointment day, he called to say he was running ahead of schedule and if it was okay to arrive early. It actually worked out better for me. He worked professionally and answered my questions along the way. The film was perfectly cut for the 15 pieces of glass that made up the lights and transom. It was done so well that it looks like textured glass. We are extremely satisfied especially since its the entrance to our home.

We feel so lucky we found Home Tech Services. Remodeling our house was the best decision we made after hiring Home Tech Services, attention to details, honest and great customer service, finished the job on schedule and stayed under budget. Highly recommended.

    TAS Interiors
The remodeling project went spectacularly well. Our 1986 home has been amazingly transformed at a reasonable price from an out-of-date home, to one that looks nicer than the beautiful, multi-million dollar brand new Signet condominiums in Mclean, Virginia. Andre Sabbagh, the owner of TAS Interiors is by far the best builder/architect/interior designer we have ever worked with. He is a genius at coming up with designs for kitchens, bathrooms, and all other rooms that meet our needs at a reasonable price. We hired him to update our very large home so that we could sell it quickly--but he did such a brilliant job that we love so much that we have decided not to move. It is impossible to find a better builder/remodeler than Andre Sabbagh.

    Loayes Painting
We renovated our previously finished basement level after a flash flood damage. This included a family room and a guest bedroom. Edwin and his team did a wonderful job completing the 4-week project that involved removal of old flooring and placement of new luxury vinyl panels, drywall repair, installation of new ceiling lighting, demolition and rebuild of the fireplace mantel, replacement of doors, and repainting of walls and ceilings. Edwin was great keeping us in the loop and communicating with us, including any changes to the work schedule and mid-job proposals for work additional to the initial estimate due to unforeseen issues arising from original construction of the home. They were also very responsive to our questions or requests. We are very happy with how everything turned out and will plan to use their services again for future renovation projects.

    Jeff Jacobs
I don't normally write reviews, but I found Jeff on Angie's list because of the reviews others had written so felt that I owe it to other members looking for a handyman as Jeff's craftsmanship, professionalism, knowledge of the trade, and responsiveness far exceeded my expectations (and that of every other handyman I've used in the past). In reality, Jeff is far more than a handyman - he is truly a master craftsman. I told Jeff from the beginning that I wanted to do this right and not cut any corners even if that meant more of his time which would cost me more money. Jeff reviewed the scope of work initially from some photos I emailed him and presented me with options to repair the existing wood or replace everything. I choose to replace all of the wood as well as the underlying plywood so that we could open up the cavity and fully insulate it as the bottom portion of the window is cold in the winter. Jeff thought of things I never would have thought of (adding molding to the top, creating small inserts that cleanly close up the area where the bottom part of the bay window goes into the brick) and the exterior was replaced with 3/4 inch PVC that won't suffer any of the normal deterioration issues that wood will. Jeff mitered every angle to perfection. Often times contractors will do work as they see fit and never ask the homeowner any questions, but Jeff presented me with options and gave a logical rationale for his suggested approach and I went with his recommendation every time. As for price, Jeff is fair and his pricing his straightforward. It's a flat hourly rate from the time he leaves so you don't deal with the crazy travel charges or exorbitant first hour rates that others charge to compensate for their travel time. Other than a beautiful new window, Jeff didn't leave a trace of being there - no scrap pieces lying on the ground or anything else. He even went so far as to roll up the extension cord I had left for him. Jeff will absolutely be my first call anytime I need anything.

From start to finish Loayes Contracting, LLC was very professional and responsive. All of their work was done efficiently and my parents and I were very pleased with the outcome. We will definitely request their services again for other projects.

All went well. The gentleman who was doing the cleaning arrived on time, reviewed everything that was to be done and updated the quote to reflect the total number of windows involved. I also asked that he clean the window sills. He started the cleaning and completed the work in less than 3 hours. All nicely done.

    Crossbuild, LLC
Atis Lemis and Crossbuild are quite literally a criminal enterprise who will destroy your home and extort you for money and bring in other convicted felons to help him. They were and are still a nightmare. Legal action will now be necessary to try to recover enough money to complete my project. Mr. Lemis has stated to me in writing that any law suit will put him out of business so if you are doing business with him you should stop now. Nothing could possibly recover a year of my life where Mr. Lemis threatened me, endangered my pets and destroyed my beautiful home. A project that was supposed to take 12 weeks has now gone over a year and crossbuild has walked off the job repeatedly. Atis Lemis, a convicted felon, wrote the contract, set the price and wrote the payment terms. He took a 1/3 down payment and spent it all before he ever started my job. Rather than follow the contract, he then would demand money whenever he felt like it under the threat of walking off the job which he did anyway - pure EXTORTION!! He also colluded with another criminal, James Andrew Kehoe III, formerly of Orion construction and RJT, to pay him to help convince me to use his company who he then paid $10,000 of my money to Mr Kehoe in a deal that was done completely behind my back. Crossbuilds work is substandard and Mr. Lemis does not know what he is doing. The wood floor in the new room is unfinished and must be redone, builtins, which were extra, were never finished, the roofing material he used is discoloring and cracking and will soon leak. He never completed more than $20,000 worth of work in the contract and the damage to my property is very extensive. The entire front yard, including two parking spaces were entirely destroyed. My rear yard had a stone path which Crossbuilds workers destroyed most of the beautiful white stone pieces by throwing construction materials onto them. Much of my landscaping is dead and the way Crossbuild ran the new gutter system has caused enormous erosion issues. My driveway is cracked and caving in from the weight of trucks Crossbuild ran onto it. Both sliding glass doors that were installed leaked and much of the finish work does not match the original house. Two attic fans installed by Mr. Lemis do not work. Mr. Lemis and Crossbuild are quite literally a criminal enterprise. They violated multiple clauses in the contract including Material Breach of Contract, Time is of the essence and the projected completion date at 12 weeks which is now over a year and Mr. Lemis has left the job permanently as he informed me in text. Specifically, if I did not pay him more money (not remotely in compliance with the contract and all of which has been fully paid) he was never returning. If you hire Crossbuild, Atis Lemis or James Kehoe you can be sure your property will be damaged, your money stolen and the job will never be completed. If I had known of Mr. Lemis criminal past I would never have hired him nor should you. He is dangerously unstable and very aggressive. He has spent the past two summers working on a local private school. His work endangers the children who will attend that school as he told me part of roof he put in collapsed last year. CROSSBUILD AND ATIS LEMIS ARE DANGEROUS CRIMINALS. DO NOT HIRE THEM! I tried to upload photos to show the extent of the damage. Unfortunately the app did not allow me to.
