    Arctic Window Tinting
    We needed privacy film installed on side lights and transom around our front door. We were looking for a more cost effective alternative than replacing glass. Bob responded quickly and suggested the perfect film for privacy, light transmission and appearance. Mike did an excellent job on the installation. On the appointment day, he called to say he was running ahead of schedule and if it was okay to arrive early. It actually worked out better for me. He worked professionally and answered my questions along the way. The film was perfectly cut for the 15 pieces of glass that made up the lights and transom. It was done so well that it looks like textured glass. We are extremely satisfied especially since it���s the entrance to our home.

    They didn���t fix the actual problem, water pump, and instead fixed a belt and tensioner. They knew about the pump - noted it even on my invoice. The pump failed and stranded me, requiring me to get a tow and to lose a bunch of money. They gave me a credit for a portion of the repair, but not the refund I felt would be fair.

    Marco arrived and had everything he needed to do the work. He communicated to me the details once he saw the car in person and could better assess what he could do. He was very honest that some scratches wouldn't come out completely. He's incredibly honest and did a great job - a tough combination to find these days.

    They do all the maintenance on our car, oil changes, routine maintenance, plus if we need a repair I always go to them. One thing, they���re convenient and two, they���ve always done good work. They���re always quick, same day service. I���ve never had a problem with what they did. Also, if they find something that can be repaired simply, they���re honest. If they find something that they can fix quickly they���ll do it for nothing, if it doesn���t take any effort on their part they won���t make a big deal out of it.

    Working with Hilton was easy however, they contract the service out and the car carrier was a bit difficult. Not only was there a language barrier, but also a breakdown in communication between Hilton and the carrier.

    I went in to 703 Autoworks on a recommendation from a friend. I needed to have my front axle changed. I knew about this for a while but had just been putting it off. They looked at the car first to make sure that they were going to change the right part instead of going off of my diagnosis, which was a good idea lol. It ended up that's what it was so I had it done. I was really happy with the work. I also appreciated that they took the time, not to sell me, but to help me understand my car and what I needed to worry about and what I didn't need to worry about. I feel like a found a gem in this shop, definitely worth a visit.

    It wasn't a great experience. Generally, I really like them. They misplaced the cap. The put the cap on wrong so I had oil leaking. I had to go back and they fixed it for free. They replaced the cap but it was a nuisance. I go there regularly. I think they're expensive. I always use them.

    They do excellent work but they are very expensive. I found out that getting a battery would have been significantly cheaper for the same quality if I had gone to a place that specializes in batteries.

    Samsung Auto Care

    Kim is relatively new to  Samsung Auto Care (he was previously at the Shell Station (in Arlington, VA) on the corner of North Glebe Road and Lee Highway.  I took my cars (Honda and Jeep) in there for servicing.  Kim and a few other guys had been there for years.  I was shocked when I went there this past Spring (in the May-June timeframe) and discovered they had shut-down. 

    Fortunately I had the cell number of one of the mechanics (he had it listed on their business card).  The guy (Mr. Seung G. Yang) gave me Kim's phone number which enabled me to continue using these mechanics but at a different location.

    When they were working at the Shell Station, I would get my car inspected.  -Other times I would take it in for servicing.  Sometimes they found issues and pointed them out before the issues created a problem.  Whenever I took the Honda in for servicing, THEY KNOW THEIR PRICES because without any hesitation or time, they would give me a quote which was half the price (exactly half) of what Honda service charged at the time.  -They are geniuses in this sense.  

    Overtime, word got out about these guys so you would see more and more cars on their lot.  If I had to give it my best guess, the Shell management increased the rent so the guys left.
