    Referred by a friend - The owner, Paul, and his assistant, JP, are extremely professional and very customer-service oriented. I explained that I didn't want to spend much on my daughter's older car, and he was able to take out a severe dent and remove paint scratches for a very reasonable price. Quick turn-around. I'd definitely recommend.

    JP was great via email (website submitted) and the phone to set me up with an appointment.  Once Paul saw the damage he and JP wrote an estimate on the spot; and I agreed to leave the car and take their loaner car.  My car was done the next morning at the price they estimated.  They did price out what it would cost extra ($85) to pull the hood and they said they would call first if that was needed but it was not.  The dent is completely *undetectable* and Paul is a master at this after 16 years!  I cannot recommend them highly enough.  This is probably the best auto repair experience I've ever had.  Check out and for great examples of what they can do.

    On my way to work I stopped to put air in a low tire. I noticed a screw between the treads. My usual repair place said they no longer repair punctures with plugs and didn't have patching tools available. I drove to the a nearby tire place which my children have used successfully (after extensive internet price searching). They were very busy with people waiting in the waiting room but I was promised my tire would be fixed and I would be on my way in 90 minutes. I set down and started working on my computer.
    I've rated this company very highly and this is why. I observed and overheard the following: A service technician came up to the service desk and reported that the vehicle had failed inspection because the rear view mirror was damaged. The person working the desk called to get a price for a replacement. It was obviously high and he challenged his supplier. Got some information about replacing just the glass and other options, he then called another place, and also pressed them for a less expensive solution. Called the first place back and continued. This went on for some time as he worked through several vendors and several option before he found the best solution. He then called the owner and explained the situation and the cost. While obviously upset that repairs were required the owner had little idea of how hard Goodyear Tire and Rubber had worked in his behalf. I don't think very many dealers would have worked so hard to save a customer money. It was obvious that this repair was going to be needed and fighting for the customer's benefit was probably not fully appreciated.
    Goodyear has free puncture repairs. in 90 minutes I was on my way and the tire has held pressure.

    They are very responsive. They are a prime for my insurance company. They do really good work. They get it ready when they said they'd get it ready. They are very nice, punctual and the estimate was quick and there was never any trouble. The two guys who I dealt with were very professional and knew what they were doing. I left the car and when it was ready I went to pick it up.

    Perfect Paintless Dent Removal
    PERFECT. They showed up on time, worked on the dent, came back until it was done and charged a very reasonable amount.
    They are very nice people,  and did excellent work.  I would call them again and would highly recommend them. They even asked me to get a bottle of touch up paint and they covered the spot where the paint had peeled. Good people. Great work.

    The provider of services (Jesse) showed up on time.  We discussed my expectations and he assured me that I would be very pleased with the results.  He spent 3 hours cleaning, polishing, buffing, and removing little scratches and dings.  My car hasn't looked this good in years!  He was courteous and professional and informed me of additional services Mobile Car Doc provides if I was interested in having the car re-painted. 
    I will use this service again and can highly recommend it.

    It ended well. My wife's downtown car (with 400 car door dents) is a 2004 Toyota with 60,000 miles. Perfect, except not smart phone friendly. I had an auto blue tooth for her iPhone installed for mother's day. It turns out this particular model of Toyota has JBL speakers, a Harmon Karden amp and a Toyota tuner, not the standard car audio system. They couldn't get rid of a base hum in one channel of the blue tooth. We returned it a couple times. Each time they pronounced it ready. It still wasn't right. They tried very very hard to make it as good as possible but ultimately gave us three choices 1) take it as it is. 2) remove it and refund our money or 3) install a state-of-the art, complete blue tooth radio/CD/amp for what we have already paid. We chose the latter and are pleased. I was pleased with their professionalism. I am confident they know what they are doing. And I was pleased that they were adamant through all of the back and forth that we would be pleased when they were done.

    They were very pleasant, responsive and professional. I had filed a claim with Hartford and was referred to FCAB as an and quot;approvedand quot; shop. FCAB actually called me to set up an appointment for an estimate. I went in and they quickly gave me an estimate and asked if I wanted the work done. They never told me that Hartford had not accepted liability and that I WOULD BE PAYING for the repairs...and the rental car they so nicely offered me from Enterprise. They also called during the 3 days they had my car to tell me there were added repairs needed...over $200.00...there was no discussion about who would pay that. I assumed all this was covered by Hartford. Imagine my surprise when they called to pick it up today (4/30) and informed me that I would be card, no personal checks.

    The workmanship seems first rate, but I seriously felt they took advantage of my ignorance...really, I would have waited until Hartford accepted liability.

    P.S. Hartford did accept liability and reimbursed me in full.

    My car battery is dead and I took it to the store. Unfortunately they only covers 2 years warranty which i think is too short for a $120 purchase. Anyway the sales rep was very friendly and helpful and tested the battery and concluded it's completely dead and helped me find a replacement. The service is excellent. Thanks.

    The auto body work involved removing a number of dents from the passenger side of my 2003 Chrysler and repainting the affected areas.  The price quoted to me by Collision Specialist was substantially lower than the quotes given me by four other body shops.  The work was completed within just several days, and I was kept informed by phone as to its progress.   I was entirely satisfied with the result.  I was also glad I had them do the detailing, as well as the repairs, as the car now looks like new.  I would use them again and would enthusiastically recommend them to others.
