    Very well. The technician fixed the washing machine, but gave a quote for the dishwasher that made it more economical to buy a new dishwasher. He was quite knowledgeable and helpful about many of our appliances. Very reasonable charge.

    Company answered phone immediately at 9:30AM Saturday. Repair person said $95 to visit and root cause. Repair person was at home by 10:30AM. Overall, responsiveness and punctuality were terrific. Repair person quickly determined problem: objects lodged in impeller which expels water into sink. Repair person said $425 flat fee to repair. Asked about estimated time and labor cost, repairman said work would require 90 minutes requiring no parts. We noted that even providing $25 for travel (company is less than 5 miles away), that time and fee equate to $265/hr. labor cost. With evening event planned at house, there was no choice but to pay the set fee. Repair person had no way to remove standing water. We had to provide cups, a wet vac, and towels to handle water. Work actually took 75 minutes, and problem seems fixed. Labor cost = $320/hr. Repair person said company doesn't accept credit cards -- only accepting checks and cash. After work was done, repair person asked where check was from. Hearing Bank of America, repair person asked that check be made out directly to him, but that check could made out to Peaco Appliance Service too (that's what we did). Summary: 1. (+) Responsive and punctual 2. (+) Quickly determined problem 3. (+) Fixed issue -- dishwasher expelled water 4. (-) Repair person needed tools and towels from home to do work 5. (--) seriously expensive 6. (-) odd asking that check not be made out to company If you're in the desert and dying of thirst, they will have water and you will PAY for it. If you're not in a crisis, there are probably a lot of companies that offer much better cost and value.

    With the help of Mark and the Repair99 Techs and photos of the broken dryer parts, the correct replacement parts were ordered for the repair. Then Tech Marcus did his magic and within 30 minutes had the dryer back up and running like new again! Will use Repair99 again for sure!

    Came right on time! because of a squeaking noise and little suction, repairman immediately told me what could be done and price of each option. He wound up having to take entire dryer apart to fix the situation. Afterwards, he cleaned up! - and then decided to RETAKE the entire dryer front apart because it wasn't perfectly done. Price was very reasonable for the work and time involved, and the repairman (wish I remembered his name) was polite and up front with what he was doing and what each cost was, without my asking. Couldn't be more pleased - he certainly deserves an "A" rating.

    Things did not go well. The first technician looked at the fridge and said he would need to price replacement cooling coils and left. I expected an email within a day. I did not hear back from Wooten for 4 days and I emailed them. I was then told that the first tech "suggested a different technician check out the fridge because he couldn't get an exact diagnosis on it." Then Wooten sent a second Tech out 4 days later. This tech basically told my husband that nothing was wrong. He vacuumed the back of the fridge and left. Needless to say, this did not fix our refrigerator problem. I paid $139 to waste 8 hours of time (two 4 hour windows) and to not have my refrigerator fixed.

    I called All American to check the availability to fix our electric oven. Bonnie answered the phone and was great. She quickly answered all of my questions and provided the name of the technician who would do the repair. Mark, came by to inspect our oven and fix the issue. Once diagnosed, we had to special order the part. Mark returned with the part on the appointed date and did an excellent job. Very satisfied customer.

    I have never been more upset with an appliance repair service than I was with this company. A technician came out to diagnose why my ice maker was not working. After a few minutes, he determined that it needed a new water valve. He told me if he had the part at his office he would return the next day. If not, he would come in three days. Either way, he assured me that he would get back to me within 24 hours to let me know. After three days, I had not heard from him. This was a Friday. I called the number on my repair slip and got a very rude woman with a thick accent who told me that she did not think the technician would be out that day. When I tried to pin her down about timing she became very annoyed. The technician called me back a few minutes later and told me that he would be by my house that day to install the valve. When he arrived he said that he could not install it because the refrigerator was too heavy. He promised he would return first thing Monday morning with another technician to install it. I waited until 10 am on Monday, but no one showed. I called the technician, and he informed me that they were running late, but they would be there by 12:30 pm at the latest. I waited, but they did not show nor did they call. I tried to call the technician again but he did not answer. Finally at 3 pm I called the office. The very rude woman told me that they could not come that day but that they would be at my house the next morning around 10 am. When I told her that I had another appointment that could not be rescheduled, she got very irate and told me that they moved other appointments to work me in. I told her that she should have checked with me first since I was not expecting them the next day. She then said that they could not come on Tuesday either. When I expressed my frustration with the delays, she told me it was my fault because I did not tell them that my refrigerator was so heavy. When I reminded her that her technician had been to my house to diagnose the problem and should have known that it was heavy, she called me a liar - yes, a liar. I told her that calling clients names and being rude to them was not a very good business practice in the United States, that they could keep their part and that I was taking my business elsewhere. I cannot believe that I wasted three days of my time for nothing. Do yourself a favor and use a different repair service. You'll save yourself time and a lot of frustration!
