He is excellent and incredibly knowledgeable. Since moving to the area, I am new and I have had the surgical removal of cysts. His nurse practitioner is Maggie Markie and she is equally exceptional. His staff is terrific as well and I would highly recommend his practice.

PA Frank was excellent, professional and knowledgeable. On time appointment and not to long of a wiat in the exam room. I didn't feel rushed during the exam.

Called the practice and was able to get an appointment very quickly. Was seen by Leah, one of the PA's, who explained the procedure thoroughly. Biopsy was performed while she talked me through the entire process. Excellent bedside manner.

He checks over every inch of the body and documents what he finds and is keeping track of all moles since they can develop into melanoma. I would not recommend Amy Cavanaugh for skin cancer screening, as she missed an actinic keratosis on my back, that I complained about and which was treated a year later by Dr. Uhle.

She sits down with me and talks to me. After both times the moles were removed, she sat down and explained what everything meant. She's very friendly. She explains things in ways you can understand. One thing that I don't like is that her office is a little too much like an industry that's running. She has a lot of assistants that are working for her. A lot of the work that they do is focused on superficial things, such as taking care of wrinkles and making your skin look better. To me, it seems that these are not essential health concerns. In terms of cancer prevention and things that may cause concern, I feel very comfortable with her.

She performed a thorough exam and answered our questions concerning certain moles, marks on my son's skin. She also gave recommendations for sunscreen and teenage skin care. Gave a "B" in office environment only because there was no reading material in the waiting room and I forgot to bring a book!

I have been seeing this doctor for probably six or seven years now. The whole facility is great, everybody's friendly. They take interest in what you're in there for.

I am happy that this dermatologist is here in Williamsburg. I felt that they were knowledgeable and caring and I would recommend them to anyone looking for someone local.

I've seen significant improvements. My interactions with Dr. Lily and the staff were all positive. The office itself is elegantly furnished, since the practice is a mix of general and cosmetic dermatology. The staff are friendly and helpful. Dr. Lily is popular, so you might have to schedule a bit in advance, but she doesn't overbook. I've never had to wait more than five or ten minutes to be seen. She also returns phone calls to answer questions, rather than delegating the call to a nurse.

I scheduled a full skin check-up appointment with this practice and overall, everything went great! Before my appointment, the office mailed my new patient paperwork to me along with directions to their office. I arrived to my appointment 15 minutes early and was taken back at my exact appointment time. The front receptionist was very friendly and and made small talk, making me feel comfortable. The waiting room was very clean and professional without a lot of clutter, with a wide selection of magazines. The nurse that took me back (Kathy) was also very friendly and personable. I saw Dr. Ragi for my appointment and found her knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and with a pleasant bedside manner. She answered all of my questions and at no point did I feel rushed. The only less than wonderful experience that I had while in this office was at check-out. I needed to make my next appointment and pay my co-pay, which all of these things did get done, however, the check-out receptionist seemed less than thrilled to be at work and could hardly mumble her words to me. I don't think I saw her smile once during our interaction. The check-out will hardly keep me from coming back, as everyone else including Dr. Ragi were so friendly, helpful, and polite. It was just difficult not to notice how unhappy the check-out employee was in comparison to the others. All in all, I had a wonderful visit that took a total of 30 minutes, which I was thankful for so that I could get into work. I will be back for my next appointment!
