FAcres of Virginia Inc.We had an appointment the afternoon of June 19th, 2020, no show, no call; they didn't even give a time to top it all off. I call them to find out where they were, all we got were excuses and rescheduled for June 25th, 2020 around 930am. About an hour of waiting, I call to find out where they are, "they are coming" was all I received as confirmation. When they do show up, we were surprised with an estimate $400+ over what we were originally told, paid the $1,000 via check and they took my paper land survey map for my property with them; promising they'd return it by mail or in person because they needed copies of the map and I'd receive a receipt for the payment. They deposited the money, no receipt. I call to ask where was my map and receipt, they said they will send the email that day, send someone out to finish the soil testing, and return the map. I did not receive my receipt or information pertaining to the survey done, they haven't sent anyone back out, and they still have my map. Can't get a hold of them by phone or email. THREE WEEKS of this! I am about to drive to their office to finish this and then report them to every office I can think of. Don't waste your time with them.- Nicholas B.

ANEWMAN SURVEYINGThis is an excellent surveying company. The surveyed property was quite old and had little or no survey data on record, plus some conflicting parcel boundary indicators. Nonetheless, the company performed the service promptly and provided a comprehensive report. The work was done by licensed surveyors.- Lisa D.

AAES Consulting EngineersThey showed up a few days earlier then what was scheduled, but that worked out for me since I happened to have that day off work. Plus it didn't matter much since they did not have to come inside for anything. I had to pay before they would do the work, but that makes sense to me since it was just for a single house and not a larger company. The people at the office were very friendly as were the surveyors that showed up at my house. Overall a good experience.- Gary L.

FReschedule Several times put the well site at the wrong place we had to have her come out again it cost us another $450 and put us back on time frame of 3 months having to have county re approve. Absolute worst.

ADavid and amp; his crew came out to my mother and amp; father-in-laws house as expected and did all of the yard work, removed 3 trees that were taken down and cleaned everything from top to bottom. I would highly recommend this company to any one, they will not be dissapointed. They do the work like they would treat their own family. After the job is over and they leave, you know they have done exactly what you wanted and for the quoted price. You will not be sorry. I am and will be asking for their services in the future.
