    My son has Autism & Down Syndrome and needed an eye exam. Dr. Perry was EXTREMELY patient, let my son take lots of breaks and took over an hour with us to make sure he got the best assessment possible. Christine in front was TERRIFIC helping to find a frame & fit the glasses appropriatly.

    After the eye drops, glaucoma testing and the photographing of my retina was done, I saw Dr. Barazi. My diagnosis was positive for macular degeneration, and Dr. Barazi was very thorough explaining the results of latest research and offering solutions to slowing the progression of the disease. I will be going back for regular 6 month follow ups. I know that I can call the office with any questions or noticeable changes in my vision.

    Dr. Essepian found that although he did have cataracts, a big factor in his visual problems was that his dry eyes did not slough off epithelium evenly. That was a contributing factor to his astigmatism and the doctor didn't think removing the cataracts alone would provide the vision improvement that he desired.  He prescribed drops and gel, and scraped each cornea over the next year. Eventually, he did remove the cataracts as well. My husband is very pleased with his improved vision and with a doctor who looked past the obvious problem to provide the best care for his patient. We highly recommend Dr. Essepian.

    After checking in at the front desk I was promptly welcomed and taken back for the routine testing.  They ask whether I have had any discomfort or vision concerns.  Several tests are performed for field vision, glaucoma, etc. 
    Upon completion I was taken into the doctor's examination room.  Dr. Panner did not keep me waiting but proceeded with her very thorough exam.  She refers to records of my previous visits and speaks to me about what she finds during this visit.  I  appreciate the conversation she initiates because I want to be informed.  I feel comfortable asking questions.  
    Part of my tests determine whether my current prescriptions for reading glasses and computer-use glasses are still appropriate.  Although I was getting new frames for reading glasses, I could not comfortably choose them due to discomfort from the pupil dilation.  The staff was very helpful in arranging a time for me to return and take care of that.
    Our vision care insurance is VSP and I have found that to be handled very smoothly at this office.  When I select glasses, the staff knows what is covered (or not) by my plan.

    I have been a Costco member for about three years. In this instance I have used Costco for hearing aids. Costco provides hearing tests, fittings, and follow-ups  at no cost. It carries more than one brand of hearing aid, though I went with the store label ones (Kirkland Signature 6.0). The test was thorough and I am very happy with the product (better clarity and control than my old hearing aids provided). Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The Costco price is heavily discounted against what I paid for my previous hearing aids, and I am very pleased with the product. I recommend them.

    I have been very impressed with them. It is clear to me that Kaiser cares about the health of their patients and not just getting their money. I am very happy with the plan that I have as far as medical insurances I have had over the years, this is the best coverage. I got two cataracts taken care of last year and that was $25 each was my co-pay. I have a plan that I pay a premium for and then a plan that I have with a zero deductible which is helpful also.

    The doctor was very responsive. The first medication we tried ended up being rather expensive. Even though I had some prescription insurance, it just gave me a small discount. I found a generic that would cost me significantly less, and he was able to change my prescription. I don't remember the circumstances, but we changed to a different generic. So he has no issues with listening to the patients. He was willing to listen and actually go with the changes and see what happens. That was fine. The doctors I was seeing for several years left and they gave me a new optometrist, but she's okay too.

    She's great. She was able to diagnose something for my daughter, and she did some really good follow-up. I would tell others to go see her. She's great. She goes above and beyond. One time, I was late by an hour and she said it was fine and that she was able to catch up on her paper work.

    I made the original appointment but my wife said later that she needed to see him as well. He told us both to come in and he would work us into his schedule. He did our exams together and then discussed each of our cases individually with us. He was very thorough in his exams. He related our current results to his electronic records of past exams and discussed the way forward.
    We have been very satisfied with all of the care he has provided to my wife and I since 2005.

    I needed to keep my glasses while the new lenes were ordered. Therefore, measurements were taken of my frames so that the new lenes could be cut without having the frames there. There was a bit of a hiccup where the new lenes didn't fit perfectly but was quickly corrected while I waited.
    I will use this company again for lenes and frames.
