Affordable Asphalt and Seal Coating Company
They arrived on the day agreed upon and had the area cleaned up, patched, and sealed in about 20 minutes. While I could have done this work myself, buying supplies at the local stores, they saved me a few hours worth of work and potentially ruined shoes so the price was well worth the time savings + supplies.

    H&H Paving Asphalt Specialist, Inc.
Called 4 companies for bids - 1 no reply, 1 too late, 1 came out but was a little sketchy. H & H was very responsive, came out one day, gave me a good prices since they were in my area the next day anyway, and ended up doing the job. Jerry was super nice and patient explaining the process and didn't try to upsell me on a complete demo - said that my existing pavement would be a good base. They cut around the other hard surfaces and took great care around the lawn and hauling away all the debris. They were in and out in 90 minutes (8 guys, 3 trucks) and so far, so good. They suggest we seal it in a few months and that should help it last. My neighbor had it done 4 years ago and it still held up, so that helped sell me. Would recommend without hesitation.

    Kerrigan Paving
Kerrigan Paving paved my driveway back in September and i was very happy with the paving job and those that conducted the services. Afterwards i inquired about having the driveway sealed since this was not done during the initial service. I was a little surprise by that. I was later contacted by someone from their company (possibly a subcontractor) to handle the sealcoating and i have to say i was VERY surprised by the way that which this individual represented himself and Kerrigan paving. The following are some of the texts i recieved from them. When i told the individual I would be out of town the timeframe he was looking to do the job i told him to go ahead and do the job and then inquired about payment. I asked that cause i wouldnt be home to pay him on the spot and figured i could pay him when we returned from vacation. Similar with what was done with the paving of my driveway. Their response was "We expect payment as soon as we are done with the job we do not want stiffed by a Michigan fan." I found his response to be a surprise and a bit condescending. The conversation ended with him saying "Forget it man find somebody else not interested." Then out of the blue I receive the following text a couple days later at 0200 in the morning with the following: "I'm your f**king face in go Irish " I find this to be VERY insulting and not a manner that any person should be conducting business nor something that any person should say to an individual to whom he has no clue who he is talking to. That said, i tried reaching out to Kerrigan paving on several occasions to discuss this to which none were ever replied to. Very disappointing!

    H&H Paving Asphalt Specialist, Inc.
A different contractor started the job and when I asked him for his business licence he vanished and never came back. Yes we should have done that before any work was started. I called around and realized a lot of paving contractors are unlicensed, even the ones on Angie's list. most contractors were only going to add gravel as needed. I called H&H who are fully licences professionals. They were very informative and helpful. They added a good amount of gravel over the entire driveway before paving. The driveway looks great.

    South Florida Asphalt Services LLC
Superb and tremendously well priced. I had gotten five bids and had carefully reviewed each one and met with the appraiser personally. Gus at All County Asphalt matched by lowest bid by a company that had been rated significantly lower, did not give me the same level of asphalt (no one bid for a 3" level of asphalt - but Gus included this in his price). His outcome was outstanding, his customer service was excellent (right on time, every time and his wife answered the phone every time and immediately set up an appointment). Considering mine was an "expensive" driveway, many of the other vendors did not return my calls for days and said they would come by when they were in the area but would not allow me to make an appointment. Believe me, I insisted on an appointment, which Gus, the owner of All County Asphalt provided me immediately!

    Collegiate Sealers & Paving
I am happy to report that the final product turned out very good. After providing evidence of minor areas that needed additional sealant, they returned to my home and completed the job to my total satisfaction. I would recommend them to anyone because of their professionalism in handling my situation. I intend to use them annually.

    H&H Paving Asphalt Specialist, Inc.
They did a great job -- top quality pavement. We had one surprise though -- after they removed our current asphalt and laid down the sand and gravel there were soft wet spots. They would not lay the asphalt on top and warranty the job. They said we had to wait a week for it to dry before laying the asphalt. They charged an additional $500 to leave and return.

    Capital Paving & Sealing Co
I recently contracted with Capital Sealing and Paving Co. to have my asphalt driveway extended, as well as a grading and drainage problem resolved. I choose Capital Sealing and Paving Co. based on their years of experience and many personal referrals. Donnie Hancock, the owner, personally responded and scheduled an appointment for a quote. He is extremely knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my many questions. Mr. Hancock was personally involved on the job site with his crew. The job was completed on time and they were very professional. All of the drainage issues were resolved and I am thoroughly enjoying my new driveway. The quote was accurate with no unexpected or additional charges. The job was excellent and exceeded my expectations. I am extremely satisfied. It is good to know that there are still family businesses with this level of ethics, who care about the work they deliver and their customers satisfaction. I would highly recommend Capital Sealing and Paving Co. for any residential or commercial asphalt sealing and paving jobs.

    Resurface Inc
We had lived in our home for three years before having the driveway sealed and no idea when it was sealed prior to that. I had already filled the cracks myself, Resurface only applied the sealant. It was smooth and done well, and still looks good two years later. Used the coupon that came in the mail.

    All American Paving & Sealcoating
The special covered 500 square feet for $89. The driveway had two large cracks and a couple of smaller ones. Becky at All American contacted us almost immediately after we purchased the special and arranged a date to visit and measure/assess our driveway. Our driveway measured 1,814 square feet, so we needed to purchase additional coverage at $328. The total bill was $417. Although this price is a bit higher than some of the other driveway sealers that operate in our area, this company uses oil-based sealant which binds with the existing blacktop rather than just covering the top; this product is of higher quality; therefore, we expect it will last longer. Becky told us in advance that our cracks were large enough that the sealant would not render them invisible, and she was correct. You can still see the cracks;however, they are well sealed. Because the weather got quite cold and rainy right after the service, they had to come back a second time and add additional crack filler and sand--which they also did very promptly. We are pleased with the result. This is a local company. Becky has many years of experience, and the scheduling, customer service, and sealing operation are prompt and professional.
