  Awesome! Jesse can be hard to reach initially, but once we spoke he was absolutely perfect. He was on time for the inspection and quote, identified the issue, explained the resolution, suggested preventative measures, and sent us the pictures of everything he indicated when he sent the written quote. When we accepted, he started immediately, kept us informed at every step, sent pictures of the completed work, followed up several weeks later to make sure we were still squirrel-free, and honored the guarantee when high winds removed one of the covers he placed (we didn't expect that, we just thought could replace it and charge a fee.) I recommend Jesse frequently.

  This is a fantastic company! I am so glad i picked them. I watched the two men, led by Robert, get after it immediately upon arrival. They were clearly competent and efficient. They did a top to bottom clean-up of my chimney, then Robert showed me some pictures of deficiencies in my chimney cap. I authorized them to repair it and they immediately resolved the issues. Clean-up was excellent and I will definitely be recommending this company to my friends and neighbors. Awesome experience!

  It went very well. Job took 2.5 days as it was hot and the house is 5,000+ square feet with a hip roof and severely sloped sections. Three man crew headed up by Omar arrived early each day and worked late. They did a quality job in all regards. They did their best to keep debris to a minimum and they really cleaned-up nicely afterwards. The crew politely answered any questions I had and never became annoyed. American Cowboy does not chase hail storms as many companies do. We sought them out based on their reputation. Bill Bond, the owner, was polite, thorough and answered a lot of my questions. He has years of roofing experience as do his crew leaders. Hs price was competitive and aligned almost perfectly with our insurance company's estimate. We have had two heavy rains since the roof completion and have no leaks.

  Advertised that flue would also be leaned and chjmney swept.  Rep never mounted roof to inspect cap, etc as advertised.  Said he swept chimney from inside the house rather than from the top down although I never saw a chimney brush.

  Excellent service. Originally called to have our fireplace insert replaced. Corey explained that our old Grizzly could be made to work efficiently.  He saved us THOUSANDS of dollars.  He even went up to our attic to grab some extra insulation to put around the fire box.  Really felt like we got great service from an honest company.  They are definitely our go-to guys for any future !!

  This provider went above and beyond to make me happy. Kevin the owner always called me back promptly and was especially nice. Lisa his wife is always a joy to talk to-she takes care of the office stuff while Kevin is out. 
   The employees that came to do the work where great guys and funny! It was really hard for them to get the liner down since the chimney took a slight turn. Because of this it took more to cover the wall work than I had paid for. They called Kevin and told him the situation and he said to go ahead and fix it. I didn't know this and I called because I was not satisfied with a little bit of it. That's when Kevin told me that it was thrown in for free but he wanted me satisfied so he would send out his crew to make things right and make me happy. Two days later they were spending the afternoon with me to try and make me happy. They had lots of suggestions and I went with one of them. He didn't steer me wrong. The went to Home Depot and picked out something to frame it with. They picked out one that I loved and matched other near the stove. I love it now.
  All I can say is they went above and beyond what I paid-which was less than other quotes. Everyone is friendly and sincere and act like they love to help you and you know they are sincere about it. 
  I want to thank them for putting up with me and making me happy.

  We are very happy with the work done by Stonewall roofing. Donald came over and provided us with a fair estimate. After we decided to contract Stonewall roofing for the job,we set up a time to start the work. We had to reschedule a few times because of weather, but that was expected because of below freezing temperatures. On the day the job was done, his men came very early and started working. Everything was finished by the end of the day and they cleaned up afterwards. They did a great job. Thank you.

  Tim and his staff are incredible.  I called Tim to do an assessment of our situation when, during the home inspection, we were told the chimney was unsafe.  I asked Tim for a quote to do the work to make the fireplace and chimney safe and fix a rusted duct that came out of the house off the furnace.  He came out and provided a quote with only a day of notice to meet my aggressive schedule demands.  Then, once we closed on the house, we call Tim to come and do the work.  Tim's staff are all nice, professional, and work hard despite, what looked to be, incredibly difficult conditions.  A lot of soot had been left to sit in our old chimney, which now is clean and works like new.  He and his staff covered the floor to make sure and keep the house clean.  And, the guys worked quick.  Our work was done in a timely manner.  In the Wash/DC metro area, I've had a hard time finding contractors that I would call quality workers.  A&T Chimney is among the best.  If you're questioning whether or not to go with him as your service provider, I wouldn't wait any longer.  I imagine you'll be pretty happy you chose A&T.
