Over the course of just under 5 years, ACE came to our home a handful of times for routine maintenance and clean-out for our septic system. The actual work they did appeared fine -- typical poking of the field, cleaning the filter, and cleaning the tank. The guys that came out always seemed courteous. Horrible unethical

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Owner showed for inspection only to learn he previously owned the home we are trying to purchase. He installed an unpermitted leach field. He inspect the unpermitted field did not check the permitted field. When asked him to come back out to finished the inspection he told us he did not need too. He probably sold the home to the previous owner with a failed leach field. I would never use them and I plan to take legal action through the board who governs septic companies. Now I have to pay someone else to come anus do the inspection.

They were not very thorough. The report was not detailed. Communication was poor, they will not give you the phone number of the inspector who comes out to work on your property. They told me one time they had e-mailed me reports when they had not. Bottom line- If you like communication don't choose this company.

I telephoned the company and was able to get an appointment in the same week and I was quoted the lowest price of three companies that I had inquired with.  I was given a window of time for arrival between 2 pm and 5 pm on the day of the scheduled appt.  I received a call on the day of service at 12:00 advising that the driver was ahead of schedule and would be arriving approximately 1:00.  I had ...
