    Dr. John Gonzalez, MD
He is very caring, listens thoroughly and is a great doctor.  The staff is also great to work with.  I also really appreciated that he always made sure to include my husband in all of our discussions.  I would see him again.

He seemed very nice and very knowledgeable but he just said he doesn't think there was anything he could do to help me. I think they also have a 24-hour urgent care service there and if I had a 24-hour urgent care need, I might try and get there for that. It's a pain to get to during the afternoon rush hour. The doctors have really good availability. They are right there. I don't really have any long wait. The last time I went to see the doctor, he was excellent. He was fine. The prostate guy seemed a little rough. I still have plenty of problems with my back and they haven't done anything. They did say that the thing to do before surgery was to get epidural injections. I didn't like the sound of that, but I may have to try it. My dentist said that he got epidural injections and they work for him so maybe I'll have to go back and try that. They said that the last thing they want to do is surgery, but I did see the spine surgeon and he said he didn't think he can help me. The billing is fine. I pay the copay when I go there.

    Prince William Family Medicine

. Before our appointments, we downloaded all required forms from the Pr. Wm. Family Medicine website.  Having completed this info saved us AND the office a lot of time.  (The transfer of this info to our records was not completely accurate but we will follow up with these corrections...)

Our time was valued and all staff were easy to speak to.  We were comfortable asking questions.

Dr. Gill seemed very thorough and was pleasant.  We will be glad to consider her our primary physician.

Follow-up from the lab work was prompt and helpful.  We were each given a personal id# to access their website for general and personal information (including lab work and doctor suggestions).  This should be a good way to keep track of appointments, lab results and interaction with the doctor.

It went wonderful.  The nursing staff was kind and loving (I was upset) and they as well as the doctor gave me a lot of time, explained everything to me and gave me hugs!  I will ALWAYS use them for my doctor.

    James M. Hurst, DPM
He is excellent. I've have lots of athletic injury over the years so I have been treated by any number of sports medicine guys and podiatrists and he is the best one I run into. He has hard knowledge and ability to diagnose treatment options. He uses the latest technology and it's a big plus. He is extremely knowledgeable of the whole dynamics of what happens to my feet when I abused them, too much time of the feet, too much loving for shoes as oppose to the more typical organic defects, which are easy to diagnose. Diagnosing foot problems is a little trickier.

    Internal Medicine Associates

Let me give my reason why I gave this office overall and availability score an F even though I gave high mark on everything else. Dr. Graziano was my physician. Great doctor, no issue of what so ever. The last time I had my visit there was back in Nov of 2012. Not to bored anyone with too much details, I recently came back to Internal Medicine Clinic and I was told that I could only be seen by a nurse practitioner. If I want to be seen by a provider such as Dr Graziano, I'd have to pay for a premium service. I believe the cost is something like $1500 annually. Don't quote on me on that because I don't remember the exact amount that was mentioned to me over the phone. I remember that it was high enough for me to decline and opted to search somewhere else. If you want to know for sure, give them a call. What this mean is that I have to pay this extra amount annually outside of co-pay and such. Internal Medicine clinic gets paid by the insurance company and additional annual fee by me. Time is tough enough as it is and for us to have to pay even more to be seen by a provider, I didn't think it was right. As much as I liked Dr Graziano, there are other doctors out there who are just as capable without the high fee associated with them. Through Angie's List, I found another doctor's office even closer to home that has high recommendations. Another thing, Internal Medicine charged me $25 for them to pull my medical record and put them on a CD. Another fee that I didn't like but had no choice but to pay up.

I feel like they are very thorough and they listen to my concerns. I've been visiting with this office for about five years. The person I normally see Dr. Kathleen Curtis. She has very broad knowledge.

    Hearing Solutions of Fairfax
Vivian is a topnotch hearing aid specialist and even though I am a very picky customer, worked with cheerfully until I found a pair of hearing aids I liked, and then spent several visits with me getting the settings just right for my lifestyle. All without spending a penny, until I was fully satisfied. I highly recommend them

does not pay attention. does not check orthotics. They are dispensed by the women who work at the front desk. Took me out of boot for a stress fracture too soon. Now having additional problems because of it.

    Fox Mill Family Practice
The staff at Fox Mill Family practice are excellent. The office staff is courteous and professional. The waiting area is clean, well let, and comfortable. I like the doctors are willing to spend time to talk with you about your concerns. Especially for routine well visits, they are willing to talk with you about your concerns and desires. When it comes to treatment, the doctors are not pill pushers and offer prescriptions, but also admit there are circumstances where they are not likely to help. In cases of difficult diagnosis the doctors present you with their most likely thought, but share other possibilities as well. They will not slap a diagnosis on you if your symptoms are unclear or could be the result of several different causes. In terms of pediatrics, the staff is very supportive of breastfeeding, and willing to support your decisions even if they don't agree with them. Sometimes it can be difficult to get an appointment with your preferred doctor, but not generally more than a week or so. And it is always easy to get an appointment with someone in the practice, if you are not specific about what doctor you are willing to see. This practice is great both for adults and families.
