Priority One Plumbing & Drain Services
My husband and I really messed our plumbing up trying to remodel our bathroom. I immediately began searching for plumbing help, as we only have ONE bathroom in our house. Priority 1 reached out to me immediately after I put my information on HomeAdvisor and Angie's List. Paul was in our bathroom within the hour! He was amazing! Not only did he fix the problems immediately, quickly, and efficiently; He was kind, personable, offered very helpful advice, and even gave us a few needed items for our bathroom remodel. Paul went above and beyond to fix the disaster in our bathroom that we had created. I recommend Priority 1 on their quality of work, immediate response, timelines, and customer service. The entire experience was perfect! I will be keeping Paul's card for ALL future plumbing needs.

Priority One Plumbing & Drain Services
Paul was on time, professional, skilled, and replaced our sump pump after installing a temporary one. He also loaned us his industrial fan to help dry out our flooded basement, and completed other repairs necessary to connect a new sump pump; and offered additional recommendations at our request. We will hire this company for future plumbing services.

    Fairfax Contractor
The team arrived on time every day and completed the work on schedule. The work fixed the structural problem as well as the water intrusion and musty smell. I would highly recommend them and have hired them since for other work.

F H Furr Plumbing Heating AC & Electrical
Keith Knight was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough in his estimate. He took pictures and found unexpected issues that needed to be addressed. Another company just gave things a quick look and missed the other issues (like no cut-off valve under the existing utility sink). While the other company's estimate was half the price, by the time we would have included the things he missed, it would have been close to F H Furr's estimate. Keith went into the job knowing all the potential problems and was prepared for them all, which saved time in the end. Their maintenance contract covers heating, A/C, electrical, and plumbing and is much less than my existing heating and A/C contract. They carry just about everything on their trucks, even hot water heaters. I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend you do too!

    Harvie Water Solutions
He did a good job. He's been servicing our water for years. He comes in a timely fashion. He does the work. The work is good. His price is fair. He knows what he's talking about. He does not sell you anything that you don't need. Cleans up after himself.

    LOUDOUN SEPTIC TANK SVC
We had the dreaded septic alarm go off over the weekend and determined it was likely the floats that were bad. I called Monday morning and they arrived Monday afternoon to pump out the tank and diagnose the alarm. The floats were determined to be an issue and they scheduled a repair for the next day (Tuesday). The crew arrived early Tuesday morning as promised and completed the repair in a timely manner. I watched at the end and could tell they were intent on doing the job correctly the first time. I use Loudoun Septic quite a bit. Good people, responsive, and good quality. I've never had an issue with them and they are honest.

    US PLUMBING
Badly. Suffered delays at startup in 2012. It took several months to call and get them started on our project. There were mixups and delays getting in the special equipment and materials from their supply orders, Yet Home Depot insisted on the full payment up front. Once the project was completed, everything finally seemed OK. But followup tasks were a non-entity to this company. US Plumbing ignored each/every call to repair the leaking cut-off, which they themselves installed, and which we discovered shortly after the project was completed. Then, in January 2017, the Master Bath walk-in Tower Shower this company installed failed to function. (The knob for turning on the shower would not turn at all.) Yes, we understood, given the passage of time ... 5 years ... we would incur costs. Again, they did not respond to our eMails or phone calls requesting a quote for repair/replacement of the Tower Shower. The cost for the original 2012 installation is posted, FYI. US PLUMBING, in our experience, does not honor their warranties, nor do they provide maintenance or support, once they've completed the original project. The project was CRITICAL to us, as my husband needed access to the walk-in Tower Shower while he recovered from knee-replacement surgery. He could only sponge bathe, as he was unable to enter safely the hallway bath's Alcove Jacuzzi ... sides were too high and he was taking meds which made him unsure of his balance.

    US PLUMBING
The original went well, although my husband had to hrlp carry thr old water tank from the basrment as only one worker was sent that particular day. (1) They refused to honor their warrantee. Shortly following the installation, we discovered a cutoff to an outdoor water faucet leaked when opened. They were non-responsive to multiple phone calls and emails from us pleading for them to come and repair the cutoff. (2) They refused to repair the Master Bath Tower Shower when we discovered the lever to start the shower was fixed; would not turn Five years later. (Yes, we know the labor costs would be incurred.) They refused to service their original installation. (3) Forced by (2) to call a different plumber, who seriously damaged the Master Bath Tower Shower and poorly installed cutoff to the shower and commode, thereby crippling the Master Bath. Yet again they refused to help, knowing I was recovering from knee replacement surgery. Ergo, given our seriously dire suffering, we do not recommend this firm if seeking a service provider which honors its warranties and supports future needs when they arise.

    iPlumb Home Services
Wonderful. The technicians suggested we purchase the replacement Tower Shower ourselves so as to save the costs. Was able to save a fortune by that approach to acquisition versus their company purchasing the item for installation. At their first visit, knowing it would take time to get the replacement in, the technicians corrected the cutoff to the Master Bath so we could at least use the commode. Further, because my husband was unable to negotiate the basement steps, they changed the water filter from the well water, which he had not been able to change himself. Once the replacement Tower Shower arrived, the technicians wasted no time to get it installed and correct the pipe leading to the commode which had also been damaged by the original plumber back in January. They took the time to preserve and explain the evidence of the damages we incurred. The only task remaining now is the have someone come replace the plaster board cut into the wall behind the shower by the previous plumber, as well as the additional access iPlumb needed to cut in below that first opening to provide proper cutoffs to the shower, not accomplished by the previous plumber. SPECIAL NOTE: The technicians made every effort to preserve the original tiles and integrity of the shower enclosure; great job that. All is well. The labor costs were quite reasonable given the amount of work required to cure our Master Bath Tower Shower, Commode, and poorly installed cutoff. Would highly recommend this firm for any plumbing task for their expertise and humanitarian spirit. THANK YOU, iPLUMB The pictures are of the new Tower Shower. FOR THE READERS OF THIS RATING: We have absolutely no affiliation with this firm. Just a family suffering from dire, mean, consequences imposed on us by another plumber. (They also honored the Angie's List Coupon with their quote.) Without hesitation, RATE iPLUM = A++

    Beautiful Home Services
Everything went very well. We had to interrupt the job half way through due both my and my wife's hospitalization and recovery at home. Beautiful Homes were very accommodating of the delays we needed. To give an example of their attitude I would approach the on site supervisor and say " Sorry but I realized I gave you bad instructions on this. I now want it changed." His response with a smile is " No problem we will take care of it." The work crew we had is great. The work crew became friends that we looked forward to seeing them every day.
