ATroy-Bilt ConstructionI can't speak highly enough of Troy Bilt Construction on their professionalism and their immaculate work. Mr. Woodward is very prompt and efficient from start to finish. He did exactly what he said he would do. He gave a price and stuck to it, no hidden charges or fees. He was the most courteous and respectful person I have ever dealt with. ATroy-Bilt ConstructionI'm beyond pleased with the final results of the projects! It all went Great from to start to finish! The job finished ahead of schedule. Troy finished-in a big bedroom and a beautiful spacious bathroom downstairs in my basement. I was going to put carpet in the whole thing but Troy talked me into just doing carpet in the bedroom and laminate hardwood in the rest of the area and now I'm so thankful for that advice because it looks stunning and the paint we picked out for him to put on the walls looks so good with the flooring! The whole basement looks amazing and we really loving the new FREE Delta one piece tub /shower combo that we received from Troy for signing contract before the time exspired on his Facebook Business Page Troy-Bilt-Construction @troyjwoodward amazing gift thanks for sticking to your word- that means everything!! So then after all work had been completed inside Troy and his guys went outside and built me a very nice privacy fence for my five dogs I'm absolutely love it! Now they can go outside and play and I don't have to worry about them running off. He also added steps and handrails to my back deck then he power-wash and stained the deck. Handrails and the steps which now looks amazing! Troy is an excellent Carpenter and shows great attention to detail! Troy and his guys are amazing to work with this was nothing like we was thinking it would be like it. Because it ended up being enjoyable and fun! I will definitely be hiring him again soon and I won't hesitate recommending him to all my family and friends! He is scheduled to come back and stain the fence that he built in the spring.- Travis B.

AVista Construction Group, LLCScott came completely prepared for the job that I could not even envision! He only had a picture of the plumbing sticking out of the basement cement. He asked for my input regarding wants and needs and stated his intent and approval. Then he started building that was methodical, organized and very impressive! AClassic Granite & MarbleThe entire project was completed in a timely fashion. From the quote from Home Depot throughout the project, Heather Reams kept me informed as to the process and what the next steps were. Brandon did the templating with ease and was clear to explain the process. Reynol lead the crew of installers and their work was amazing. They arrived when expected to complete the job and left the kitchen spotless and clean. I was so glad that we chose Home Depot and their associates for this project. CProper Contracting, LLCWorking with Proper Contracting was a constant struggle of false promises, lack of respect for our home and yard, unfinished projects, and highly inferior painting. We constantly had to go behind their work only to find problems (we are still finding them). Initially, we felt that things went well, but they became less motivated to provide quality work as time passed, eventually leaving with an unfinished punch list. It took a month to complete and fix painting that was highly inferior. We talked many times with the contractor about the painting and it didn't improve. Paint brushes were cleaned in my kitchen sink, and my furniture and floor had paint on it, which I couldn't remove. We were initially told that the project would take 3-4 weeks, and it took 8 weeks. Constant promises of "you will be back in on X date" never materialized until we forced it. I still lose sleep and worry that I'm going to find a major issue that wasn't done correctly. These are nice guys who work hard and are motivated to provide renovation services in our area. Unfortunately, their system of quality and follow up falls short. They addressed and fixed some major problems in our home, many of which came up unexpectedly. However, the aspects of their work I mentioned above made it a very unpleasant experience.- Diane C.

FHorrible Company!!! I hired Remodel USA to remodel my kitchen in December 2019. I was so excited about my new kitchen and the salesperson did a great job hooking me. Even the president of the company called and thanked me for choosing them. I thought I found the best company but unfortunately once they got my deposit I discovered that they are a nightmare. I called for months trying to figure out when they were going to start the work and the once they did show up they just tore everything up and left me with a huge mess that I now have to pay someone else to fix. Not one permit was pulled despite being told it was being done and that the city was asking for this or that to justify delay after delay. Then when confronted they tried to say that permits were not needed even though the city assured me that that was not correct. And confronting them was another issue all together. No one knows what is going on from the top on down. Poor communication and dishonest business practices are their staple. Don’t let these guys take advantage of another person.

AWhat a great company to work with. Always on time and work full days. Our walkout basement was completely unfinished. They finished about 1800 square feet and I couldn’t be any happier with the work. I am a glass artist and had been using part of the unfinished area for my studio and dreamed of the day when I would have a proper area to work in. I designed the studio space knowing what I would need and the room is perfect. They did everything I wanted and needed. It is everything I wanted and dreamed of. The rest of the basement is a nice open area. They built a beautiful bathroom, we have a area just waiting for a big bar to be put in place. We have a exercise area too. My husband is thrilled with the size of tv we were able to get. What we thought would be an area we wouldn’t use much has become the place we are in every evening. We still have an unfinished area for storage. The basement is perfect. This is the third project I have had Vista do for us. I won’t hire anyone else. The quality of the work is outstanding.
