ACreative Irrigation & Lighting, IncThe installation went very well!! It was installed in 2 days and works like a charm!! It is also app controlled, with a Wi-Fi weather station, which was something other installers did not offer. Mike provided the estimate, along with lots of information on all the equipment that would be used to make up the system, and he patiently answered all of my questions. Brian and the installation crew were very careful when digging and did an outstanding job at getting it done with minimal damage to the lawn. Brian demonstrated the system and nicely offered further assistance in the future if needed. All in all, I got more from this company and the system that I wanted, at a reasonable price … the other two estimates were slightly more and did not offer all that Creative did. They have already been by to winterize the system and were again, very cordial and considerate during that visit. I am very happy that I hired them. ACreative Irrigation & Lighting, IncScheduling was easy - I was given the choice of having it done right away or to wait until other houses in my neighborhood were scheduled for winterizing (opted for the latter). I was alerted of the scheduled day well ahead of time. On the day of, the crew announced themselves (with COVID masks), discusses shortly what would be done, for info about the system and whether or not I wanted the back flow preventer valve removed for the winter. They blew out all the zones for the system and let me know once there were done and that I would be bilked. The invoice arrived by email and I was able to pay online via credit card (or bank draft/debit card). The entire process was very fluid and painless. The charge for a 7 zone system was $130.- Volker R.

AIn a word "Outstanding" company and people. I am a repeat Hydro-Tech Irrigation Company customer. We moved into a new residence in May 2020. The original irrigation system in the new house had many shortcomings. In September 2020 we hired Hydro-Tech to do a complete irrigation system renovation. The sales representative, Ron Apostolakis, who redesigned the system and coordinated the project, the 6-person crew who completed the work, and office staff were extremely conscientious, hard working, and helpful. FPlease be careful with this company. They fraud me for 13 K and they did not do the work we agreed about including Fence, grading, and patio. Richard, One of the company employee took two payments for a total of 13K from me on September 23, 2020 before even start the Job, and he kept delaying the start of the project, once I contacted Mr. Ho, the company owner, he told me that he fired Richard , and he is in Jail, Mr. Ho did not want to take any responsibility. Now I lost 13K without having anything done and I have all documents proving my case upon request.

AAfter getting several quotes, Maple Irrigation provided the most competitive price for a new sprinkler installation. I booked during a very busy time for the company, so it took a couple of months before Tim (Owner) and his team were able to get us scheduled, but EVERYTHING was ON-TIME and AS PROMISED from start to finish. His team was professional, courteous, and went out of their way to minimize any inconvenience to our family. Tim was on-site both days assisting and providing quality control, so that was definitely good to see. After everything was complete, he provided me with a thorough overview of our new system and provided me with lots of advice on how to make the most of the system. I'm always impressed when I experience excellent customer service, and I was thoroughly impressed with Maple Irrigation!

AThey were recommended by a company we used for some drainage issues. Effortless experience. They arrived shortly after we reached out to them and quickly returned with a quote. Entirely touchless, we were able to agree to the job, make some changes via their website, and that part was settled. As scheduled, their team arrived and knocked out the job incredibly quickly while leaving almost no trace that they had buried sprinkler lines. Everything has worked flawlessly since day one, and I love being able to manage the sprinkler via my phone. 5 zones with total of 21 sprinkler heads. Love it!
