    Initially, the house "looked" good, but closer inspection showed a lack of care and attention to detail. FAILURES: no dusting/vaccuming behind doors; no cleaning of toilet bases; floor behind ALL toilets to cleaned; soap scum left in bathtubs; no cleaning/sanitizing of BOTH sinks in master bathroom and jack-and-jill baths; visible pet hair left on floor at base of refrigerator; sticky spill left in visible space beside portable ice maker; no vacuum/dust underneath plugged-in cables; visible crumbs left in son's bedroom; crumbs, sticky spots and greasy areas left on kitchen counters; exterior of cabinets not wiped down, ceiling fans not touched although multiple short, step-ladders were offered, total failure to honor Angie���s List offer. . . I signed up for the Maid���s Prime $189 for 8 man-hours Angies List promotion. However, Maids Prime refused to honor their own offer. I was charged $209 for 6 man-hours, which they did inform me of prior to clean. Due to lack of time, I was forced to go along with them. The ladies arrived on time and were polite. Only one person spoke and understood English, despite being verbally assured that both cleaners would be fluent in English. The ladies walked around periodically dusting something for the last 45 minutes of the 6 hours. I had to direct their attention to re-clean kitchen counters using MY PRODUCT. Ladies were pleasant when I asked them to re-clean the counters but I had to stop my own work in order to supervise them���not what I paid for!

    I had hired recurring service and had about three instances of service before I terminated. After the third service, I was told by the manager that the crew had reported having to stay later to get everything and so their prices would be going up as their contracted crews were raising their prices. I am fairly minimalist by nature and organize prior to housecleaning arriving so that they can concentrate on actually cleaning, not just tidying, so I was surprised and dubious about this claim. I was told this had happened twice (once was not possible as I knew exactly when they arrived as it was as I was leaving, and I had video footage from when they left), and the "second time" I was told they needed to stay later, my video footage showed them leaving about 10 minutes prior to our agreed upon time. I reported this (and attached the footage) to the manager who said she would look into it but I never heard back. I also sent a report of the incident to the CEO but never heard back from any upper level management. The only response I ultimately received was a non-answer from the point I asked to cancel service: "I'm sorry to hear that and we do apologize for the late response, we tried to get in touch with the team to informed them and talk about the difference in times that they had provided but we were unable to speak to them that is why we had not responded." Beyond that, given that they are evidently paying their employees as contractors, I believe there is possibly some tax fraud involved as it was not made aware to me until the incident that they were not using employees. Between this and the lack of response from any management, I believe this is a common business strategy for this company.

    The crew were good but the owner has to be the worst communicator I've ever done business with. I'm not sure whether he doesn't read my messages or whether he just doesn't take the time to make sure he truly understands what I've written. At one point I asked him repeatedly to work with me to make sure cleaners were at my house while I was out with my (very young) children, which he continually waved away because he said it was fine if we were home while they worked (I doubt it was fine for the cleaners and it certainly would not have been fine for us, as I explained over and over). Several times I almost walked away from my service after one frustrating miscommunication after another, but I came back because the crew did fine enough work. During the last incident, my husband got sick in the early hours of the morning and I did not want a crew around while he was recovering. I emailed him minutes after he became ill, then followed up with a text, hoping to reschedule. I was told that I would be charged a cancellation fee, which I agreed to pay, but I also decided to cancel my service because I have never been charged a rescheduling fee for any business due to illness and it was just one more item in a long laundry list of frustrating exchanges. What followed afterwards bordered on surreal. The owner relentlessly messaged me, ignoring my explicit instructions that I wanted to cancel my service, alternating between wheedling me about how business is done and then pretending I had never sent any message cancelling service. After repeatedly saying the same thing over and over only to be met with bizarre, deliberately (?) obtuse replies, I eventually ordered the cancellation check to be sent off and blocked the owner's phone number. I would strongly encourage anyone looking at this business to reconsider how much hassle they are interested in putting up with, because for as nice as it was having the cleaning service while they came around, I would have turned around and run in the opposite direction from this business had I any idea that I would be dealing with a business owner so wildly disrespectful to his customers and apparently out of touch with reality. I have uploaded only ten photos of our text exchange due to the AL photo limit, but rest assured that there was more to the conversation (that essentially followed the same pattern of my re-iterating my wishes only to have them be categorically denied by the owner).

    Rosie Reds Cleaning Services
    I scheduled this through Amazon Home Services. The night before the appointment, it was cancelled. I called Rosie Reds Cleaning Service and was told Amazon cancelled it. When I talked to Amazon, they told me Rosie Reds cancelled it. The Rosie Red employee told me they can still support the job so I should call Amazon and ask them to reassign it. I thought we were good until I received an e-mail the morning of the appointment stating the "Service Provider has not confirmed your appointment" I left my last day of work early and raced home for the appointment. The cleaners never showed up. I called 7 times in an hour and a half and all I got was a voice mail and a full mail box. I also texted and never received a response. I am moving out and have to have my house cleaned. I packed my broom and cleaning supplied because I thought this was a reputable company because they were represented by Amazon Home Services. Boy was I wrong, the worst blow-off I've received in 12 years of living in norther Virginia!

They are very trustworthy. They are open to negotiating additional tasks. All in all, they do a better job than I ever did in a very dependable manner.

    The company responded quickly to our request for service. Three housecleaners arrived on time for four hours of work (divided among the individuals). After the cleaners departed, there were areas that were neglected. Rather than extend the length of the dry mop totally under the sofa and chairs to dust the hardwood floors, the cleaners only dusted about 6 inches under these items. i.e. the immediately visible surfaces. The housecleaners did not wipe all areas of the refrigerator, and another stainless steel appliance. Overall, the work was just passable.

    Best Quality Cleaners Services
    After identifying dates in my initial email i spoke with the provider and the dates were booked. On the day of service i arranged for the day off work as it was a gift for a family member and the plan was to surprise them with a clean house while they were out of town. After waiting 30 mins post scheduled arrival time i called to find out what the issue was. The service provider then told me i was mistaken and had not scheduled for that day but on a different day. As the date they identified was never mentioned or provided in any of our correspondence i was confused as to where it came from. After an approximately a 15 min discussion where i was repeatedly told it was my mistake and they would not be able to reschedule for at least a week i gave up and called another company. I then provided a copy of our correspondence with our original date identified and showed there was no mention of the dates they had me scheduled for in our correspondence. No service was provide.

    We have it done on a quarterly service. On the price, I would say an A because we got rid of our other service because when the other service raised their prices they went up 38%. They came in and did a really good job and if my wife is happy I am happy. I asked her did they do a good job and she said: "They did a great job.". So, there you go, happy wife, happy life!

    The team at CPC Cleaning is fantastic! They do a terrific job cleaning our house every two weeks. They are always punctual, courteous and thorough. They are also very responsive and flexible if a scheduling change needs to be made on our end. Could not recommend them more if you are looking for someone to keep you house spick-and-span!
