    Superlative performance! I have engaged Mighty Clean Carpet Care on two occasions. First time July of 2018 again in August of 2018. They cleaned my carpeting, my kitchen floor (tile) and my 3 car garage floor. They are knowledgeable, professional and thorough. Scheduling was a breeze. They were punctual and called prior to arrival on the day of service. The technicians were careful with their machinery and were clearly mindful that this is my home. They were meticulous and nothing was damaged. They have earned my business and loyalty. The next time I need carpet and/or tile cleaned, Mighty Clean Carpet Care will hear from me.

    They could fix their price point. Competitive pricing. It took about two hours to do the work, there were two people that came out. They do quality work and they also offer a yearly contract. That's the good thing. I had the option to extend mines into a yearly contract.

    I would use them again. They arrived on time, the work was done as contracted and within the time period that they had stated. The carpets were wetter than they said they would be. They were knowledgeable, friendly and willing to answer questions. They came in, they did their job, they said it would be 3 to 4 hours and it was actually 13 to 15 hours before the carpets were dry.

    We received a time block from 8-10am for our service. Stan arrived at approximately 8:45am ready to work! He was polite, efficient and hardworking. Our carpet looked amazing after it was dry, about 8 hours later! Stan was thorough in explaining the process before/during/after service. We will use him again in the future and also refer him to our friends!

    This provider became confused by the fact that I had rescheduled our appointment mistakenly by e-mail.  I immediately sent a reply to keep original date, but never received a reply to either of my messages.  This led me to believe that neither e-mail was read and that our original date was in tact.

    The appointment was scheduled for 8:00.  I called at 8:30 to find out if they were coming to which the gentleman replied "I got an e-mail message saying the appointment needed to be rescheduled".  I stated that there was a 2nd e-mail to disregard the first message, and was then told that they would not be able to come.  All this after I had moved furniture because they do not do that.  very disappointing and I can understand where they may have gotten confused, however it's a good business practice to confirm an appointment or a re-schedule and I find it most disappointing that my e-mail/s were never responded to at all.

    We pointed out a few spots that they didn't clean. They had to move back the equipment and they were reluctant. We had to insist that they clean it. They were asking us to pay more which we refused. Overall it was good.

    Absolute Carpet Care
    Absolute sent out two technicians for an inspection prior to giving me an estimate. This is their policy. The technicians called when they were on the way over and arrived within the designated time period.
    They measured, looked at the carpet, and one of them reviewed the various cleaning packages with me. I asked him if they would be able to clean under the beds and the furniture that is up on legs. He said yes. I explained to him that we are a household of two non-smoking adults with no pets or children. We also never wear 'outside' shoes in our home. He suggested that their basic package (Carpet Refresher) or the mid-level package (Ultimate Protection) would be appropriate for me. The mid-level package includes application of a protectant and a 1 year spot/spill warranty. 
    A few days after the inspection, I called their office to schedule the cleaning, having selected the basic package. Two different technicians came to do the cleaning, also within the designated time period and with a call when they were on the way. They put mats down on my hardwood floors to protect them from the hoses attached to their cleaning equipment and quickly went to work. They also used a large fan to help speed the drying process while they were working.
    When they were finished, I asked if they had cleaned under the beds. The technician told me that they only cleaned 1 - 1.5 feet under the beds. He said that their equipment doesn't fit all of the way under beds and that I would have to buy the top level package (more than $700. more) which would include them moving the furniture. Based on this new information, It was clear that they didn't clean under the furniture either. 
    I was very disappointed and called Customer Service before the cleaning crew left. I explained that the technician who did the initial inspection had provided me with misleading information and I was very unhappy about not having the carpets cleaned under the beds. I noted that the inspector should have known what the cleaning equipment looks like.  The Customer Service rep told me that I could purchase the more expensive package and have the furniture moved.  She failed to understand that the important issue was not about moving furniture - it was about a technician providing false information during the inspection.
    It's difficult to provide ratings.  The technicians were courteous, they arrived on time,  and the carpets are cleaner.  But, I just can't give a high rating to a company that misleads and doesn't appear to care about their customers once they've been paid.  Absolute sent me a satisfaction survey to complete.  I shared these same comments with them and received no response.

    In 2014, we had a water problem in our basement that required the removal of wide swathes of carpet in the finished basement of our home (bought in 2013).  We tackled the repairs in stages and the final stage was completed by Ayoub.  Not knowing if new carpet could be seamed to the old or if we would have to replace the ENTIRE basement, we contacted Ayoub.  First, they went out of their way to accommodate my schedule for the initial review and estimate.  Lou was GREAT!.  No pressure to purchase right away.  He first took a look at the basement, answered all my questions, took measurements and a sample of the carpet.  Price, costs was never discussed until he had all the information which I  thought was very refreshing.  A few days later, samples arrived at our house for us to check the match (at no costs to us).  Lou then called back to make sure we were happy with the samples, and with two estimates, based on our conversations.  Once we decided what we wanted done, we schedule the install for early September.  Ayoub's crew (sorry, but I forgot their names) arrived on time and completed the work efficiently and professionally. As with the previous basement project, it was as if it never happened!  Is the carpet a perfect match, no but we are very pleased with the choice, the install (cleaned and even swept the new and old carpet) and the service that Ayoub provided.  Please note that the only reason I gave them a B was because we tackled this in the summer and they were very busy with other jobs, but once we made contact, no problems at all.  Linda was a great help!

    The provider showed up on time, did an estimate based on square footage, and presented the estimate to me before starting work.�� He projected it would take about 2 hours and that's almost exactly as long as the team required.�� They were courteous and seemed to care about the quality of their work.

    they called with a reminder the night before and 20 minutes before their arrival. Ultimately, they arrived on time. They toured all the areas to be cleaned and determined how to best clean them. They helped move any items that needed to be moved prior to the clean. They finished the clean and removed all their equipment. I thought everything was perfect until I realized how wet and soapy they left my carpets. I used my own Bissell to remove as much extra water as I could in the master bedroom. However, it took 3 days for all my carpets to dry.
