    Smart Choice Mobile Auto Detailing
    Absolutely first class! Car looks and smells like new. Got every nook and cranny spotless, even those I couldn't reach. I highly recommend this firm, the owner is a real professional, he communicates to ensure your expectations are met. He exceeded all of mine! Can't wait to have my other car done!!

    Marco did an amazing job on the interior of my car. He comes to your house and takes his time to get everything done. He has all of his supplies and even brings a small water heater to make sure the carpets and chairs are cleaned properly. I had YEARS of pet stains, coffee stains, dog hair, and pen marks... they are all gone. The work was well worth the price. Throughout the whole visit, he was very trustworthy and professional. Marco also has a very kind and comfortable demeanor. I have already suggested his work to my friends and plan on using his services again in the future.

    I contacted other companies as well, and all the other companies told me what car battery they recommended (brand and model), how much the battery would cost, and how much the installation would cost. Lorton Auto Center was the only company that just told me "$187 plus fees". When I inquired as to what battery brand and model, I was told to "Google" the top of the line Interstate battery. When I asked if it was the Interstate Mega-Tron Plus battery, I was told "No, its the "Mega-Tron" but not the MTP. In this case, their battery is not the top of the line Interstate battery, because the top of the line is the MTP. When I told him, then their price is way too high, I was told that "That price includes the install which is $60 so the battery price is about the same, FYI". Well, no it is not the same, because the battery is a cheaper Interstate battery. I have dealt with curt people before, but this person (John Briones) was very rude. I was just trying to see what battery they recommended and how much it would cost for the battery and the installation. I thought I would try them because they received high marks on Yelp and because they are very close by to where I live, but after this experience I will definitely never go there to get any work done on my vehicle.

    Premier Collision Repair
    I went to Premier Collision and could not have been more pleased with their service. I emailed some photos and got an online estimate within a couple of hours. I took the car in and had them order the parts. They had me wait until the parts came in before I dropped off the car so I wouldn't be without it for too long. They estimated the repairs would take 7 days. I got a call 4 days later and my car was done. They put a rush on it without even asking so I could have it for a holiday weekend. The repairs looked like new. The estimate was below others and my Angie's List coupon saved me $200. I ended up saving $500 over what I would have spent if I had taken it to the collision center my insurance recommended. The staff were incredibly nice and didn't push any extra repairs or service on me that I didn't request. I will definitely be recommending Premier Collision to my friends.

    Their price was very good. It takes them 3 to 4 hours to complete the work. Their waiting area is clean. The workers are knowledgeable. They could improve on their shuttle service. It is way too long for customers to wait. The last two times, they have been slacking a little bit.

    It looks like new. They got it in and out in a day. Super nice bunch. Great work and a discount for Angie's List members that I don't even have to ask for. I'm a huge car fan, hand wash and detail all my cars because I don't trust car washes, and they get my approval.

    They are a no nonsense kind of company. When one goes in there they tell you what is really wrong. They are very efficient and i believe their customers are repeat customers. I think with them having more high end vehicles you should expect to pay a little more. They have loaner cars for their customers.

    They are a little over priced but they give you rental cars and really take care of you. I came in contact with three people. The intake folks, service provider and then the rental car person. They are all vary good.

    The intake people seem to be a little disjointed right now, they used to be very smooth and professional. They just need better coordination.

    I am sure that they were good because we generally price things and go with the least expensive. They did it in just a couple of hours. They were all nice and professional. It was pretty much the same. They didn't clean it or anything. Convenience...they are near by. They are always quick to take our cars in when we call. They can usually take them in the same day and the price and professionalism. They guarantee their tires.

    I know the car buying/leasing process is a pain for people and I realize this dealership has not always got the best reviews. My purchase journey began about a week ago with some internet browsing and a request for more information from Alison Shine. I didn't receive unwanted phones calls pressuring me to come in. Just some simple back and forth and an agreement for me to come by Friday Night. Fast forward to Friday night and after touring a number of vehicles came that dreaded talk numbers part of the process (Enter the strong arm sales manager). After a brief discussion with Nathan Hallaway an Alison on expectations (lets face it, I wanted a good deal...they want to make money....lets be adults and meet some place we both are satisfied). We had a nice back and forth (it did have the traditional lets make the guy way) on price and eventually arrive at an agreeable number. At this point its late and while both Nathan and Alison could have gone the route of hey we have to do this deal now...they chose not to. They said go home talk it over with the family and we will give you a call in the morning. Which I ultimately did and other than the paperwork process taking too long (had to wait an hour just to get into finance I would say its a flawless experience. Jerry had us in and out of finance in literally 45 minutes (and he entered my kids). I can't complain at all. I have not had a chance to visit service yet but will be later this week for some accessories to be installed. All dealerships have ups and downs but when it matter Alison, Nathan and Jerry at all times respected my requests and I believe it went a long way in ensuring a terrific experience.
