    I contacted other companies as well, and all the other companies told me what car battery they recommended (brand and model), how much the battery would cost, and how much the installation would cost. Lorton Auto Center was the only company that just told me "$187 plus fees". When I inquired as to what battery brand and model, I was told to "Google" the top of the line Interstate battery. When I asked if it was the Interstate Mega-Tron Plus battery, I was told "No, its the "Mega-Tron" but not the MTP. In this case, their battery is not the top of the line Interstate battery, because the top of the line is the MTP. When I told him, then their price is way too high, I was told that "That price includes the install which is $60 so the battery price is about the same, FYI". Well, no it is not the same, because the battery is a cheaper Interstate battery. I have dealt with curt people before, but this person (John Briones) was very rude. I was just trying to see what battery they recommended and how much it would cost for the battery and the installation. I thought I would try them because they received high marks on Yelp and because they are very close by to where I live, but after this experience I will definitely never go there to get any work done on my vehicle.

    Their price was very good. It takes them 3 to 4 hours to complete the work. Their waiting area is clean. The workers are knowledgeable. They could improve on their shuttle service. It is way too long for customers to wait. The last two times, they have been slacking a little bit.

    They are a no nonsense kind of company. When one goes in there they tell you what is really wrong. They are very efficient and i believe their customers are repeat customers. I think with them having more high end vehicles you should expect to pay a little more. They have loaner cars for their customers.

    They are a little over priced but they give you rental cars and really take care of you. I came in contact with three people. The intake folks, service provider and then the rental car person. They are all vary good.

    The intake people seem to be a little disjointed right now, they used to be very smooth and professional. They just need better coordination.

    The technician didn’t look at all like he knew what he was doing and I wasn’t happy with the service completed.  I did mention to the service manager before work was done that $700 seems high.  The manager said I wouldn’t need to pay that because they have coupons.  However, when I came to pick up the vehicle I was required to pay $700.

    You get what you pay for. They are very professional and stand behind their work. I don't have to stand there and argue with them about something that was done. If I have a problem I can take it back there and they will fix it; they don't give me the      runaround.

    I called Phil Rolfe in the morning advising him of my interest in a vehicle presented on the L1ndsay website.  Phil made my experience as timely and efficient as possible as I reside a notable distance from the dealership.  All was in readiness when I arrived for a test drive. The price of the vehicle was explained to me.  It was most acceptable.  There was a nominal wait time until the vehicle was prepared for delivery, paperwork completed and the time it took for both Phil and Fino (sales manager) to ensure complete customer satisfaction.  Phil is the consumate professional coupled with decades of military experience in the US Coast Guard retiring at the very top enlisted rank.  Phil is the GO-TO for Trucks.  Be sure see his personally owned truck while wearing sun glasses when  you visit!  FINO>>>Everyone who has experienced L1ndsay in Manassas knows Fino.  You are an 'insider' knowing Fino!  I was shopping Wegman's in Woodbridge Friday AM and parked near two other Grand Cherokees with the L1ndsay sticker.  I returned from shopping and found the two other Jeep lady owners packing up.  We took the opportunity to visit.  We all agreed that we LOVED our Jeeps, that the L1ndsay experience was most pleasant and that Fino has amassed a groupie fan-club!  Fino makes the L1ndsay experience so personal it's like you found that long lost friend you've missed so much for so long! Well, one might think that all of the above is fine-and-dandy,  BUT WAIT, THERE's MORE!  I had to leave my 2002 Jeep Wrangler Sahara at L1ndsay that was not a trade-in when I picked up my new Grand Cherokee.  Phil was kind enough, the next morning, to take his time to drive from Manassas to Mason Neck, fetch me, then drive me back to the dealership so that I could retrieve my Wrangler.  Wow -- now that is Customer Service to the MAX!  Awesome Phil!  This tome would not be compete if Ashley was not mentioned.  Ashley is the Business Manager who is timely, efficient, personable and patient!  The crew who detailed the Jeep made it most presentable for delivery.  Again, if the above was not enough -- there's more.  The purchased Grand Cherokee is my SECOND from L1ndsay Manassas.  I'm a 'round-tripper' having experienced L1ndsay Manassas not once but TWICE.  It was just as good, even better, the 2nd time than it was the 1st!  Thank you Phil for creating another great L1dsay experience.   I'd thank Fino but he's too busy making sure that L1ndsay customers are personally welcomed as family and as best friends.

    The team at Precision is awesome!  From the moment you pull in, to the last detail, this team is all about customer service!  Gail is just super and shared with me where they stood throughout the repair.  The work was top notch - and when I discovered a minor electrical matter that affect headlight aiming was missed during the initial repairs, Tazos and the team gladly took the vehicle back and made the additional corrections.  Precision has an arrangement with Enterprise Rental Car that adds to the convenience and customer service experience.  I highly recommend Precision - their work is excellent and customer service is the best in the business!!

    I first went to Hendrick Honda, when the agency that I purchased the vehicle from, told me that they were not familiar with the grinding sound that I heard, when starting the engine. They told me that they would check with a technician and get back to me. They
    never did.  I then visited Hendrick Honda and met Kristi Richards. I explained the sound and she told me the following: The problem
    is the starter motor and it could also be the torque convertor. WOW! Kristi was right on target. Hendrick Honda repaired the vehicle which was under warranty. Bottom Line - I now use Kendrick Honda for all my Honda needs.

    ADVANCED AUTO TECH
    Just recently starting using the services of Advanced Auto Tech. I was no longer satisfied with my previous shop. I have visited Advanced Auto Tech 4 times, most recently 10/20/15, and have been very satisfied each time. They have provided estimates for work and explained the problems.  Once the work is completed the bill is exactly as quoted, no surprises. They also have a small waiting room and provide local shuttle service  I consider them very knowledgeable, honest and fair priced besides being very friendly.  I will continue to use their services as needed.
