    I spoke with Phil on the phone a couple times before deciding to go with Thermal Pest Control. When they arrived the next day, the trucks did not have a lot of advertising and the employees were very discrete. They explained the entire process to me again after having spoke with them on the phone. The crew was very nice and professional, and very careful with bringing their heaters and laying the cables in my house. By that evening after vacuuming, I was able to sleep in my own bed, bed bug free. Thermal Pest Control was 100% courteous, polite and efficient. I will most definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone.

    This is my second time dealing with Pestek Pro. The first was a free termite inspection at a home I purchased. I was impressed with their honesty and they didn't try to sell me something that wasn't necessary. I have been in touch with them since then for a problem with carpet beetles. They have patiently talked with me several times via phone and came out on their day off to do the treatment and spent several hours going over ever single place I wanted them to treat. They appear to have the most knowledge out of the 3 companies I have been talking with to figure out my problem.  I also feel the price was very reasonable compared to the amount of time they spent with me. Do not hesitate to call them!

    The exterminator is punctual, friendly, and thorough. We have young children in the house and I am particularly sensitive to chemical smells, but none of us have ever experienced any discomfort or negative reactions at all. He is great with the kids and patiently explains what he's doing if they ask. If we ever see signs of insects between our quarterly visits, we call the company and they send out the exterminator quickly to take care of the problem. Last time this happened, we called when their office was closed on a Sunday, and they were able to schedule a visit for Tuesday. We have been using EcoPro for a couple years now and are very satisfied with their work. We live in a very wooded area where bugs are everywhere and now they are where they belong - outside!

    Best Exterminating Services Inc

    After my original experience (below), one of the neighbors who recommended Best Exterminating to me called the company, to inquire why my service was so disappointing when they've had the highest regard for the company. Best Exterminating immediately called me to make amends. They apparently didn't understand the urgency of my need to remedy the woodpecker problem (we need to get the exterior of the house patched and painted for renters moving in), and they had been swamped with business.

    Best Exterminating fit an examination and treatment into their busy schedule within three days of our phone conversation. They also directed a wildlife specialist my way, for further methods to deter those pesky woodpeckers. That fellow will be coming out tomorrow to give me the best economical recommendations and service he can.

    I'm pleased with the resolution of this issue and thank Best Exterminating for doing what it took to make things right.



    On the recommendation of my neighbor, I called Best Exterminating to come out to check on the cause for extensive woodpecker damage to our house. I had to call twice to get an appointment made. While he was punctual and quite nice, the employee who came out was afraid of climbing a ladder to actually investigate the damage. I'd driven 1.5 hours to meet the guy (one way), so my time and gas money were wasted. We discussed the company's services and a possible contractual agreement once the woodpecker problem was resolved.

    The employee said he would have someone call to make another appointment to come out to the house to examine the problem. I didn't hear anything that week.

    The following week I tried calling Best Exterminating twice, but all I got was dead air -- the call wouldn't connect. At first I thought it was my phone, but I tried another number and the call went right through. I tried the company number a third time and still, dead air. Maybe they were having phone issues?

    I gave up that week and got busy with taxes and other stuff. Two more weeks passed and still, no contact from the company. Did they want my business?

    Finally I called them 10am Monday morning. The woman who answered was nice and said the guy who came out told her that I would call them (okay, let's assume I'm misremembering ... I guess Best Exterminating is so busy they don't need to follow up on leads). Anyway, I told her that I'd tried calling the week following the appointment and gotten dead air ... and also that the employee said they'd call me. She was pleasant, apologized and said that she'd have someone from the company call me in the next day or two to make another appointment.

    It is now Friday and I have heard nothing. I've now wasted at least a month giving this company an opportunity to work with us. They have lost servicing the initial issue and they have lost a potential contract with us going forward. (We have contracts with other companies for routine maintenance on other house systems.)
