    Big Swing Tree Service LLC
Big Swing agreed to perform tree trimming for our property in Michigan. We engaged them, in early summer for work to be undertaken in the fall. At the time, we inquired whether they were licensed and bonded to perform the work on our property, and they replied they were. Several months later, on the day before the work was scheduled they called to inform us they were not licensed in Michigan, and therefore would not perform the work. We have now wasted several months time with this company and the work remains incomplete. This company lied to us and is not trustworthy. No one should consider hiring this company.

Williams Brothers Tree & Lawn Service
We were quoted in March for the work. Due to worker, we expected delays. We rescheduled several times. But once the team arrived they were knowledgeable of the plans, efficient tidy and very professional. We are extremely happy with the results.

Williams Brothers Tree & Lawn Service
They needed to have permission to access one tree from the neighbor's property so they confirmed prior to the appointment. The men worked quickly and efficiently leaving no traces of their work behind.
They were polite and courteous,  did exactly what they projected in their estimate.  No surprises or disappointments just the way you want it to be.

        1. The Irish Moss seeds NEVER EVEN GERMINATED.
        2. -- Called Outsidepride and was told that 6 weeks was too short a timeframe for germination and to wait 8 weeks.
-- Called company after 8 weeks and was told that they were federally "protected" against refunds for disputes as the complaint was made after  8 weeks.
-- Foolishly began researching company (after having been burned) and found nothing but terrible reviews.
-- Wrote company an email detailing all of the above.
-- The garden and my home is in Lexington, VA while the company is located in Independence, Oregon -- the entire continental US away!
-- Received the following email from company:

Thank you for the details. We can tell you that all of our seeds meet or exceed 70% germination, and we have sold thousands of packets of this same batch of seeds. So there?s nothing wrong with the seeds. (see below for a photo sent to me from one of our customers about a month ago. First planting to the left, second to the right on top, and the plants spread, so the spacing is deliberate.) I think I see a couple of possibilities of what might have happened. Looking at your weather during the last few days of May and into the first couple of weeks of June it looks like you got a considerable amount of rain (I don?t know when you would have needed to water, except for the 10thand 11th of June). One heavy rain and it could have either moved the seeds, which would tear out any tiny root that had begun to dig in or if it was a deluge of rain, it could have washed away the seeds. That happened to us the second time we planted these seeds. A few months later we had Irish moss growing in a different area of our flower beds. We?re sorry, but it is not our policy to replace seeds or give refunds for seeds we know are good, and have been inhibited by weather.

--  How exactly does she know that my seeds were "inhibited" by weather from a continent away and in a protected garden?
-- Why are you selling a product that can be washing away by "one heavy rain?" What area could one plant Irish Moss in the US   and NOT expect at least one heavy rain? Even friends in Las Vegas and Phoenix had rain this summer!
-- A 70% germination rate means that 30% of your product does NOT germinate and you won't consider that this may have happened under the circumstances of this particular garden?

      Tree Smart, Inc.
They came last Spring. We have three humongous maples and two humongous oaks. We have catawba tree and a holly tree that needed shaping. We have two magnolia  trees that need to be trimmed up now and again. They did all of that and I thing for $1000. We have had them do many things to our trees. If you want to keep your tree healthy, good looking and have it to complement your property they are the ones to get. We have used them 5 or six times and they have a pretty size crew and their equipment is top notch and they keep it in good working order. They clean up and they also rake. We have a paved drive way and they even swept it. They are wonderful.

Williams Brothers Tree & Lawn Service
Came out and wrote a quote without asking too many questions. I thought they were going to leave the wood from the trees but they took it when done. I wasn't home when they came. Left grounds in good condition though. No debris left anywhere. Was way overpiced for the amount of time they were there, especially since they took the wood. I'm sure they sold the wood and made even more money. Had to wait two more weeks before they came and ground the stumps. They left that debris and still haven't had a chance to clean it up. Would probably use again but would definitely ask more questions and look at the workorder closer before approving.
