    Point to Point Limousines Inc
We had a limousine take us into DC for dinner and a concert at the Verizon Center. Neither my husband or myself are fond of doing that drive and finding parking, and my husband's birthday is this month. So we splurged and we couldn't have been happier. It was smooth sailing the entire way, we were dropped off and picked up at the doors and it was great. Sonny was our driver and he was an absolute pleasure. If we ever need a driving service in the future I won't hesitate to use them again

    Monty Walker Dock Building
The platform is now coming loose and the whole thing is shifting upwards. I've made repeated calls to have it repaired, and it's been met with negative results. They won't return phone calls whatsoever. Do not hire this builder!

We scheduled with only a few days notice, but they had exactly what we were looking for. They were very easy to deal with, even answering a few follow-up questions. Everything went as smoothly as you could hope for, and there were smiles all around with the birthday girl. Mike was our driver, and he was very professional and pleasant to interact with.

After a bad experience with another car service company, I contacted Fairfax Limo. They were responsive with a quote, which matched my expectations based on what was listed on their website. Booking was easy, and I received a confirmation call the night before. KJ, our driver, was right on time and very friendly. He was flexible with changes in our itinerary. Great day!

    Budget Truck Rental

It went very poorly.  I was given the scheduler's number to call to see if they could find one for my use.  The nearest available was over 50 miles away and I was told they'd reimburse me for the fuel and not be charged for the mileage on the truck.  How generous!  I ended up racing to Penske truck rental and got there just before they closed and was informed that 3 other people had been there before me with the same issue.  In fairness, the employees were nice, quite embarrassed, and set up for failure by extraordinarily poor management.  This isn't rocket science.

Bottom line:  Don't waste your time if you plan to rent a truck.  It may not be there when promised.

    Reston Limousine
I had contacted Reston Limousine last-minute seeking affordable transportation to and from a Wizards game at the Verizon Center in DC. We were celebrating a special event and wanted to eliminate the hassle of driving, parking and Metro rail crowds.

The event was Saturday evening and I had called Reston Limo on Saturday morning. Although the sales office wasn't opened when I called, the call taker was polite and said they'd have someone call me back shortly. Within the hour, "Deborah" called me back and took some information from me regarding our needs. She was friendly, knowledgeable and offered me several options. In the end, she recommended the lower cost option, which I agreed to.

The driver arrived about 10-15 minutes early and the car was exactly what was agreed to. The Town Car was clean, inside & out,  and the driver "Ken" professionally dressed. We discussed our route, timelines and itinerary and were on our way. Those joining me on the ride into DC were also impressed with the car, driver and service provided.

The streets around the Verizon Center are a bit crazy and often closed when events let out so I was a tiny bit concerned about finding our car and driver. As the game ended, we contacted our driver via his cell phone and he was exactly where we had agreed he'd be. He took a route out of DC that wasn't crowded and got us home in a timely manner.

Overall, we were extremely pleased. The driver was professional and knew the roads and area in which we travelled. This is HUGEwhen it comes to this type of service (in my opinion). I feared we'd get a driver that was only as knowledgeable as his Garmin GPS but that wasn't the case. Our driver (Ken) wasn't overly chatty nor was he silent - he was just right for our group. He knew his business, was polite and stayed off of his cell phone while he was driving us to & from the game. I'd ask for him again. An A+ experience.

    First class.
Upgraded my daughter's white stretch limo to a white hummer. Extended hours when things weren't moving as quickly as they needed to. Remained in contact throughout event and during following Sunday.
And, the most competitive price quote to boot.
    Great outfit.

    Beltway Transportation Service
Driver was on-time, and shuttle bus was new and clean.  We even had wi-fi available on our bus (no additional charge).  Was disappointed that the cost for additional time was charged hourly (we went over our allotted time by half an hour, but were charged for another full hour).  Overall, a good experience.

    Washington Dulles Flyer
On 6/29 I asked for the cost from Leesburg to Reagan. They asked how many checked bags (3) and three passengers and asked if we wanted to take the toll road. I was quoted 80-85. The sedan arrived 10 min early and was very clean. The driver drove an average of 20 mph over the speed limit, weaving in and out of traffic. Upon arrival the charge was $110.00. He explained 80-85 is base price, add 7.00 toll road, 6.00 for large suitcase etc and it came to $110.00. Not close to what I was quoted I feel I was lied to and will not use them again.

    All Stretched Limousine Service
I emailed the company requesting available dates within a two month time frame.  After 2 weeks of not receiving a response, I called the company.  I told that most Saturdays are booked and that Fridays and Sundays would be best and just to call back to reserve a time and date.  Shortly after, I called and made an appointment for Friday , December 7 at noon.  At that time I was able to get the date requested and was charged an additional $156 for a fuel surcharge and built in gratuity.  I was also told that the cost of the three winery tastings were not included in the cost.  I was then told that I would get an email with a confirmation.  I did not receive an email with a confirmation.
On December 3rd, I emailed the company to notify them of the 3 wineries we selected.  I received an email from the company confirming receipt of the email .
Promptly at noon on December 7th, the driver, Rodney arrived.  He was extremely friendly and professional.  We reviewed the contract before leaving (which is preferred when hitting up 3 wineries).  The car was clean and well kept.  Throughout the day Rodney was a huge help, very friendly, and very patient.  I couldn't have asked for a better driver!!!
Overall, while communication was slow with the office, the driver couldn't have been better.  I wish that the Big Deal included that the $259 was really $415--including the fuel surcharge and gratuity (which by the way isn't gratuity;  it's just to pay the driver's wages) and didn't include tastings just so we had a better idea of how much to budget for the day.  With tastings for 6 at 3 wineries the actual total was closer to $575, not including the "real"  gratuity that we gave Rodney at the end of the day.  But all in all we had a wonderful day and a great time.  I would highly recommend Rodney!
