    Moss Building & Design
I hired Moss to help update our powder room. I had purchased a new vanity, new lighting and new hardware and Moss came and put it all together. The team was super easy to work with, hard working and super professional. I will definitely hire them again.

    LBI Home & Building Inspection
Mark did an amazing job, he was very thorough and walked me through the entire home going over all areas and pointed out even the littlest faults he uncovered. He also provided me with a written report that has photos of all areas where an issue needed addressed and also a guide to proper care and operation of all equipment in the home. I feel I made the right choice in Hiring LBI/Mark Londner

    Tankless Concepts
They were very professional and knowledgeable. The company's rep knew exactly what size water heater we needed for the size of our house and explained all the details of their installation process. The day before the installation, they had Washington Gas come and change the regulators on our gas meter to accommodate the larger gas draw for the tankless water heater. The installation went exactly as planned. We had a problem getting our county to pass the installation inspection because the inspector didn't think our gas pipes were large enough for the high end gas draw when the unit was at max capacity. Tankless Concepts took care of contacting the head of the plumbing inspectors and arranging for him to do the 2nd inspection. One of the company's owners was here when the inspector arrived, explained how the unit worked and demonstrated that our current gas lines were adequate to power the new water heater. We passed with flying colors on the 2nd inspection. We highly recommend this company if you're looking to purchase a tankless water. heater.

    Handy1 LLC
Mel Hall upsold us on the $600 recirculation feature for a tankless water heater and has not been able to get it working in 5 months. Was supposed to come out today to finish the job and give me the information to schedule the permit inspection (which he has not provided in spite of repeated requests). Did not take or return my call today. Next step small claims court? Arbitration?

    Kiddco Plumbing Inc
I needed to replace the valves on our sink faucets in our condo since they wouldn't shut off. Unfortunately to do this we have to turn off water to our entire building and the property management company requires a plumber to restart the recirculating pumps and they recommended Kiddco. I figured since they had to come out to turn the water on and of I would have them go ahead and replace the valves while they were there. They quickly installed the valves I had provided and got the building back up and running effectively. Paid a fair service visit charge and now I can shout of the water and replace sink faucets.

    National Water Service Corp
My well pump pressure tank needed service and I called Friday and Barbara was very professional and eager to help. She took the time to understand the issue and even reviewed the pictures. Barbara is very passionate about her job. She was able to schedule for Saturday. Dave came out. He called to let me know that he was on his way and let me know when he will arrive. He was very punctual, professional, friendly, and down to business. Totally impressed with the way he solved the problem and made sure that answered all of my questions. This company is very ethical and I would recommend them to anyone.

    Envy Renovations Inc.
Envy Renovations did a great job! My father who is 71 years old lives in the building and is a retired painter. Based on his years of experience with renovations, he can be a tough critic...but he was also very happy with Envy Renovations work. They showed up promptly everyday and completed an extensive amount of rehab work in a very quality way. The project included new flooring, bathroom, kitchen, tiling, electrical, plumbing, stair repair, sheet rocking, carpeting, water heater, swapping out a wall for a bathroom window and kitchen appliance installation. Given the size of the job, I'm very happy that I had Envy Renovations in charge and able to coordinate all of the other specialty sub-contractors; as well as complete various aspects of the work on their own. The cost of the project was very good compared to others that would have done the job with a lot less quality. Ernest and Marius were always up to date on the paperwork and I like that they send a lot of pictures throughout the project so that I was able to track the progress. In addition, if there was anything that they found that was an issue which should have been addressed but outside of the original scope and cost they really worked with me to ensure that the right fixes were implemented so that we're not building on top of a foundation of shoddy work. Rather I know that the project we completed will yield great results and last for many years to come. I was IMMEDIATELY able to rent out the apartment, even before the work was completed given how great it all looks. Thank you Envy! I've also worked with them on projects in Brooklyn and Virginia. I'm looking forward to many more projects to come.

    BEN's REMODELING L.C.
Remodel of an entire 900sqft condo. Kitchen, Bathroom, Flooring, Trim work. Ben and his crews did a great job. As a real estate investor time is of the essence, and cost is just as important. They not only finished the job about a week ahead of schedule but they were right on budget even with a small rework.

    Dulles Kitchen and Bath
Our bathroom remodel was an extremely smooth process. We met with the designer and between the three of us we chose a gorgeous selection of tile, cabinetry, faucets, lighting and other miscellaneous needs.
