Excellent first impression. The office was clean and comfortable. The staff was warm and welcoming. My appointment began on time. ???? Dr Ayoub sat down with me for quite some time reviewing my history. I really appreciate how engaged he was and how much time he gave to me as a first-time patient. He said that his goal is to make me feel confident during my pregnancy. I have to say that I am 100% confident in his hands. He is knowledgable, thorough, and genuinely cares about his patients. I'm thrilled to have made the decision to switch practices and join Dr Ayoub's.

I have been going there for the last 6 months. Their bedside manner is great. Everything about the office is good. I'm very happy with them. Whenever I go in, I usually schedule for an appointment ahead of time so usually the wait is not really there because I know when my appointments are. The wait time is only about 5 minutes.

    Kacedan, Dr. James P.
Dr. Kacedan took care of me when I was pregnant with twins last year and
I had a difficult pregnancy but I wouldn't have known it until after
the delivery. Dr. Kacedan has excellent bedside manner and so calm
especially with pregnant women and I was a first time mom so I must have
been one of the worst cases for Dr. Kacedan. My babies were delivered
safely although premature due to water break and Dr. Kacedan visited
me every day or someone in his group visited me to make sure that I was
comfortable and only discharged me when I was healthy to leave the
hospital. I would never go to another doctor as long as I can go to Dr.
Kacedan. I am planning to have another baby and Dr. Kacedan will take
care of us again. Thank you Dr. Kacedan for being so caring and gentle
and the best male Gynecologist I ever had. I only went to female
gynecologists in the past but Dr. Kacedan changed my outlook on male
gynecologist. The office is always calm and clean, I love Gloria and
Annie who are always so friendly and helpful to me.

Oh how I wish I could say something wonderful here... but that would be lying. I have had crappy service from the start with this place. One doctor, Dr. Freeman, is FANTASTIC! I also liked Dr. Brown. Other than that, please - for your own sanity -move along.
Example 1 - When I hadn't heard my test results back after a week I called the office - I picked the option for the nurses voice mail and was seriously taken aback when the message said DO NOT CALL BACK or you will be moved to the bottom of the call back list. Really???I didn't hear back for two days but didn't dare call back. again, REALLY??? Then there is also the fact that if you don't pick an option in time it just hangs up on you.
Example 2 - When I was 40 weeks preggers and very uncomfortable I had an appt. with Dr. Freeman at 3:50. I wasn't seen until 4:55. I was practically in TEARS when she came in - she noticed and was nice and talked to me for a bit, but seriously, over an HOUR wait time? The usual was about a half an hour so I had learned to expect that, but OVER AN HOUR wait time folks... your time means nothing to this office.
Example 3 - Today broke the camels back and here I sit typing away. I scheduled my 2 week postpartum appt for today at 9:50. I didn't get a confirmation call yesterday so I called them this morning at 9am. Who ever I talked to informed me that my appt. had been cancelled. When I asked who cancelled it she had no idea. I asked if anyone was going to inform me of this cancellation (mind you I had organized my morning and baby feeding around this appointment, not knowing someone on their end had randomly cancelled it) and I am VERY thankful I called before hand, but seriously. How ridiculous is this place??? She then offered me an appt. for tomorrow at 2:50. Recalling my hour wait at my last afternoon appt I asked if I could call ahead to see if the doc was running late and leave the house accordingly. She informed me I could certainly call but I would need to be there at 2:30 regardless. W** sense does that make??? Esp. after I had told her about my previous hour long wait???
This place is a joke. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. Well I shouldn't say that, I have a healthy baby girl that Dr. Brown helped bring into this world and for that I am thankful. The office antics, however, leave a TON to be desired, and I will never recommend this place to anyone, ever. I will encourage people to avoid it like the plague if they enjoy any sense of customer service. Be warned people. OH! Also forgot to mention that they lost my chart very early and still haven't found it. That instills much faith. (note the sarcasm)

I absolutely love every one of the physicians in this practice. They were great before I was pregnant, so I continued to see them through my pregnancy. I had a great pregnancy and delivery. They are great about same day appointments for concerns or problems. Will continue to go to this practice for Gyn care.

The staff, here, were so professional and so nice. I had a perfect childbirthing experience. I wish I could have stayed longer or brought some of the staff home with me for the first few days. My only recommendation, if you are giving birth at The Birthing Inn (TBI), is have your hubby bring you food, the food is AWFUL!

    Tudder, Dr. Paul
Dr. Tudder was recommended to me by a friend who has had 3 children with his practice.  I was nervous going to a new OB/GYN in the area because I was 3 months pregnant when I found him (my last provider did not work out very well).  I was immediately put at ease when I walked into the office and was greeted by the warm and friendly staff.  They have taken the time to answer all questions I have had and Dr. Tudder himself has a wonderful bedside manner.  The pelvic exam I had was the least painful (I usually have issues) and he is very good at putting your mind at ease if you have any issues (either pregnancy or otherwise related).  I would highly recommend this Dr.!!

The practice has four doctors. They use whoever is available, so you don't know who is going to deliver your baby. I really like the practice. I have had some issues with their punctuality. That seems to be an issue with some doctors over others. For example, I have waited over an hour. Overall, they are great, which is why I stay with them. I was referred to them by a friend.

    Loudoun Community Midwives
All of my experiences with them have been great.  I ended up with an unplanned c-section for our son's birth.  I interacted with two midwives over the course of my hospital stay and they both not only made sure that medically I was fine, but that emotionally I was dealing with it as well.  They listened to me, they cried with me, they comforted me.  Months later at a regular exam, my midwife and I still talked about it and she continued to provide comfort.  I think they put the compassion and humanity back into medicine.  I never felt like a patient.  I always felt like a friend that they were caring for.

He is very personable. He is a master at delivering babies. He is very professional and has great bedside manner. He talks a lot and can run behind but it is well worth it. He is very calming and makes you feel at ease.
