    NATIONAL LOCK & KEY
From scheduling to the actual service appoinment went very well. Amber who handled the scheduling was very friendly and professional. The appointment was set to my schedule. The technician arrived within the window agreed upon. The technician called when he was on his way. He was also very professional and knowledgable. He explained the process to me, took care of rekeying the locks, and discussed ADT with me as well - per my request. The appoinment was completed in a relatvely short amount of time. I forgot to mention to the technician that I found the company per Angie's list but Amber honored the discount for Angie's list customers with no hassle.

    BALDINOS LOCK & KEY
After they performed the work they told me the price was $350+. None of the pricing matched what was quoted on the phone. The tech tried calling several people at the office and none were helpful at all. A classic bait and switch and they don't honor their pricing or support their staff.

Not much to say ... showed up, I explained that I wanted 4 locks re-keyed and he did it.

But I will say that he was very friendly and courteous. He made sure I was very satisfied before he left.

    Leesburg Locksmith
We called and asked how much it would cost to have several door locks re-keyed in our house. These are your standard Lowes/Home depot Schlage keyed door knobs.
They told us it would be $19 per lock to re-key and a $29 fee for labor.
They show up to the house late, then say the price is now $30 per lock plus a $150 labor fee! On top of that they would only give us two keys for that fee.
At that price we can buy all new locks from the store with 2 keys each!
We tell them that is not what they quoted and we would not accept that price. They then tried to charge us the $29 labor fee even though they did no work.
The owner then made a harassing phone call to my wife, was extremely unprofessional, and made insults about America.
I would advise everyone to find another locksmith, these guys are unprofessional scam artists!

    NATIONAL LOCK & KEY
The entire process with National Lock & Key made the experience very pleasant and got exactly what I wanted.  National Lock's representative, Amber, was very responsive and understood my requirements.  We were able to work out all of the requirements with a couple of phone discussions and emails.  The result was a fair quotation of the work and hardware required.  We were able to schedule the work at my convenience and National arrived at their scheduled time.

The service technician, Andre, was an expert and he performed the work exactly and we discussed.  He showed me the hardware that was selected and it was again exactly what Amber and I discussed and agreed on.  Andre was extremely professional with his craftsmanship in all aspects of his work.  He prepped everything to insure my floors and walls were protected while he performed the work necessary to prep the doors for the new locks.  Andre cleaned up and let no trace of debris or damage.  He performed the work within the time that he estimated and I am extremely pleased with the overall job and experience.

Excellent Job National Lock & Key!

    Thank you,

    Keyed In LLC
Shay had made this call to our home.  He was a little late, about 15 minutes.  Not a big deal.  The quality of the parts installed were OK.  I was given an option of  "commercial" or "high end".  i went with commercial.  I was floored to learn the cost of installing this new hardware.  $700 is a lot of money to me to just have 1 deadbolt, 1 door handle and  1 knocker installed.  We paid it because we needed this done.  Next time if I am able I would shop around for better pricing.
I did not have any issues with the final outcome.  Just price.

It went well.  They were prompt and efficient in taking care of the issue.  He was able to install the new lock (which we purchased in advance) and rekey it to match the other keys.  The only issue was price, which was to be expected when using a locksmith.  Not including the deal, it was about $125 to essentially put the door knob on.  We wanted to have the confidence that it was done correctly and are happy with that.  In the future, I will probably buy the necessary tools for a small job like this and save utilizing their skills for larger jobs.  That being said, they performed the services requested at a high level and we would use them again in the future.

    BALDINO'S LOCK & KEY
It is always expensive and never a good experience so evaluating the service is by nature of the experience a bit biased. I'm glad they were available, and I finally got back into my house. And I'm glad it was summer.

    LEESBURG
Spoke to one man on the phone who I described the problem to. He said to try a little WD-40 to unstick the first pin in the lock first and if that didn't work that their service call charge for Leesburg would be $50 if we needed someone to come out. We tried the WD-40, it did not fix the problem so I called back to make an appointment to have a locksmith come out, they had availability the next day and scheduled for a 1 hour window of time. My mother was at my house for the service call and she said they called when they were on their way and were there in the scheduled time. The locksmith spent less than an hour working on the lock, there were some pins that had shifted somehow and he fixed it up and got it working again. He also said that our lock was very good quality (they don't make 'em like this anymore) and gave some advice on having keys copied etc. My mother said he seemed very knowledgeable and proficient.
    Locks works again just fine.

    The Lock Guys
Front door latch broke making it impossible to enter or exit the house. Called "The Lock Guys", Wayne answered, we explained the problem and asked how soon he would be available to  repair it, he said he would be able to come out within the hour, and he was. Wayne was very personable and professional, he explained how the latch was broken and what he needed to do to fix it. The repair was done very quickly and with absolutely no mess. I highly recommend "The Lock Guys" and plan to use them when ever the need arises
