We used Xtreme Painting and Remodeling for a complete remodel of two bathrooms in our home, and the results were outstanding. Daniel is resourceful and easy to work with, and his team's attention to detail was flawless.

Alex and his team did a fantastic job on our basement remodel! We felt very comfortable with leaving the basement door unlocked for them to let themselves in and they worked quickly and efficiently to finish the job ahead of schedule which was great! Very friendly, trustworthy and easy to get ahold of for questions. Looking forward to using them for future projects and would highly recommend!

    Langley Remodeling
After attending a home show earlier this year, I decided to have my 14 year old kitchen updated. Initially, I intended to have the cabinets refaced and new counter tops installed. Once I began receiving quotes, I was surprised at how expensive it was to just get a facelift so I decided to do a complete remodel. Langley Remodeling was referred to me by a neighbor who had recently used them to renovate their master bath. I received quotes from several reputable companies and decided to go with Langley after seeing the quality of the workmanship in my neighbors master, hearing their rave reviews and the fact that their quote was comprehensive and very fair. My experience was positive from my first meeting with Umut Erdas (UE), the owner of Langley Remodeling. It is apparent how much he loves his work. Both UE and Pinar (the designer) were very professional and patient throughout the entire design process. They quickly turned around 3-D renderings of the design and even worked with me to use a cabinet maker that I preferred but that they had never used before. They were so accommodating and took the time to make sure that everything would be perfect, even if it meant that we had to go through several iterations and an in home session to finalize the plan. UE then sent me to a stone company and a tile company to select the countertops and backsplash materials and also recommended showrooms to visit to select the lighting fixtures. While selecting finish materials can often be overwhelming, all of the companies that he recommended really made the process enjoyable. The attention to detail did not end with the design and material selections. The build team led by Hector (Project Manager) were the best. When the job began, the team showed up timely, took the time to prepare the area to avoid making any more of a mess than absolutely necessary and always cleaned up before leaving for the day. I was truly dreading having my kitchen (the heart of the home) in a state of construction for an extended period of time but Nelson and Chris were so diligent about keeping the construction area clean that it wasnt nearly as disruptive as I was expecting. Considering that they removed a wall and had to cut into walls for additional electrical and plumbing, I was amazed that it wasnt messier and that the entire project took only 3 weeks to complete. The team even took the extra time needed to remove the existing cabinets, appliances and countertops without damaging them as I wanted to donate as much of the old kitchen as possible. UE regularly visited the site and everyone on his team were dedicated to delivering the best results possible. I had absolutely no concerns with having them in my home. UE, Hector, Nelson and Chris were all consummate professionals. Nelson, the lead carpenter, is a master at his craft and is laser focused on perfection. My new kitchen is not just functional but it is absolutely beautiful. I couldnt be happier with UE and the rest of his team and will definitely use him for future projects.

    My Kitchen & Bath
We have a fairly large master bath (15' x 15') that was all builder grade. We worked with Armagan to pick out all the new title, granite, vanity, etc. However want I really liked was the flexibility for us to purchase our own hardware, mirrors, lighting, tub, etc. Armagan worked with us to completely design the new layout but was not overbearing. We are 95% complete (waiting for shower glass) but I am pleased with the work of Abraham and team. We did have some bumps including a toilet leak but Armagan had the team fix all issues. We like their work so much, we have asked them to bid on upgrade of my kids bathrooms.

I recently worked with Paul G to redo several areas of my home, including my kitchen. Paul knew exactly the look I was going for and was able to suggest some beautiful stones that I absolutely just love! He made the entire process easier! He is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with!

    Collins Tile & Stone
Im looking to renovate my master and guest bathrooms within the next year or two and I can be very particular about materials, craftsmanship, and the details of how the contractor plans to go about the job. Separately, Ive long wanted to install a stacked-stone kitchen backsplash. I figured the best way to ensure I was choosing the right contractor for my bathrooms - given the considerable cost and time involved in such renovations was to first hire them to install my kitchen backsplash. I searched Angie's List for an experienced tile shop that seemed customer orientated and found Collins Tile & Stone. I emailed Buck Collins on 18 April 2019 to ask if he could give me an email estimate based on my attached pictures, measurements, and specific materials; he said no problem and got back to me the following day with a $1,300 estimate - the one-day labor rate it would take to complete the job. Buck thoroughly answered my numerous questions about grouting and sealing stone, how his shop cuts seams and works the stone around corners, and how they extend electrical receptacles given the varying depths of the stone face. After just two emails exchanges it was abundantly clear that Bucks shop is the very definition of a service-oriented company. I never once felt I was getting a sales pitch or being pressured to choose a particular option. Buck let me know he could schedule my job in between his larger jobs if I was okay being a little flexible. On 26 April, Buck reached out to me asking if I happened to be available 28 April for the installation since he had a last-minute opening. We coordinated the specifics and his tile master Arpad showed up on time and prepared to start. Arpad knew I had a very particular vision in mind (stone size, color, shape, texture, and seamlines); we discussed the layout I envisioned and he offered some great suggestions that noticeably improved the overall look of the backsplash. Arpad is a true craftsman who was nothing but professional, pleasant to work with, and cleaned up as if my house was his own. He didnt hesitate to reach out for clarification or ask my preference when multiple methods of installation presented themselves. Arpads patience and attention to detail are evident in his work and Im very pleased how everything turned out. When I finally got around to installing the new receptacle covers a couple days later I noticed the stone around one particular outlet had a high cut that could be seen above the cover. Arpad made the cut exactly where one would expect and it honestly wasnt his fault; the in-wall electrical box was mounted oddly when the house was built so it through off how the cover sat. I reached out to Buck, conveyed how it looked, and asked if Arpad could come back to replace the lone piece in question; without any hesitation or questioning Buck told me Arpad will drop by to see what we can do. Arpad arranged a time to swing by that was convenient for me and he flawlessly cut and reinstalled a new piece. My backsplash wasnt the largest job in the world, but youd never know that by Bucks consistently punctual responses to my inquiries and intimate interest in my job. In the two weeks since the project was completed two neighbors and a friend commented how natural and stellar the backsplash looked and inquired about the company that did the job. I already let Buck know when the time and funds line up for me to renovate my bathrooms Im wont be wasting my time seeking or comparing estimates. Go with Collins Tile & Stone, you won't regret it.

    Virginia Kitchen & Bath
Virginia Kitchen & Bath was an ideal experience, from the design to the completion of the job. The professionalism of the workers was outstanding - they showed up on time, cleaned up, made great suggestions to make detail changes at no additional cost - and the work was completed in a timely fashion. It was actually ahead of schedule. Although a but pricey, I would hire them again as there was nothing that needed rework.

    Classic Granite & Marble
We recently purchased a vacation home that badly needed a kitchen upgrade and our immediate attention was placed on counter tops. Classic Granite and Marble worked with us to schedule the measurement and installation appointments that met our availability (the vacation home is roughly two hours from our primary residence). CG&M's sales team kept us up to speed throughout the entire process and the installation team far exceeded our expectations. Our property is a log home with live edges throughout the kitchen. In order to properly set the counter tops, the install team needed to make some intricate cuts in order for the counter tops to sit level. They easily could have taken a shortcut but didn't. The quality of the granite is excellent. The color is just what we were looking for. We couldn't be happier with the product, the outcome and our overall experience with CG&M.

    Envy Renovations Inc.
Envy Renovations did a great job! My father who is 71 years old lives in the building and is a retired painter. Based on his years of experience with renovations, he can be a tough critic...but he was also very happy with Envy Renovations work. They showed up promptly everyday and completed an extensive amount of rehab work in a very quality way. The project included new flooring, bathroom, kitchen, tiling, electrical, plumbing, stair repair, sheet rocking, carpeting, water heater, swapping out a wall for a bathroom window and kitchen appliance installation. Given the size of the job, I'm very happy that I had Envy Renovations in charge and able to coordinate all of the other specialty sub-contractors; as well as complete various aspects of the work on their own. The cost of the project was very good compared to others that would have done the job with a lot less quality. Ernest and Marius were always up to date on the paperwork and I like that they send a lot of pictures throughout the project so that I was able to track the progress. In addition, if there was anything that they found that was an issue which should have been addressed but outside of the original scope and cost they really worked with me to ensure that the right fixes were implemented so that we're not building on top of a foundation of shoddy work. Rather I know that the project we completed will yield great results and last for many years to come. I was IMMEDIATELY able to rent out the apartment, even before the work was completed given how great it all looks. Thank you Envy! I've also worked with them on projects in Brooklyn and Virginia. I'm looking forward to many more projects to come.

Remodel of an entire 900sqft condo. Kitchen, Bathroom, Flooring, Trim work. Ben and his crews did a great job. As a real estate investor time is of the essence, and cost is just as important. They not only finished the job about a week ahead of schedule but they were right on budget even with a small rework.
