    I���m alive in spite of them, not because of them. If you have the option, seek prostate-related care with another provider. 5 of the doctors literally had their hands on me during my very miserable experience. The details are long, but suffice it to say that a second emergency surgery was required to remove a tube from my abdomen. Run; don���t walk from this group.

    My technician was Adam. My repair involved multiple parts needing to be replaced and Adam was very responsive in setting up the appointments. He was determined to get my treadmill working correctly again and I felt like he was personally invested in the outcome. He was always very professional in his interactions and was never late. As well, he contacted the manufacturer on my behalf and was able to convince them to send the additional parts needed at no cost. I recommend Fitness Better, and Adam, very highly. In fact I already have, and my friend is equally pleased with their work.

    While my initial experience at the Allergy Asthma & Immunology Institue in Landsdowne/Leesburg VA with Dr. Laura Ispas was initially positive -- it quickly went downhill after that and turned out to be a very negative experience overall. For my initial appointment, they did extensive allergy testing on my back -- of which I had numerous severe reactions. The Doctor was polite and even called me that evening to ensure that I was okay. Before starting my injections, I was also told I had to come back for food allergy testing as well via a blood test -- even though I've never complained or had any history of food allergies. Once the extensive testing was completed over 2 visits, I started my initial injections about two-weeks thereafter -- and this is where it all started to go downhill. First off, the office only offers injections 3-days per week with no dedicated staff for the injections. On numerous occassions, it was so busy that I had to wait outside the office in the hallway with a toddler and other patients -- in some cases waiting upwards of 90minutes just to get called to the back. Of course, once the injection is complete, you had to wait another 30 minutes to ensure there was no reaction before they would release you. 2Hrs for an injection is a little extreme -- especially when I was slated to get 3 injections per week for numerous months. Moreoever, on 2 separate occassions, the Doctor wasn't in the office during the supposed "available" injection times -- and I was subsequently sent home as the staff couldn't even tell me when the Doctor would return. So with that being said, and being tired of waiting upwards of 6hrs per week for 3 scheduled injections -- I decided enough was enough. After waiting again one late afternoon, I decided to ask the staff how to get a copy of my paperwork (with the intention of switching to a new office). In doing so, Dr. Laura Ispas overheard me talking to the staff and loudly started to ask "why I was asking for my paperwork". Instead of asking me to come to the back and talk to her privately, she put my business out there in front of all the existing patients in the waiting room -- even getting argumentative at times because of my decision to leave the office. It was so bad, that I had to finally tell her to simply respect my decision -- at which point she walked away agitated. And then it went from bad to worse. I'll save all the details, but in short, they slow-rolled my paperwork to the new office (took over 30 days despite HIPPA laws requiring them to do so) -- and only eventually sent it after I mentioned getting my attorney involved and reporting them to the BBB. So when my records were finally sent over, it was a complete mess and required new testing anyway. And to add insult to inury, Dr. Laura Ispas's office refused to send over any of my remaining allergy injection vials. So needless to say, my initial positive experience with Dr. Laura Ispas's Allergy & Immunology Institue when from bad, to ugly, to just downright pitiful and unethical. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Try this office at your own risk, but don't say you weren't warned. It blows me away that this office has as many positive reviews as it does -- it really makes you wonder... Thanks - Karen

    SVETNESS PERSONAL TRAINING
    I have not used Svetness Personal Training, however I have had contact with representatives from the company regarding personal training. In my opinion there allot of red flags. First and foremost, any representative selling you a service should not advise the consumer to ���ttrust them��� regardinf the contract terms. Second, the personal trainers are contractors (1099) which means they are paid on as needs basis with no benefits. I doubt the owner has much control or consistency over the service being provided. Overall, it does not appear that svetness is being transparent based on what I know about contract law.. I have a business background and I can read fine print.

There is no doubt in my mind that Dr. Gary Ashton and his capable staff are light years ahead of other dentists regarding their understanding of the true meaning of customer service. The atmosphere in the office goes beyond friendly and enters into the realm of treating patients like family. The office equipment is the latest in technology providing every patient with convenient, quick and painless procedures. Dr. Ashton attends professional training beyond routine dentistry and into the field of orthodontics to provide his patients with ���one stop shopping.��� The management staff is well versed in dental insurance policy and guides patients through the nuances of complex billing and timing requirements. In summation, Cardinal Park is a shining beacon setting the highest standards that should be followed by all professionals in both dental and medical practice.

    Howard Northrup Massage Therapy
    Howard is a fabulous massage therapist! He does trigger point therapy which actually heals injuries. I've had my lower back completely spasm. Doctors would prescribe tons of meds, Howard had it fixed in less than an hour!! He helped me after a surgery where I had gas trapped in my shoulder. He did reiki and after one session the gas pain was completely gone! I have never found another massage therapist that can do What Howard does! Best ever!

    They make up "services" on billing. They are trying to charge me for 8 services when I only asked for 2: cleaning and x-ray. This dentist is a ripoff artist. Do not go here. They want $482 for x-ray and cleaning. = B.S. If you disagree with their bill and leave a message they will not call you back.
