    As I noted above he certainly knows the computer. I saw programs that he removed I didn't know I had. At the end of the session he started a program that could run several hours called for removal of fragmentation. It apparently seeks out files and removes or rearranging them. I think....not sure but there was a lot going on for hours as it was "cleaned" up. As for my iPad....it took him about three minutes. We then discussed Windows 10. He felt that the power may not be strong enough and would slow the laptop greater than what it was. I do most of my work on the iPad so that was fine with me. I was very pleased with Dallas, his expertise and teaching as he went. All in all a pleasant experience. He stayed an hour beyond the contract time with my permission.......the deal was $70 for one hour...then $70 for the overtime. The fragmentation program continued to run for several hours after he left finishing on its own.

    All of the recovery work was completed in two days.  And that included a weekend.  They communicated with me to describe what they would do and what my options were.  This is very important to me.

The owner, Eduardo is super friendly, professional and really knows how to maintain good business relationships and keep our computers humming along. He responds quickly to issues and offers plans that takes the stress away from owning multiple computers where if one goes down it really affects our particular business. I have him on speed dial and not once has he not been able to respond within 24 hours, it is most likely within 6 hours. Do yourself and your business a favor and hire PC Mango as your off site computer people!

    As a photographer, data management and recovery is an extremely important but unfortunate aspect of the business. I know absolutely nothing about the technical side of my computer, and as my business grows, I am becoming more and more concerned about protecting it. I had heard from several photographers that AVCR is the best, so I left them an extremely awkward voicemail explaining that I am clueless and could really use some - ok, a lot - of help.
    I didn't know what to expect. Would they laugh at my message and not bother calling me back? Maybe return my call but tell me they don't have time to teach a SAHM-turned-small-business-owner how to use her computer? None of the above. Alexander took my concerns seriously and returned my call with a plan of action, to not only get my computer on a rotating backup system but to also teach me all of the important components of it and ensure I knew exactly what I was doing. I felt immediately put at ease.
    Honestly, it wouldn't have mattered to me how much it cost, but I found his rates to be very competitive. First-time customers receive a 10% discount, making it $99/hour. He sat on the phone with me, at 7:30pm on a Monday, for 2 1/2 hours. While he worked on my computer remotely, he took the time to explain everything he was doing in careful detail, even followed up with an email containing written instructions I could refer back to, and also patiently answered what I'm sure were totally dumb questions that really didn't have much to do with what I was paying him for. No upsell, no telling me we'd have to schedule another call, no laughing at me for my ridiculousness. He was happy to talk to me about whatever popped into my brain and took all of my questions seriously.
    I really can not say enough good things about Alexander. He is now my go-to guy for anything and everything that plugs into the wall and I highly recommend him.

    Service went very well. The cost of service above did not include cost do new router and back up data device. Dallas had those and installed them during the wait time of the cleaning up the corrupted machine. They were not necessary, but I elected to have him take care of the install while he was on site. At one time, he was. It sure he would be able to "fix" my PC. He persevered and was able to have fixed with only 1 additional hour of service. May pod XP is as good as new! Thanks, Dallas!

    I was very pleased with them. They didn't even charge me for it. They are customer-oriented. I called them when there was a problem, I wasn't sure if they were related to the fix that they did for me. They just want to add up the time to diagnose and fixing it over the phone without touching it. I have no complaints or issues.

    My external hard drive had stopped working, and after getting a couple very expensive quotes to ship it off and they "might" be able to recover the data, no guarantees, I contacted Geeks R Us.  After a nominal fee to look at the hard drive, they were able to recover the data and transfer it to a new drive.  As well as provide ongoing back up of my PC.  Total relief since the hard drive had all my kids pictures and videos on it for the last 4 years!!  The staff was very professional and responsive.  I will definitely contact them again and share their services in our neighborhood!

    Donna Volger spent four hours remotely working on my  computer.  She was very patient, professional and courteous. I had a major corruption problem with Windows Live contact manager , registration problems and others.  She made the remote connection and gave me the option of leaving the computer and doing things I needed to do around the house.  She explained how I could contact her over the internet if I had questions. She said she would call me when she was finished.  I chose to watch the procedure online and felt I learned a few things.  I did contact her a few times and she responded immediately.  All my problems were corrected and the same service would have cost $200- $300 elsewhere.  Excellent price, excellent service!  I am very satisfied and will recommend the company to anyone who is in need of outstanding computer service!!

    Tyler actually came to my home on a Sunday  to pick up my laptop, and was in contact with me throughout the process.  He then delivered the computer to me when promised...and then sat (waited) and  installed the other options (wireless printer driver, anti-virus software) that were erased when he had to reinstall the OS.  I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future should the need arise.
