  • I contacted Patriot as a locally based alternative to the chain auto glass places. I did check pricing and the cost was essentially the same so I chose the local company and could not have gotten better service. Patriot replied to my Angies List submission promptly and quoted the job at a reasonable rate. The installer showed up at my home within the agree time window and installed the new windshield. The install is clean and professional. Absolutely no qualms with the service from start to finish. I highly recommend Patriot Auto Glass when you need auto glass.

  • They charged me $1,500 for a $100 part claiming they needed to fix other things - oil leak, wind blowing, etc. Same part went bad 2 months later and again 3 months after that and now is 2 months after that (part has 1yr warranty). Engine blown. Now they claim though the same part is broken, it could be for a different reason. They have had my vehicle in their possession for almost a month and want to charge more than twice the cost of an engine, but refuse to provide details of the work. The service manager, general manager and dealership owner refuse to return my phone calls or e-mails. Mind you, I purchased the vehicle from them and have had all servicing done by them.

  • Jeremy was great! He did our entire house. We had some issues with an old door that needed to be replaced and a window that had a gas-leak, so he was unable to complete the work during the scheduled time. However, he came back when after we had the door & window replaced and finished the job. He's super professional, personable, and consultative. He even turned us on to a great company who could replace the damaged window at a much lower cost than our other estimates. That almost paid for the work that we spent on R&J by itself!

  • They are reasonably priced and fairly quick.  I have never had a problem with having to bring anything back.  I haven’t had to return any of my vehicles for more repair.  They seem to know what they are doing.

  • I took my car to them to do a 100 point inspection because I was going to sell it.  I had just put new brakes on it before I took it to them.  I got a call from them telling me it needed new brakes.  I went and picked it up and told the manager I just put new brakes on this vehicle so I don't know what you are trying to pull.  So I brought it back home and took it apart and took pictures of it, took it back to him and he was flabbergasted.  So they are just complete and utter crooks.  He gave me free labor on another part to try and make up for it.  It was going to be $90 but they didn't charge me after I proved them I had just put on new brakes.

  • They do good work. I've been going to them for a couple of years and have gotten to know the staff. They're reasonably priced and will match prices and try to help fund the lowest price. They are also very competitive with labor costs.

  • We love them. We are going next week. Great dealership. Great people, I guess is probably the best. Their people are the most professional and the nicest and the best to get along with. So, we love the people. Communication is great. We get calls when they’re done with it and we get calls if there is anything they need to do. They do have a shuttle service or loaner car program, but we don’t use it.

  • When our windshield cracked, we called Safelite after hearing all their ads. Mistake: they were completely unresponsive -- could not schedule a date in more than a week, didn't have the parts and complaining of broken backoffice systems. Next we called Patriot. Windshield replaced within 24 hrs. Excellent decision. Patriot actually DOES what Safelite PROMISES on their ads!

  • They always does great work on my car. Then they give estimates. I take in cars that I am thinking of buying and they look them over for me. Very, very seldom have I caught them kind of double talking the particulars. They tell you what things cost and when they do it, it costs that. They do a good job. Nothing of theirs has ever fallen apart or became a problem. They just do a good job and nothing breaks -- good quality. They are probably the only place I go for the most part.

  • Great! Nichole was super great to work with and very nice. She communicated frequently to keep me updated and provided me with all the information I needed. After the service was completed she followed up to make sure that everything had gone smoothly. I recommend Hilton Auto Transport!
