  A very professional job installing 8'X36" wood-look tile. Squeaks were addressed, a premium underlayment was used and the floor is gorgeous and has a sturdy feel to it. From start to cleanup it was a great experience. This company also did a master bathroom renovation for us several years ago and the quality of that job convinced us to use them again.

  Fantastically! Initial consultation was professional and fun, with lots of really good suggestions. We loved having a designer go with us to tile showrooms to guide our choices...we weren't left on our own with no expertise. The quality of the crew was beyond reproach...the tile work was impeccable! Both Jake and Jeff were immediately available to answer any questions, and Jake was by to check on crew practically every day. Deanna even came to help us pick out paint colors. The bathroom is beyond what we pictured and hoped for....highly recommended!!! We love it and we are picky!!!!!

  I had a water leak in 2 homes this summer and Abbey Design did a great job replacing my floors. Chris at Abbey was such a pleasure to work with and the guys at my houses were very polite, diligent, and thorough in their work. I had to leave my home to work with my clients and when I returned home, the work was complete, my furniture was carefully put back in place, and my home looked fabulous. Nick at the warehouse is great to work with. He is always available to answer his phone and he made all my installs convenient for me and always on time. Wonderful company to do business with.

  Home Design Elements

  It was a very frustrating experience. Overrall, we are happy with the quality of the work done inside the house, however it took far to long to get this work done; due to various delays by HDE; As for the outside work, it was completed, albeit after many delays and adjustments, and not entirely as we requested. My major issue was the lack of diagrams used to confirm the scope/design of our project, despite many requests on our part for this. Consequently, the screened in porch, while functional, is not as visually appealing as we had desired.

  We were very pleased with the service we received from Flooring America. Their manager called us promptly to arrange the installation. The installer was prompt, polite, and cleaned the area completely after installation. The work was excellent! The installation did a great job aligning the new planks in the adjoining hallway and the floors look as if they've always been there. The 1/4 round was perfect. We are so pleased with this company and we plan to use them again on another room we are converting from carpet to hardwood.
