St Paul Lutheran Preschool & Child Care Center
My husband and I went to many daycare's looking for the perfect one and we found it when we toured St. Paul Lutheran Preschool and Child Care Center. The Director, Barbara Warner, was warm and friendly and answered all of our questions during our initial meeting. We were very nervous about leaving our first child in a daycare but she was very patient and understanding which helped ease our nerves. Our daughter started in the Toddler room (1 yr) and she never looked back! The quickly bonded with the staff and was always happy to see them. We were worried she wouldn't get enough attention in a daycare setting but that worry quickly left when we saw her being held, played with and cuddled. I am always amazed at the things she is learning there. Before putting her in daycare, we started teaching her sign language and the progress was slow. After she started daycare, she started picking it up quickly and enjoyed showing it off to us! The few times we have had concerns (very minor), the staff and Director listened and were open to what we were saying, without getting defensive, took our concern seriously and immediately took action to address it. I don't feel guilty taking my daughter to this daycare, it feels like a second home to us now.

    Wiggle Worms
Wiggle Worms is the single greatest idea anyone has ever had. Wiggle Worms offers a storefront in the Spotsy Mall, where you can drop off your child for up to 5 hours of play time and babysitting. There are different areas for younger children, older children, there is an area for the kids to enjoy a meal, make a craft, play a video or computer game, and there are special events and rates throughout the week. They also offer a mini birthday party which is a TON of fun for little ones. I am a widow and I have a 4 year old daughter. When my husband died, Wiggle Worms gifted me 10 free hours of babysitting. Since then, they often give me a discounted rate. Because of their kindness and generosity, I have been able to continue working on my degree, attend a support group, and get quiet time for myself. The employees at Wiggle Worms are wonderful. They know they children by name, they are friendly, they make the parents laugh, I feel totally comfortable with my child there. They have charitable events to help members of the community and have supported a community organization to which I belong with donations to our silent auction each year. They have a food donation box in their entry and even give a discount for donations. They are very civicly minded. The room is clean, large, and well lit. They are licensed by the state. The rates are reasonable. There is NO downside.

    Kid's Cottage LLC
We signed up and once the standard paperwork was completed we were able to start our child.  You are required to bring in changes of clothing, diapers, wipes, and bottles prepared.  You are required to pay a $25 processing fee and the first and last weeks fees are due up front.  This is all very standard for daycares in the area. The staff is more than willing to give you a tour.  I encourage anyone interested to take a look at the wedsite.
