We called them for an estimate at the first of June because our bathroom was very old and in need of repairs.  A salesman came to the house and took measurements and talked to us about the product.  He was very enthusiastic about the company and assured us that their product was the best.  We started picking out our choices and with every option, he convinced us to go with an upgrade.  He made us feel like we were crazy if we went with the lower option.  This was our first time dealing with a major remodel and since we wanted to do this right, we agreed.  They were backed up and he told us that they would not be able to get to us until September, October at the latest.  He assured us that it was because they were such a good company and their product was so popular.  We agreed to wait that long because we wanted it done right and he convinced us that it would be.  We were also told that we would have to do all of the painting because they did not provide that service.  We should have known right there that for the price they charged, painting should have been included, but we just brushed it off and figured that we could take time and choose the colors and since the bathroom was small, it wouldn't be too much to paint.  We wish we would have listened to our gut instinct and chose someone else.

In mid-October, they finally came out.  They sent 1 man to do the entire installation.  Luckily my husband was here to assist him, such as helping him to carry stuff in and out of the house and crawling under the house to turn the water on and off for him.  Had he not been here, I do not know how the work could have gotten done, especially in a timely manner.

When the salesman was selling us the upgrades, I don't think it was measured correctly because certain upgrades did not fit well in our bathroom, such as the elongated toilet, large pedestal sink and sliding glass shower doors.  Once everything was put in place, it was very cramped.  Since the toilet was an elongated one, whenever you sit on it, your knees almost touch the oversized pedestal sink.  The shower doors opened from the sides, and that is where the sink and toilet is, so when you went to take a shower, you almost had to stand on the toilet to get in the bathtub.  I thought that since their speciality was bathrooms, they would know when something is too big for a small space.  My husband convinced the installer to take the shower doors off, but there was nothing that could be done about the too big toilet and sink.  When my husband called Re-Bath concerning the shower doors, they told him that they had never seen a bathroom where the shower doors did not work.  At first they told him that they could not give us a refund on the shower doors since they had already been installed, but the salesman convinced the manager to give us a partial refund (I think we got back about 20% or so of the purchase price).

Overall we are extremely disappointed with their work.  We were assured that their product was top quality, but it really feels like cheap plastic.  When you touch the walls, it feels cheap.  When we were looking at getting the bathroom remodeled, I wish we would have known the poor quality of their product.  We paid over $10,000 that is in my opinion not worth $5,000. Even the towel bar and toilet paper roll felt cheap. We were also disappointed with having to do the painting of the ceiling and top 1/2 of the walls ourselves.  I have had better experiences at bad used car lots.
