    Reston Limousine
    Our driver Ed was wonderful, he arrived early, went over the plan with me, helped the teens load their luggage in the rear compartment and was very patient as we waited for a teen delayed by traffic in the pouring rain.  He had years of experience and we felt comfortable with him behind the wheel.  The bus was immaculate and very comfortable, we played a movie during the trip and the equipment was perfect.  At one point we had a teen start to feel ill and Ed pulled over in a safe location and allowed us to get her off the bus to get some air and she continued on with no problem.
    I am so pleased with the customer service provided by Reston Limo from my first contact to my last.  We will definitely use their services again.

    They're terrible. I would rate them horrible. Their punctuality was okay. They showed up when they were supposed to. The problem is the driver took the longest route possible to our final destination which made us late to our reservations and then they charged me an hour overtime which really just due to his making us late in the first place. And then I called them to complain about that and the owner totally disregarded what I said. In other words, the driver, when I realized said he was going way out of his way in the wrong direction, and I asked him why he was going that way, he told me to avoid traffic on 66 from my house. So, the bottom line is that if he had gone the closer route, even if he ran into traffic, he would have beaten the time by going that route. He went into traffice the other way too. He went way out of his way. If I gave you the route from my house, there is like several options to go from my house to Washington DC. He didn't take any of those. He went way South to get on 95 South, get on 495, 395. We were 45 minutes late to our reservation. I would never use them again.  Their service is lousy. I had my 86-year-old mother with us and instead of bringing us to the door of the restaurant, he dropped us off at National Harbor which required her to walk about a block and a half. Meanwhile, when I asked the restaurant can they pull up right in front of the door, they said yes. So, when I called him that we were returning, he was able to come up there. So, there's no excuse why he could not have dropped us off at the door. There was no consideration at all for an 86-year-old woman. The tip was required along with payment when they picked us up at the house, and then when they brought us home and so it was an hour past our original time to be home, he said that he had to charge me overtime.

    I called the owner and complained and that he went that way to avoid traffic on 66. Even taking 66 with traffic would have gotten us there in a speedier time. I know these roads. I commute. Our trip was on Tuesday 21st. I called on Thursday, spoke to the office manager. So, I didn't speak to the owner, but I told the office manager everything. She was going to call me back. She didn't call me back so I called her back on Friday. And she said that she spoke to the owner, get this, and he said to her, "What happened that took her so long to call?" I said, "Excuse me, I called you within 48 hours of the date of the trip." I said, "I happened to work." That was his response. So, the bottom line is when I called her back on Friday, she said, "Well, I will let him know." And, she wasn't going to be there today. "I will have him call you." Well, today, I called him, left him a message. He did return my call. He said the driver took that route because he wanted to avoid 66. I said that is the longest route possible. He went down from house by at least 30 minutes. We had a reservation for 6:30 in Washington. He knew that. He had to stop in Arlington to pick up a friend. He knew that too. Even with that, we still could have been there in an hour even with traffic on 66. From my house to Washington, it's 25 minutes without traffic. If you hit traffic, you're still within an hour. It's crazy. Anyway, he's not refunding my $96 and I will never use them again. I think he must be a lousy businessman. He didn't seem to care.

    Booked ahead of time for an 6 AM Sunday pickup at an obscure address in Reston.  Arrived on time, no problems.  The only possible concern was the cost -- $33 for the trip to Dulles -- which seemed high.  But maybe that's a standard fare, I haven't done that trip in a while.

    The service was superb!  Bechir was on time (early) for our early travel to National Airport.  He helped with luggage, changed routes when he noted an accident the way we would have gone--even delivered the luggage to inside the door at the airport.  We were very happy with this business and recommend it highly.

    Hired them to drive us around DC.  Fantastic job and driver Tee was great.  Was able to get around DC very easily.  Great way to tour with relatives.  Great company to do business with.

    Reliable Limousine and Bus Service, LLC
    When making the reservations, the gentleman at Reliable Limo was very helpful and pleasant to deal with over the phone.
    The first trip confirmation of the 'to and from' locations had errors in the pick up and drop off information. They were very responsive in making adjustments to correct the wrong addresses and resend the contracts.
    When I contacted Reliable Limo to confirm the event the day before, they indicated that we were on track for the correct addresses and times for pickups as contracted.
    I specifically requested a SEDAN for this service (to and from) because they were transporting 3 women in their 70's who DO NOT have the mobility to get in a limo or climb up into an SUV.
    On the night of the pick up, it seems Reliable Limo was overbooked for the first leg of this trip and they and quot;contractedand quot; with another limo service who sent an SUV for the pick up.
    and quot;Sedan Requestedand quot; was specifically noted in my contract and was completely ignored. I was neither informed by Reliable Limo about the switch in providers NOR that the wrong vehicle type was sent. I didn't find out about the SUV until 3 days later when my 79-year old Aunt was complaining about the driver having to push her rear-end up to get her into the vehicle.
    On October 15th, I was charged $132.60; the amount stated in the 2-page contract for both legs of the trip. On October 22, I was charged another $153.80. This was apparently for the second trip. OK, so it was my fault that I didn't ask them to show the ENTIRE cost of both trips on the original contracts; not just the one leg.
    The responsibility is on me to be a savvy consumer and understand the ENTIRE cost of the service for which I am contracting. I accept that role.
    However, it did feel suspicious that the billing was NOT indicated as two separate charges on the contract AND that the two charges were made on two separate dates seven days apart.
    Ask questions about EVERY detail when making car service arrangements; be sure to get costs for BOTH legs of the trip on your contract AND ask about how overbooking AND errors/oversights, AND wait time charges will be handled.

    I made the reservation a few days before we travelled.  We requested pick up at 4:00 PM -- when the driver, Mo, was not there at 4:10 I phoned Mike and just about that time the driver showed up.  It turned out he was down the street! He had one digit off the address.  This was not a big deal as we had plenty of time.  But as we were on the way, Mike phoned me to be sure everything was okay and then insisted on charging us only half the cost for the outgoing trip -- very nice!  We returned a week later, on time but it was nearly midnight.  Mike texted me to confirm our arrival, and then Mo phoned when we arrived to be sure we were okay.  We met up with Mo easily and had a relaxing drive home from the airport, no hassles!  Definitely recommend these guys -- very clean SUV, great service, no hassles.

    My sister, her son and I arrived at the Atour Hotel in Xi'an China and found our two non-smoking rooms reeked of tobacco smoke. Both rooms had non-smoking signs on the to ashtrays! My ashtray had been recently used! We asked for new rooms and were told the hotel was sold out. I contacted and was told they would have to find another hotel, and they could not guarantee location or additional travel costs.
    We went back to the hotel front desk and I loudly demanded new rooms. The second rooms were slightly cleaner but the room my nephew was in had small winged insects that bit his legs and face! Poor three-year-old boy! did nothing and the hotel told us they would do nothing more. We stayed the three nights we had paid for and left. We were not offered a dime in compensation.
    So were not thrilled to go to the next hotel, Buddha Zen in Chengdu. It was actually a nice hotel, though, clean and a great location. We were so relieved after arrival, I didn't notice we had been overcharged at check in by nearly US$1,000! When I went back to the front desk, I was told there was no manager available and it would be settled up at check out.
    At check out, my trusting nature turned out to be my downfall. The same hotel clerk who had checked us in attempted to check us out and refused the refund. I yelled and cursed and tore up the credit card slip. Finally she issued the refund but she was angry. She followed my sister, nephew and me to the street and grabbed my nephew's small bag...demanding American cash for herself. She grabbed at a toddler! Uncivilized. I gave her $20, and she walked away.
    There were other problems. The Xi'an hotel was advertised by that the hotel accepted American Express. But they demanded Visa or Mastercard at check in, so I had to pay a 2% premium on foreign exchange (that AmEx doesn't charge).
    Avoid It must be the worst travel website ever. I contacted them after return to ask that they make me whole and just received a form email telling me to go pound sand.

    All Stretched Limousine Service
    The driver was not on time and had to stop for gas about 5-10 minutes after he picked us up. It was awkward. Also, it was also like he didn't know where he was going. He was trying to use his iphone to navigate, but he kept getting lost and I had to sit behind him, coaching him, with my own phone -- which ended up dying. We called his boss, who then called the driver. We got an extra hour of service for the trouble.

    I seriously needed some cooling down time before writing this review. This is my cooled down version. When I spoke to TeamSKY, I explained that this was a very special occasion and we wanted a special decked out super stretch limo with a fun driver for family of five females 76 to 50 who gather once a year to do something special together. This year was a limo ride and dinner cruise. The limo showed up on time. It just goes down from there. The driver, which I can't name because he didn't give it to us, was obviously uncomfortable with a group of females. He actually bordered rude. The limo itself was older, noise and uncomfortable. It made a continuous loud thumping noise near the rear tire well. We left at 6:15 to go from Herndon to Pier 4 in DC by 7:15. Traffic was bad and I thought we had allowed enough time to get there but, I hadn't anticipated  that our driver would get lost! When we finally made it to the Pier, he didn't know where the Spirit was and just pulled over to the side of the road! He said I should go ask someone. Furious, I had to get out in the cold rain, walk down to the marina and ask directions! We finally arrived at 7:45, 15 minutes before departure totally stressed out. There is more but, the point is, I would never recommend this company to anyone. What a dissapointment.
