    Cost was excessive for the time spend and work done. Part price was double what I found on the internet and labor was 4X what it cost my neighbor to do the exact same procedures on the exact same model snowblower with a different service provider. I'll never go there again - prices are excessive.

    They got it back to me before promised. I can't compare price because I'm not sure what other places charge because a lot of places don't service mowers anymore. I also bought the mower there too. They have been very responsive. When I picked it up they told me what they had done. They are thorough.

    I have used them for a number of things and I like the company very much. I took my snowblower to them. They did not come out. I did not really price it out. I just took it to them. It is what it is. It is a local company. They have been in business for quite a few years. They have always been reliable. The workers seem fine. Everything they did was very professional.

    I got in touch with Jason at AJ's on the first try. We agreed on the day and time as well as approximate price and he came to the house right on schedule. He tuned the engine, filled the tires, leveled the mowing deck, and sharpened the blades for $5 less than his original quote. I will definitely use his service again.

    Excellent service. I called in the evening Steve came out the next day and picked up the mower. He called me one day later to say it was working great and did I want a general tune up in addition to the carburetor work. I said yes and made an appointment to have it returned on Saturday. I ended up have a full work up, lube, cleaning blade sharpening etc. He was punctual, professional and knew his business. In addition to the repair he provided advice about how to avoid this problem in the future.

    Initial call took half an hour to review policies of lawn tractor repair and servicing, pickup and delivery costs and credit card deposit including taking unit from shed.
    Then today called to schedule pickup and told by manager that if in shed needs 2nd guy and more charges.  I told him that his employee knew where to pickup when I called and went over all charges, he stated that his driver is "older" and needs help and I stated not my problem.  Things escalated fast and he really p***** me off and I canceled job.  You cannot promise one thing and not abide by it!  I will be throwing my lawn tractor in the trash and buying a new one rather than dealing with these people.  I spoke to Ray the owner who said he will note the problem but didn't offer any help resolve!
    I thought based on good reviews I would get better service!

    Great communication and quick response time.  Drained excess oil, noted that I had water in the gas tank, changed the spark plug and it now starts on the first pull.  The turnaround time was great and he as very easy to work with.

    I went to Lawn and Leisure Power to purchase a trimmer and some accessories.  When I entered the store I saw a gentleman helping a customer with trimmers so I stood by the echo line waiting for that customer to be done.  While the customer was talking to the employee he answered the phone several times and then went back to the customer in between.  There was someone else at the counter that was helping only one customer.  While I waited a few more customers came in.  The employee was still helping the first customer.  I heard another employee walk over escorting another customer and then made the comment that he "needed to get back to his side."  Presumably that side was the furniture and not the power section.  After waiting for more than 15 minutes I decided to leave as no one in the store had even acknowledged that I was there and the first customer was still not done buying his trimmer.  
    I think they should seriously reconsider the number of employees they have working.  They lost my business today.  I saw another customer walk out without buying anything as well.  I will be looking elsewhere for my needs.

    I wanted Ken to tune-up my underpowered lawnmower if it would fix the problem. Tiffany in the office was very helpful in finding a mutually agreeable time for the work. Ken came on the designated day and got the mower running like new again. Very pleasant experience since I didn't have to do anything except put the mower in front of the house.

    Took riding mower in for periodic maintenance and diagnosis; blade lost power in thick grass. Received mower after completion without service ticket or invoice. Blade still wouldn't cut thick grass. Returned to L&L for service after lengthy discussion with manager, who stated in 30 years, they'd never had anything returned. After diagnosis, was returned to me again, but still wouldn't cut thick grass. Again, no service ticket. Decided to repair myself, discovering blade drive belt warranted replacement, an elementary maintenance item. Mower worked fine afterwards. Their inability to diagnose and repair this basic item twice casts doubt on their credibility.
