I had a custom job converting an unfinished building to a small business commercial retail space. The owner, Rich, personally came out to look at my project and was a true advisor to me on what things I needed to consider to avoid future problems, save money, and achieve the visual outcome I was hoping for. I found the entire transaction highly honest and with the upmost integrity. I was truly inspired by the wealth and depth of knowledge displayed in the design phase of the project. The crew that came out to do the work was on time, cleaned up diligently every day, displayed a high level of professionalism and produced the highest quality end product I could have imagined. Every time there was a slight deviation in plan they walked me through the options and fully explained the best resolution – and most importantly kept me in budget without charging me extra – it was as if they were committed to me and this project rather than boosting revenue and profits – this was a breath of fresh air as compared to some of my previous experiences with other companies. My small business commercial retail space is now completely finished – Insulation, drywall, flooring, door and window installation, painting, trim and molding work and roofing – all brilliantly done. ACapital Masonry LLCI was so impressed with Capital Masonry, LLC. It was a great all around experience with the staff, the communication, and the outcome of the projects. Every area was handled with expertise and professionalism. They constructed boulder steps along the side of my house, down a steep slope. The steps look amazing! They also fixed deteriorating joints on my window sills, cracks on my front steps, as well as on my patio. The end result with all the other repairs were a smooth, professional looking finish. ACapital Masonry LLCMike and Garrett were fantastic to work with. Our front stairs are quite long (42 steps from carport to front door, with a landing) and had been coming part. They explained the job well in advance and we very flexible with scheduling. They completed the job on time and for the price quoted. The crew was professional, courteous and hard working. AJP Companies IncExcellent company to work with. JP Companies removed and installed a new concrete porch and carport pad. The crew arrived on time, complete the work quickly and left the job site clean. We had a few challenges due to an adjacent cement pad and a awkward front entrance. Paulo made some recommendations with confidence only experience can bring to resolve/minimize the issues. Can’t ask for more. AEddie Lovius promptly and professionally responded to my request for a quotation. He came to the house and took measurements and returned a reasonable quotation to me by e-mail. As it turned out, my project had morphed from one of simple concrete replacement to a combo of hardscape and landscape, so I ended up going with another company that provided both services. I would have had no problem accepting Lifetime Stones quote on the job if my needs hadn't changed.

AI highly recommend Juan Padilla and USCG Construction. Juan’s company completed a concrete driveway and retaining wall project for us in the summer of 2020. The driveway is large enough for four cars. Juan took care of obtaining the required VDOT permit and for a small fee he also posted the bond that VDOT requires (and the work passed with no issues). Juan installed a 4-foot paver section beside the driveway (over our gas line). He also installed a U-shaped retaining wall along one side of the driveway and a single retaining wall along the other side. He was flexible and gave us a good price when we decided to increase the length and height of one wall during the project. The work is beautiful and is holding up very well. Because of the pandemic, our original choice of retaining wall material had become unavailable, and Juan worked to locate a replacement product that we like better than our original choice. Juan was easy to work with and prepared a clear and professional contract and gave us a good price. His guys worked hard and were respectful of our property. The work added to our home's appeal and functionality and we're happy we chose USCG and Juan.
