Well, except his ankle was nicked ... they told me immediately upon my arrival to pick him up ... they were very apologetic.

They're excellent. The lady that owns it has been here  for a number of years, excellent. Started out with cats I think is her preference but oh no their really good, lot's of people use them. And I've never had any complaints with them taking care of her and all of that it. I have been going to Canine Carousel for about 10 years with my dogs and cats. The straight through service, although it is at extra cost, is very convenient. With this service, they take care of your pet right away and call you as soon as they are ready to be picked up. It is helpful if you have a nervous pet.
