    In this day and age, it is difficult to find an honest and competent auto repair shop. I have used C&C Garage for over 8 years for both of my cars. I have found them to be honest, reasonably-priced, easy to work with, and very competent. A recent event just underscored how downright trustworthy they are. I went to a nearby tire retailer for an oil change and walked out with a recommendation that nearly $4K in repairs should be done. Well, no one does major repairs on my cars other than C&C Garage. So I brought my car in and was shocked to learn that none (yes, none) of the recommended repairs were needed! C&C Garage could have very easily confirmed some or all of the repairs, pocketed the money, and I wouldn't have known anything was up. Instead, they charged me $50 for their time and saved me from a total fraud -- $4K in bogus repairs. In my book, it doesn't get better than this!

    The mechanic spoke with me about the car and gave me an estimate for all the things that were wrong with it, and recommended strongly that I return it to the dealership. I considered the cost, kept it, and had the work done. Over the past three years my mechanic has done many repairs, many involving the computer and electrical system, as warned. He finally said enough is enough to get a new car. And to promise that if he says No to the car, that I will not buy it. Needless to say, I brought in a car that I thought might pass from someone I knew. Unfortunately, the answer was No. Needless to say, I passed on the deal. I trust them, and they have never let me down. In some cases a repair that is needed is out of range, but they will give me risks and short-term solutions with the warning of what to expect when. While waiting for my car, most of the people in the waiting area have been going to them for years. People trust them.

    Drove car in with intermittent transmission problem starting from rest but driveable. Was at first told they were looking for a part. Then after a day they said transmission was shot. I expected to be able to drive it away but could not. If I had towed the car in, this would be acceptable. But they did not return it in the same condition it had arrived and took no responsibility for it. One mechanic told me he thought I had towed it in. Couldn���t trust them any more.

    It didn't go well at all. I left the shop after the service still with a check engine light on after 4 visits, car still driving erratically, and UNSAFE. They said there was a short they could not find or diagnose and I needed to take it to a specialist. The new shop was able to diagnose the problem as a short in the controller for the high pressure fuel pump which was cracked and leaking fuel. The determined that it was likely cracked by NTB during installation of the serpentine belt and water pipe. Also, the new belt was cutting into the water distribution pipe as they bent the pulley removing or reinstalling to the water pump. And in removing the water pipe it was found to have been installed with RTV putty instead of the proper o-rings. One of the vacuum hose attachment points wad been broken off and the drilled out and replaced with a brake bleeder valve. A manifold flap was installed backwards and in the open position. 2 injector o-rings were of the wrong type and leaking. Also a chunk the plenum was cracked off. I then had to return to retrieve the 2 engine covers. I had to spend another $3427.00 to have it fixed and NTB is refusing to do anything to make it right.

    Did a repair for me months ago that required the gas tank to be reflled. While the repair went ok I was a little put off that they charged me over 3.50 a gallon for regular gas. There is a gas station next door so it wasnt like they had to go a long way. That bit og gouging makes me wonder where else I may have been overcharged. Called back to enquire and they used obscene language. Would not recommend especially since there are other places close by that are more professional.

    I have gone to them for about 20 years and they are excellent. They are professional and I have never had any problems with their work. They provide a shuttle service and are just great to work with. Their workmanship is top notch and I would recommend them as well.

    My experience was not good at all. I purchased a Groupon deal with Dulles Automotive Service Center for brake work. Then I tried to redeem it. Good luck! Called multiple times for two days and never got anyone to answer. No ability to leave a message either. Phone just rang and rang. Keep in mind that my brakes were failing on my primary work vehicle, and I needed help! I thought I might have been given the wrong number, so I looked them up on the Web. It was correct - but I also found out these guys have a litany of complaints for bad service, and an F rating from the Better Business Bureau. Should have checked Angie's List before buying the Groupon! I ended up canceling the Groupon and getting my money back. I found an A Rated brake specialist on Angie's List, and I'm glad I did. Don't waste your time like I did with this business.

    Casey's Automotive was referred to me by a friend. I was looking to have a suspension lift, new wheels, and larger tires put on my 14 Wrangler JK. I went to Casey's to speak with Brendan about how to proceed. It was busy that day but he still made time to thoroughly review what I was trying to accomplish. Brendan worked with me to determine what my goal was rather than just making blanket recommendations. He almost immediately earned my trust and the best part was that he genuinely seemed excited to do the work. I think what hooked me though was another customer than came in while I was there to drop off her car. She left and after about 15 minutes came back with a couple dozen muffins for everyone that worked there. When's the last time you took your car to get serviced at a dealership and brought everyone food? I think that speaks to the caliber of the business in general, so Brendan and I put together a plan, he gave me some homework(for wheel design etc.), we shook hands, and decided to circle back Monday. He walked me through all the choices, and made recommendations based on his experience. He never tried to upsell me or push more expensive options. I truly felt that what he suggested for the lift/wheels/tires would be something he would do for himself. Brendan was realistic about the cost(which was very competitive vs. other auto shops). Before we had finished laying out the build I already had a pen in my hand ready to sign. They took my credit card(but did not charge me a dime), order the parts, and in a week I took my Jeep in for the work Wednesday morning. I drove it home Thursday. To say I am pleased with the results would not do it justice. The Jeep looks fantastic. My kids just about popped their tops over it. Casey's has 100% earned my future business(I only went to the dealership before this). I'm already thinking about what modifications to make next, and I will absolutely be bringing it to Casey's. So a couple of things in summary about the process: 1. Everything promised was delivered on time, the estimates, the parts, and the build. 2. Brendan was in constant communication. Not once did I ever have issue getting in touch with him 3. It was a 5 star experience, stem to stern. Great job to the team at Casey's

    The work was done on time and done well. The only thing I would mention is that I agreed to use "after market" (generic) parts to keep the cost down. These parts don't have the same guarantee as genuine Honda parts.
