Provided valuable suggestions for desired extension underdeck patio connecting to existing patio. Although delayed by weather, once work started, hard working crew and completed excavation (by hand! because of location of patio) and paver deck under our deck in 3 days! Also remulched garden areas around the new patio to make the entire area look fresh. Also gave recommendations for maintenance of existing patio (stamped concrete) to enhance appearance of that area. Biggest negative issue was again because of weather the week prior--lawn was quite soggy and heavy wheelbarrow loads damaged patches of lawn which will be a challenge to repair during hot summer sun months.

Nice ideas, but they never returned my call when I wanted to move ahead with the job, so we went with "the other guy." So, I would hire them again, but they need to return calls more promptly or will again lose another job..."the other guy" just did another $6000 job for us, and we were very pleased.

Mackie and his crew did exceptional work. He designed and installed our landscape plan, including replacing the concrete walk with pavers and overlaying our concrete front porch with pavers. Mackie was personally on-site during the entire process, to make sure the job was done correctly, to answer any questions we had, and to bounce ideas off of us. His team was punctual and professional. We would definitely use Omega again, and won't hesitate to recommend them.

I signed a contract in March 2015 for a deck and patio
to be completed by May 30th. I am writing this review on August 12, 2015. All I
have for my $30,100 payment of a total contract job of $38,000 is a framed deck
and Trex. No railing, pergola, ground prep under deck, and no patio. Repeated
calls and text messages have had no effect. I was informed by one of his
installers that that Jon Parsons the owner of Deckorators did not pay him. I
haven't see that installer again. Jon Parsons has not made one promised date
for any work he was to complete. I am now sitting here with railings and
pergola materials on my driveway with no indication of if or when it will get
installed and that is only a small part of the work and materials already paid
but not in my possession or installed. I am wondering if I will ever get this
done or my money back. I have sent a registered letter to him that was ignored.
He also informed me that he is having money problems and is in the middle of a
trademark infringement lawsuit that is giving him trouble. But he has $30,100
of my money and I don't have a completed deck or patio.
Do yourself a favor, do not hire this contractor. 9/10/15 - The issue has now been resolved. They completed the job as requested.

We had to install a new sump/downspout drainage pipe.  This required the removal of some patio pavers.  Custom Care is going to be doing some yard work for us and we saw that they also did landscaping, patios, and stone work.  I called, gave them the size of the area to be re-installed and asked if they could do that small job.  Scott called back and said they could and would be happy to do so.  He was able to get Freddie and JR out within two days!! Yahoo!  What customer service.  I had a picture of the pavers/patio that I had taken.  The pavers were of odd sizes so they would create a pattern.  The picture allowed Freddie and JR to replace them so they matched the rest of the patio area.  Freddie and JR showed up on time, had all the equipment needed and got right to work.  They were easy to communicate with, really "knew their stuff", AND DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB!  They made sure the pavers slanted away from the house, and even notched two pavers so they fit the new piping.  The sand they brought to use as a base and between the pavers was even better and finer quality than what was used originally.  It made a difference.  I wish that quality had been used when the patio was first installed.  After they finished Freddie and JR cleaned up very well, and took away excess material we had taken out when the pavers were removed for the drain work.  They even took a few minutes to remove some excessive mulch that was piled up on our siding and around our gas meter.  There was a wire sticking up by the gas meter which I commented on.  Freddie told me it was for the gas company to attach a device to read the meter.  Not only were they good at what they did, but they educated me also.  A bonus.  I like to be an informed homeowner.  Never having had gas before, I now know a little more of how things operate thanks to Freddie.

Masonry Specialist removed a 55 foot long, 33 inch wide sidewalk and replaced it with a 42 inch wide sidewalk. They added curves at the corners where it had been squared off before. They jack-hammered up the old sidewalk removed all the old cement and created a form for the wider curved sidewalk.  On the second day, the cement was poured and the sidewalk completed.  The crew was extremely polite and pleasant to work with.  They cleaned up beyond our expectations when finished. We would happily use them again.

Very good, we love the results. Stan Riffle, the contractor, is very easy to work with, and best of all he is a perfectionist. Every thing done to our house was inspected daily by Stan.  His employees are courteous and know what they are doing. Never had an issue.
When we purchased the house last year there were numerous thing we wanted done to make it our own. Stan started by painting  our main level and upper level areas.  He started shortly before Thanksgiving and promised us he'd be done before the holiday.  He was true to his word and the paint job was perfect. Next we had Stan finish our partially finished basement. He took down walls, to open up the room, put up dry walls, painted, and put up lighting. He built a large cedar closet and roughed in a 450 sq foot wine cellar for me. I also had him put in a wet bar with sink, dishwasher, wine cabinet and kegorator. He also roughed in a serving bar for me which I finished. We are very happy with the results. We also had Stan remove the paver patio that came with the house and replace it with a stone patio with stone walls and insert for a barbecue and we had him replace the decking on the deck with Trex Transends and insert a under deck drainage system so the area under the deck could be used in bad weather. Again the results are great. During the course of the work we found very few and I mean very few things that were not done correctly and he was prompt is correcting them.

Was very impressed with workmanship of the crew, really seemed to know what they were doing - very professional.  They showed up every morning by 7:30 am and worked til dark even in 20 degree weather!  Jon the owner was very receptive and accommodating to a few changes we made.  We love our new patio and have received many compliments by passing neighbors  on jogging path behind)!

The design I'd sketched out was greatly improved by the sales person and then again by the foreman performing the installation. The end result is much better than I'd envisioned! I'm thrilled with the work - it looks amazing and is very high quality. I'm more than satisfied with all aspects of my experience working with the company and will use them again without hesitation. I highly recommend the company!

They are good at what they do.  They did a great job and we love how it turned out, however the finishing stuff they did not complete.  They were suppose to  do an enclosure around the pool pump, put in n additional gate and a few other little things.  This is when they stopped being responsive and we have not heard back from them despite a number of attempts.  It is disappointing to have it end this way as we might have used them for future work.  We had to hire someone else to finish the job.
