    Quality Advantage Home Products Inc
Quality Advantage did a beautiful job on my new bathroom remodel. From step one everyone in this company has been very pleasant to deal with. The installers were polite and kept me updated throughout the day. They cleaned everything up before leaving. The material is of great quality with many designs to choose from. I would definitely recommend Quality Advantage!

    Nells Custom Design
This contractor put my life and that of my family in jeopardy. Never met deadlines, inflated costs 100%, lied about his license used inferior products and most importantly performed work that would have guaranteed at best multiple leaks and mold at worst I would have fell through my roof. He used wall plaster on a bathroom floor and attempted to adhere the floor tile directly to the plywood using mastic. Did not add a shower pan or liner leaving nowhere for water to go. Broke my sink and incorrectly attached the dishwasher hose to the garbage disposal. After three months of not completing projects I finally terminated him. Dangerous. Unprofessional. Not licensed. I'm out more than $10000 on what I paid him and correcting his damage.

    Daco Home Improvements
There were some pretty challenging aspects of adding steal beams to the and shoring up the floor. He was working around a 1 year old baby around the house as well. The finished project retained the old colonial style all while giving it really nice modern touches. The kitchen ended up looking like something out of a showroom.

    Daco Home Improvements
The unique thing was that he was recommended by our home inspector. Scott was working on home with my wife being pregnant and after the baby was born 1-2 months and was very considerate while in the home. The level of work he completed was good and good with working around the things that would come up. Very meticulous as a finishing contractor and very knowledgeable with working with 100 year old home. We had him in our home almost everyday and felt like he was part of the family. Scott was very meticulous about cleaning up after every day.

    Stone 4 Kitchen LLC
Overall the quality and price of work is pretty good for this company. The office staff was top notch and really helped guide us in design and choosing products. The installers did a good job adapting and overcoming obstacles to make the counter tops look good. However they make a total mess, with granite dust all over the house and don't clean up after themselves (even in their immediate work area). Also they don't do any real finish work (moldings didn't match up to new granite), I would expect spending over $4k that it would be a "turn-key" job. Also they told me that it would only take a 1/2 day, and after showing up an hour late it took almost 3 days. There seems to be bad communication between the estimator and the install crew. Also I was never told that I needed to hire a plumber to reinstall the sinks, again assuming a "turn-key" job.

Bathrooms Made Easy by Ryan Inc
I can't say enough good things about Ryan! He came to do the estimate and was very up front with everything. When he came back with a window specialist because we needed to make window by tub much smaller so neighbors couldn't see in we showed him the tile we wanted put in shower. He said he will do what ever we wanted but told us he didn't recommend and he was afraid we wouldn't be happy in the long run. He was right we went tile shopping and found one MUCH better per his advice. I loved he would do what we wanted but offered advice...which we took on just about everything if not everything and can say so thankful we did. We added on as we went making it a longer project then expected but he never gave attitude and was very nice about it. He was super clean and cleaned up after himself everyday. We plan to have him do more work for us in future!!

    Total Home Improvements
Project was carefully evaluated, a cost estimate and time frame was provided. Pros came on time, cut the window out and replaced with the new one without any damage to existing outside dryvit or inside trim or drywall. Custom PVC trim was used to seal the outside. Absolutely beautiful. Job was completed faster than anticipated. Total Home Improvement will be the company that I use for any future home repair. Can't ask for a more courteous staff or professional company.

    Titan Contracting LLC
We hired Erik Quam from Titan Contracting to rescue us from a disastrous remodel that was started by another company. Erik and crew had to redo all of the inferior work that the other company completed, before their work could begin. Erik and his crew were always prompt, polite, tidy and gave our project their complete attention. Erik listened to my ideas and offered several great ideas of his own. After 7 months of dealing with a terrible contractor, Erik and crew finished our bathroom in about one month. Our new bathroom is BEAUTIFUL and the workmanship is outstanding. We have several other projects to plan and we will definitely make Erik and Titan Contracting our FIRST and ONLY call. Thanks for everything Erik!

    RLC Contracting Company
Rick and Linda were amazing.  Rick is so talented -- his woodwork is absolutely beautiful.  All work was done to code -- never any issues with inspections.  For the most part the subcontractors used were professional and also did amazing work.  As I wasn't on site most of the time, Linda made sure every detail was fully discussed before execution.  The plans for the kitchen went back and forth many times, to include a layout drawing on the floor which was extremely helpful before I made the final commitment.  The only exception was the HVAC contractor, who did a great job with the system, but did not coordinate before making an aesthetically unpleasing installation which had to be changed (Linda took care of that) and also left a mess in the room (which I cleaned up).  The work did take longer than anticipated, but that was likely due to unforeseen complications which needed to be remedied (original footers which were not to standard and therefore had to be replaced; cement walls still resident in the original house which needed to be removed before lifting; etc).  The price was probably higher than other contractors, but the value was tremendous.  Completely trustworthy I used RLC before this major work and will use them in the future.

The countertop and backsplash subcontractors for Lowe's did an excellent job. On time, pleasant, very good work. It looks beautiful! The front door subcontractor did an excellent job. The door is also beautiful! ...But Lowe's vender sent the wrong size door the first time and left critical parts out the second time it was ordered. The delays added several months to the job. The subcontractor is the only one that does large front doors for Lowe's; therefore, even when the door came in, we had to wait several weeks before it could be installed. As far as the job, itself, the subcontractors did a wonderful job and I would recommend them highly. Just don't be in a rush to get your door!
