    Everything went awesome as expected. They go above and beyond what's required. The rooms are now open, spacious,and airy. They take care of trash removal, even helped with several loads of clothes and moving things around between rooms, which may require going up and down 2 flights of stairs when necessary. They also assembled and reassembled some laundry and small office furniture that I had.

    I decided to employ the services of iOS after the prompt reply to my email. After my free consultation with Tria, we were assigned Lubbi, whom I had the pleasure of working with. Lubbi was very professional but very down-to-earth as well. She was accommodating to our needs and she was quite easy to work with. She staged our home quickly and did a great job choosing styles and colors to suit my home. Our home went on the market and after three showings we got an offer within a month. I do believe that iOS played an important role in our quick sale. We highly recommend Lubbi and the iOS team to others.

    Frank showed up at the stated time and was very polite calling me (Mr.) which was nice but not necessary, he asked what did I want done and showed him what was needed, he then proceeded to do what was asked of him and more! I was and am very pleased with the work that he did and would definitely hire him again if needed. He did far more than expected and if you have a need to get this type of work done you have to look no further he is truly the man for the job!

    I cant say enough about the transformation that was done by the service.  My garage had been the ba in of my existence ever since we bought the home 10 years ago.   As most of you know when you first move in you have a lot of boxes that you don't know where to go, so you put it in the garage, thinking that you will get them sometime. Over time, the garage becomes the place that collects everything. No matter how hard we tried, how many time we tried, how many arguments we had over it, or how many weekends we wasted,  we could never get it straighten up and cleaned.  You have to understand how bad it was. We would never leave the garage door opened because we were ashamed of the mess, we could barely get to the refrigerator or freezer, and had one small walk way out. It was so bad, that I fully expected that I would need to purchase an additional 6 hours of service.  I had hoped the service would finally let me get  ahead of the mess.  It did so much more...... Get this, I can actually park a car in my garage, Imagine that.   This was the best money I ever spent, and well worth the cost.

    This wonderful company helped us clean out of the debris, junk and clutter.  Helped us get organized and now we can use our garage to put the 2 vehicles inside instead out outside of the garage.  We are most happy and would recommend this company to many people!!

    The advertized service was to "Organize" and clean garages. My main issue was that I could not organize the grarage myself and based on the description expected a professional organizer and a helper, which they are not. I would rate them fair to middling for cleaning a garage and poor as far as organizational skills are concerned.
    They did ok but turns out they are a house cleaning service and this was their first "organization" job. In fairness, mine was not a place to learn. My garage was full, dirty, in disaray, but that is why I needed help. They seemed to have little real concept on how to organize, mark boxes, same general items together/same area, etc. 
    They did remove large items and cleaned shelving and put those areas in good condition. Most other areas got fairly well swept with a straw broom but not vacuumed at all.  The larger areas had little organization and no boxing or labeling. Some areas did not get cleaned of webs and dust due to amount of time alloted. 
    I am now pulling out and moving things all over again but cannot organize . This was supposed to be a $300 value but they were just not sufficiently organized and knowledgeable to come in under a "organization" label. Organization is not their forte.
    In fairness, this was not an easy job. They did help me by fair cleaning and loading a lot of junk into my pickup for the dump.

    The initial contact was on time, Sherrin was our consultant. Her presentation visit was pretty long because her computer was acting up. She eventually had to leave and e-mail the drawings. When I received them I pointed out that one was incorrect. She immediately got that corrected and sent the final drawings for approval (which were fine). The work was scheduled for March 15, 2012. The installer arrived on time and went right to work. It was a two day install and it went well. One shelf was cut too short. We are still waiting for that to be replaced, but, Sherrin has stated that we will get that in two weeks. Other than the shelf not being promptly replaced, it went well.

    4-16-2012 We are still waiting for that shelf (one month later)...this seems excessive.

    I found them on Angie’s List. I am going to be using Zandra. I called her because as per the comments she had on Angie’s List, what she does is exactly what I need. She came over and I liked her a lot. I like the way she does business. She is to the point as well.

    Met w/ my project person to discuss a closet design and couldn't decide on a plan, so I decided to go w/ bookcases downstairs and worry about closet later. There is almost always some coupon available somewhere, so I was satisfied with the price - the wall of bookcases is 12 or 13 feet wide with bookcases over cabinets, and my ceilings are 10" so LOTS of space. Scheduling was easy, and the project went off on time with only a couple minor glitches (wrong drilling on one item, a few last minute adjustments for electrical outlets and heater vent). I want to add trim all the way around the room, and my planner has offered suggestions and assistance. Really enhances my living space! Now I just need to finish arranging all these shelves!

    Zandra was wonderful. This was a very intimidating task, and overwhelming to me personally. I knew I would need help, and just didn't want to subject any of my friends to suffering through it with me--and then I was introduced to Zandra! She is a miracle worker, and nothing flusters her. Her steady level headed approach mapped out a step by step, room by room plan of attack. We were incredibly methodical and organized in our approach, and were able to be incredibly detailed in our notes--which ended up swaying a Judge in my favor over some personal property disputes in divorce court. No attorney, nor Judge had seen such an elaborately detailed, itemized list of 383 items of personal property handed over to the opposing spouse--about $10,000 worth of furniture, clothing, kitchenware, toiletries, half of wedding gifts (I split them down the middle), and collectibles. So when my ex claimed "I didn't get a fair amount of personal property"--it was Zandra's itemized list that saved me in court! It was clear to all court attendees that the ex was crying wolf. Additionally, much of our budgeted time was spent sorting my office items I had brought home from a Class A office space, to sort, condense, purge, and organize what was essential to maintain for my new business. We cleared an entire guest bedroom, which was my house's infamous "junk room" no one dared to enter, and made room in my life for a beautifully appointed and well organized, space conscious, home office work space. It was a truly amazing transformation!! Zandra is part organizer, part decorator, part counselor (purging is HARD work) and she makes a difficult process a pleasure. And the result of her work is that you finally feel FREE--free of clutter, free of disarray that wastes time in your day looking for lost items, free to think clearly in an clearly open space. I never thought I'd get my living room back to looking like a Pottery Barn catalog page--it's been so many years since I had so little "junk" lying around on every possible horizontal surface--but Zandra made it happen, with patience, persistence, and quite honestly a little prayer! Zandra was heaven sent to me. I am finally free.
