    Kyle was amazing! My family piano is from the early 1900s... and we're not sure it has even been serviced since 1914 (aside from a few creative DIY repairs Kyle found). Kyle was very friendly and let me pick his brain about his experiences as a piano tuner while he worked. He made replacements for broken pieces while I was watching, and it was clear he cares deeply about his work. Almost 15 years ago, we had a piano repairman (I think in Chesapeake?) tell my mother that fixing this broken old piano would be upwards of $900, which was partially why my family held off for so many years. Kyle's rates were a shocking and wonderful surprise. I actually asked if he was sure about them! I cannot recommend Kyle enough!

    All I can say is never purchase a major item from this store unless you walk out with it in your hands.
    Went to Lowes appliance manager - Allison - to purchase a Broan range hood. The item was on display but would take two weeks to order.  I had to settle for a cheaper model and paid.  I got suspicious about the two week delivery time so I checked with the vendor and found out that it only took 3 business days.  I called the store spoke to an assistant manager and told him the appliance manager had lied; cancelled the order for the cheaper model and ordered and paid for what I originally wanted.  The store called the next day after I complained to the Lowes 800 number for customer care and informed me the item was available and it was scheduled for installation 4 days later - I arranged to take off from work.  The day before the scheduled install, the installers called to confirm.  Everything was set.  I am sitting at home, on annual leave, when the appliance manager - Allison - calls and informs me she had made a mistake and there was no installation and they didn't have the item; have a nice day.  Obviously the phony installation appointment was her way of retaliating for complaining earlier.  I still don't have what I paid for and I'm not sure that Allison even bothered to order it.

    I hate them. I wouldn't use them in future if I didn't have this agreement on treadmill. They didn't show up one time. I had stayed at home all day and they didn't show up. They just didn't show up or call it in. We bought a refrigerator from them too and they delivered the wrong stuff. We had cleaned out our old refrigerator and then they brought the wrong refrigerator. When they brought the right stuff, they didn't have the installation people to set up. So, they brought it and couldn't install it. My wife had to take two days off.

    I dropped it off on February 7, 2015 and it was not completed until around the 13th of March.  The amount of time seemed excessive (we did have about 3-4 snow days in this total).  I used this service because of the "big deal".  When I called to schedule the drop off he made it clear that there would be an additional $50.00 charge due for this service.  I got the impression that there was a minimum charge of $250.00 ( the deal was $200 of service for $99) because he quoted that extra $50 without seeing the job.  When I arrived and he was writing it up he reminded me again about the extra $50.00 that would be due.  The work itself was good.  He seemed a little put off when I wanted to see the job in the daylight.  On the day I scheduled the pick-up, he chose the time.  He then called me while I was on the way because it seems as though his schedule changed and he had to leave soon.  All in all, I didn't like the extra $50.00 charge and I did not feel any rapport with him as a service provider so I probably won't use him again.

    I called to make an appointment so that I did not want to waste a trip there so he set the time, I showed up 10 minutes prior to the appointment and he was not even there and proceeded to tell me that he forgot to put me on his schedule.  He wanted me to wait around on him for close to an hour so that he could meet me, but I refused.....decided to take my business elsewhere.

    Kyle clearly knows pianos inside and out, and enjoys working with them. The piano we bought was used and certainly isn't a high-end model, but you wouldn't have known that based on his work - he was thorough, attentive, and did not mind explaining what he was doing. I've never owned a piano before and felt comfortable asking for his advice about things like how often to get it tuned, whether I should be worried about humidity, etc.

    I have lived in the Hampton Roads area since 2011.  Not until now, have I been totally satisfied with any of the piano tuners in this area.  Kyle did a PHENOMENAL job!  Being a concert pianist, I am very difficult to please when it comes to tuning pianos.  Plus, I had an emergency piano tuning need and Kyle was able to accommodate my schedule.  I am very excited to have found Kyle.  This guy is top notch, and I HIGHLY recommend him and his work.

    I wanted to use their services, but the company refuses to provide any basic information about them to verify they exist.  They will not give any referrals, they will not provide company information, address, let you view product in advance or anything.  They are very responsive via e-mail, but are a no show when it comes to proving up that they can do what they say they can. | |Found a few unhappy customers on-line and it based on not wanting to proof up in advance, I would be very skeptical to use this company at all.  Especially since they refuse to provide a physical address or allow you to meet them or the product in person.
