    The appt was made with them on Friday afternoon to arrive Saturday between 9&10. No one showed or called. How does someone forget a business appt in less than 24 hrs??? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. That was probably a GOOD indication of the work to come...

    My ceiling fan/light fixture stopped working so I called Gault Electric and they set up an appointment for someone to come out and fix it. The were very friendly when I spoke to them on the phone and made me feel welcome so that was a good first impression. The electrician arrived on time, I showed him the problem and he diagnosed and fixed it in less than 5 minutes. The electrician was friendly and professional and I was extremely pleased that he was able to fix the problem so quickly and easily. I will definitely use this company again if I have any electrical issues.

    When I called to schedule my semi annual inspection, the technician arrived and performed the prepaid services. Imagine my surprise when two weeks later I am billed $160 by a 3d party - Bay Electric - for the contracted prepaid services. I called and was informed that Harris was out and Bay had assumed their business. As Bay was not a party to the contract they could bill freely for the previously included services and the now worthless contract holders could sue an non-existent business. Harris never told their service customers that it was disappearing. I was eventually able to get the charge reversed by pointing out I was a lawyer and their assumption of Harris was binding. However there is no guarantee that other contract holders will not be duped as I was.

    I cannot commend enough the work performed by JJ Loehr and his crew at my residence. Loehr Lightning Protection Co installed a surge suppression system during new construction in 2012. Having experienced several surge-related failures in the interim, I contacted them. Not only was the problem identified quickly, it was also fixed in a timely manner. Turns out that floating grounds were created during subsequent modifications to the house. Loehr was not responsible for the problems, but the repairs were still done under warranty. I was not expecting there to be no charge ! Bottom line; a quality service which places high value on customer satisfaction. Very refreshing in this day and age ��������� well done !

    The project was extremely challenging. The hidden wiring under the floor would not budge, so the new wiring had to be routed a new way. Daniel did a great job figuring out how to do it so it looked good. Nice! They even worked during a tropical storm, in a houseboat. We discovered there were no GFI's at the last minute, and they installed them immediately. Throughout the project, Daniel understood the complex schematics instantly, and was not flustered as obstacles kept popping up. He re-wired the new panel like he had been doing those same boat panels every day! Great attitude and work ethic and professionalism.

    REALLY well! :) We trusted them enough to leave them to do the work while we were not home! This is how much we trust Erik and his staff. We have never before felt that way. Erik feels like part of the family in a lot of ways. He cares that his customers are happy and satisfied and if they aren't he will work hard to make sure they are. We will use him again on a home we are thinking of purchasing in Burg. There are a TON of contractors out there. Very few we have found that are this good, this well priced and this dependable. HIRE THEM!
