  • Mark lied and then turned around when no one was looking, laughed in my face about what he did. He went as far as to say good luck with your transmission. He knew he has screwed me over and thought he would get away with it. The company is an LLC and not listed in their names. They have a registered agent as the owner of the company. So, if anyone wants to sue them, you have to go through the registered agent and none of their assets are attached. They used to be Free Miles, which was located in Newport News, Virginia. They were sued 49 times as Free Miles and now the cycle has started all over again in Hampton.

  • They called me and said my brakes needed to be replaced and my fuel system needed to be cleaned. I agreed and they said they'd have the vehicle ready before they closed, which they did. I drove the vehicle for a couple of days before noticing that three of the five lug nuts on the right front tire were missing. I drove back to the shop and they replaced the three missing lug nuts.

  • I've been using them for fifteen plus years.  I buy all my cars through them.  They do all my work, oil changes, coolant changes.  Whatever is wrong with it they do.  I go to them for everything I need for a car.  They are the oldest Chevrolet dealer in the country.

  • Sadly, we no longer had a relationship with Tysinger but I'd go back in a heartbeat. I would give even higher ratings than Priority which you said I could only give an A. Give them an A across the board. Those people know how to treat their customers. Loaner cars, nice waiting bays, very clean, well done.

  • They are honest, honest, honest!!!! I was quoted a price two times higher by two major companies. The store manager John was very honest and courteous. He basically told me how much it was going to cost and how the repairs went and that the other companies were overcharging me. The repairs were done in under 2 hours!!! I recommend this company to everyone.

  • I have a new car, and they do all of the factory services for free. I was in and out in like a half an hour. It's great service and great people. The staff is excellent they welcome you there and tell you what they're going to do and they take you to a little room where they keep you. They tell you it will be about half an hour and it was less than half an hour.

  • I think they were okay. It was a little long, but I'm always pleased with the service. The price wasn't really high, but to me it was high, but I'm not familiar with mechanic work. The quality was good. I go there, they don't come to me. I just started using them, so I think, right now, that everything is fine.

The agent I dealt with, Wayne Friedman, was professional, responsive, and informative throughout the entire process. Despite only one week's notice, Wayne arranged to have my vehicle picked up near my residence on the exact day I requested. When my vehicle arrived in San Diego two weeks later as promised, it was delivered directly to my residence. This was my second experience transporting a vehicle across the country, and a huge improvement over the previous vendor. I would definitely use Ship Your Car Now the next time I need to ship a vehicle.
