    Faith Child Care Ctr
I am so satisfied with their family atmospher. I really wanted my daughter to have a stable atmospher with real Christian influence. The director is very professional and you can tell she is good at what she does as her employees have almost all been employed their for 15+yrs. They are very organized and the teachers really care about the children. I love when I pick up my little one and ask her what she did and learned she always has something to say about Jesus. I really couldn't be happier. I would recommend to my family and friends!

Cayce's Association for Research and Enlightmen
I have gone to this spa and wellness center several times and every visit has been absolutely wonderful!. The therapists
are phenomenal at finding the knots and snarls and untangling them!  And this is only the massages!! I haven't taken advantage of the other services yet, but will explore some of them in the near future.
The spa is located in a beautiful, old building on the hill near the end of Atlantic Ave. in Virginia Beach away from the main chaos of the beach. It has an absolutely stunning view of the ocean from reception (and some of the rooms, I'm sure!) The building was fully remodeled last year (2014) and was finished the beginning of this year (2015). That's not to say it is sterile and cold; quite the contrary! The designers took pains to keep the homey,1930's charm and feel alive; the old doors with the glass knobs, oak floors, tall windows and high ceilings are lovely. Everything else is tastefully modern, the equipment is current or new, and the therapists are well trained and DO take additional courses and classes to stay up to date!
A word - they really try to stay on schedule so to not inconvenience other patrons! Arrive early and wear "easy" clothes; changing-times are included in the appointment time for the service you choose. The quicker you change, the more time you'll have for your massage!  :-)

    Toland Chiropractic Wellness Center
The consultation consisted of a discussion of the body parts that were causing my husband pain, a physical evaluation, and x-rays.  During the follow-up visit to discuss the x-ray results, Dr. Toland was able to not only explain what was causing my husband pain but he showed us specifically on the x-rays what was going on.  Dr. Toland prescribed a series of treatments for my husband that included of cold laser therapy and adjustments.  Our insurance covered a portion of the treatment (but did not cover any of the cold therapy) and we were impressed with the our responsible balance of the charges.  Each time my husband visits he is greated warmly and does not have to wait long at all for his treatment.  He definitely notices improvement in his pain and plans to continue his treatments.

    Rebound Chiropractic & Acupuncture
This Office is the best there is! They remember you by first name, and are so friendly and accommodating! I usually see Dr. Travis, but occasionally see Dr. Joseph. Both are very friendly and knowledgeable. They take the extra time to make sure they are meeting your needs, and explain everything. They are as gentle as possible, and I have never walked out hurting worse then I walked in, as I have with other practices.

Plus, they also serve coffee, tea and cookies in the waiting room! It feels like you are going to see a family member instead of a doctor! Since starting to see them, my pain levels have decreased greatly! I can't say enough about this practice!

    Tidewater Orthopaedic Assoc
Dr. Kingston was very congenial, upbeat, and knowledgeable. He x-rayed my knee but it didn't show anything conclusive. Upon examining my knee he said it showed symptoms of a torn meniscus (which would require surgery) but needed an MRI to be certain.
I had the MRI done, which showed no tear. He gave me a few alternatives and I chose to have an injection of a steroid pain reliever. In 3 days' time, the pain was gone and has not returned.
It was easier than I expected to get these appointments, so I didn't have to wait long. Everything went smoothly and I have no complaints.

    Tidewater Orthopedics & Spinal
Excellent results were achieved with minimal discomfort and no complications encountered. Follow up treatment and rehab services were excellent and I completed the treatments in record time. Dr Kingston and staff were caring, professional, and definitely the best medical team in the area.

    Wells Therapeutics Massage & Wellness
I have been seeing Emily Wells for massage therapy for at least 15 years. Her wellness center is 20 miles from my home and I have to travel through the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel to get there but it is still worth it. I have tried other massage therapists closer to my home but no else compares. She is very professional and friendly and has wonderful hands. She will continue to work on tight muscles until they finally relax. She has other services available including yoga classes. The center is very comfortable and welcoming.

Met with Dr Samuel Robinson about my knee pain and wouldn't you know he studied under the doctor from HSS in NYC that resurfaced my right hip so I knew right off the bat that I was in good hands. He took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my knee and all of the options and what options were and were not worth exploring. Long and short of it...he sent me to PT and my knee pain hasn't been back since!

    Orthopaedic & Spine Center
My initial contact was with Dr. McFarland. He had treated me in the past for a lis franc injury and broken bone in my foot. He recommended that Dr. Haynes treat me owing to the injury to my knee, a torn ACL.

An MRI confirmed the torn ACL. Dr. Haynes prescribed a series of physical therapy appointments with a follow-up. My goal has been to avoid surgery.

The physical therapists were excellent. I have been through physical therapy before due to a spinal injury (car accident) and sports injuries. Let's face it - it is never something you look forward to doing. This was a completely different environment. I was encouraged to work at home with a set of exercises. Not once did I feel I was browbeaten or belittled because I didn't progress. The team of therapists were sticklers on how the exercises were performed but always encouraged me. It was by far one of the positive experiences I have ever had with regards to physical therapy. The hours were convenient. I would recommend them wholeheartedly!

I had a follow up with Dr. Haynes. My progress has continued with regards to mobility and healing. It has been over a week without my brace. I still have some soreness but overall it has been very manageable.

I have continued with the physical therapy exercises at home and at work. I have one more appointment with Dr. Haynes, in December.
