Puritan reset all of my coping flagstone as well as resurfaced the bottom of my pool

Everything went well. A "B" was given to punctuality due to hot weather related delays. A "B" was given to Quality as we will see how the workmanship holds up over the winter and the next couple of years to see if it matches up with what we were told. So, far the quality is good.

Re-plaster of a pool with blue Quartz

I wouldn't recommend Puritan Whitecoat to anyone doing pool re-plaster. At first Eric, the owner seems to be very responsive and I had no problem getting in touch with him, he even brought the proposal in person to our home, but as soon as we signed the contract and paid deposit, everything changed and it was almost impossible to get a hold of him. His excuse was that there was a commercial client that he needed to take care first? I am ok with that, but not when this going on for WEEKS where you can?t find him and he doesn?t respond. At some point we were thinking that he was some kind of scammer, who took our money and ran away. Thankfully it was not the case. The plaster job was finally done, Eric didn?t check the job after, and he wasn?t supervising the process, as the result we found few imperfections that Eric promised to take care. Those imperfections still exist up to this day.

Our pool was built in 1984. Eric re-plastered the pool with a blue quartz finish. He also replaced the waterline tile with a mosaic glass tile - it is beautiful! Some of the original coping tiles were loose and were re-cemented. All the coping tile was re-grouted. The concrete decking had some cracks which were caulked with a similar color caulk. The joint between the coping and the deck was also caulked. One section of the deck had settled and shifted over the years. Eric was able to level it and it now looks like new. Eric also installed a new Loop-Lock pool cover and closed the pool last fall.

The pool blue quartz plaster and glass tile look beautiful! The decking repairs and re-caulking look great. The work was done last fall and Eric came back this spring to acid wash the plaster - we are very pleased with the blue quartz and the glass tile.. Eric was able to repair the decking and coping so that we did not need to have them replaced. Some of the other contractors we spoke to would not have repaired the decking. This spring Eric helped us when we needed to plug the drain pipes to make some repairs. We had a great experience with him and highly recommend him.

Puritan resurfaced our pool with a quartz base finish which looks absolutely beautiful.

Excellent service, excellent quality. After some minor problems initially, Eric and his crew made sure that our pool was perfect and that we were completely happy with the outcome. They even worked on Saturday and Sunday. I would highly recommend this company.

Drained, pressure washed & prep'd for white coat. Plaster/white coat job completed. (note: the pool had not been used for 2yrs. Their job was excellent in spite of the swamp like conditions of the pool.)
