    All American Painting Plus Inc
very timely, professional work. Estimator showed up on time and provided a very detailed estimate so we knew everything up front. Excellent communication. Workers were very careful and skilled and cleaned up site every day. Juan and Jose were excellent. I would hire them again.

    Manor Works Painting
Overall very well. Neighbors were impressed! Manor Works office staff and painting crew were easy to work with, responsive and professional. Painting crew did a good job keeping work site clean every day! Overall quality is excellent, however the east-facing wall still needs work. This side of house gets hammered by the sun, and although the crew prepped extensively, the siding on this wall still needs additional sanding, sealing and caulking, followed by another coat of paint. The wood siding was in worse shape than I thought. Very reasonable quote for additional prep and coat not included in original quote. I expect this wall will look as good as the rest of the house once that's done. Bottom line - I recommended this company to our next door neighbors, and I recommend them to you.

    Rent-A-Pro Handyman Services LLC
They are very responsive, but as it got more and more I had a trouble getting them trying to finish the work. I found them very expensive because the charge $75 per hour. But they are charging me $67 because of the Angie's List discount.

    Loayes Painting
Everything Edwin and his crew did was top notch. His carpenter, Pedro, is excellent and matched all the molding in my house perfectly. Beni and Felix did a great job of painting, framing etc. I have continued to call Edwin for more work on another home I have, and highly recommend him. He will be my go to guy for years to come.

Went great. We are very happy with the results. Rich kept things on schedule and kept us informed. He retiled everything and put in a heated floor and free standing tub and replaced all vanities and mirrors. Also replaced the main entranceway with a sliding pocket door. Replaced all the lighting in the bathroom and closets with new LED spotlights. Added a freestanding heater. Put in a rainfall shower and multiple showerheads.

Michael Nash Design Build & Homes
We had a very good experience working with Michael Nash in early 2018, for a full kitchen remodel. Sonny, the owner, came to our house for an estimate, and we were impressed with his vision for the kitchen. As opposed to other contractors who asked us what we wanted (and we didn't know), Sonny knew exactly how to design a proper kitchen. The design process, overall, was excellent. We worked with Oliver, who was knowledgeable, patient and opinionated in a good way without being overbearing. Nash offers a package price which includes your choice of everything in the showroom. We loved this aspect of working with Nash, as it made it very easy to make good design choices about the kitchen without being nickel-and-dimed for upgrades, as with other contractors. Even during the construction phase, Nash was willing to go beyond the standard job to do things right - one example included removing a brick wall in our sunroom that wasn't originally discussed, but was a much better way to hang cabinets there. The work quality was very good, and even though the job became larger than was originally planned, Michael Nash was agile enough to adapt. Theyve also been responsive in rectifying the minor issues that have arisen post-completion. We will definitely use them in the future, and are already in the process of getting a quote to upgrade our master bathroom. Thank you, Sonny, Oliver and the team!

Richard is excellent on so many levels. Our experiences with him have been plentiful over the years and each time he has been responsive, punctual and has performed every task as described. The schedule has been appropriate for the work contracted and the results have exceeded our expectations. We have called on him so many times and each time he has responded quickly again and again meeting our requests. You can't go wrong. His work ethic is impeccable and the results are fabulous.

    Certified Electrical Technologies
What's the difference between a Hunter Fan and a chandelier? If you don't know then CET might be a good match. When I looked up Ceiling Fan Installation and saw the Deal for 10% off from Certified Electrical Technologies for a fan installation, I thought I would give them a try. When I called, I told them that I had a Hunter fan that needed to be re-installed and that it was a Hotel Original that had an oil bath lubrication system. When they said that they weren't familiar with oil bath fans, I should have said thank you and hung up the phone. If they are 'A' rated Ceiling Fan Installation experts on Angie's list, you shouldn't have to worry. Instead, it was a waste of $350 and the job still isn't done. A Hunter Hotel Original isn't something exotic. You can order them from Home Depot. After building a house with six Hunter Hotel Original fans (which I think are beautiful fans), I learned the hard way that you need to check the oil level every five years or so or else the motor will burn out (just like a car). I had to send one back to Texas to have it repaired and signed up for this Deal to have it re-installed. Having learned my lesson with the first fan, I also wanted them to check the lubrication on the other fans, replace the rotary control switches (some would only run the fans at high speed) and balance one of the fans. Although CET is advertised as a 'ceiling fan' expert, these other three tasks that you'd expect any ceiling fan installation expert to be familiar with. If CET only considers themselves to be an "electrical contractor" and shouldn't be expected to perform these tasks, then don't advertise in the "Ceiling Fan" category. Because I read that you can burn up a fan that requires a 2.0 amp switch if you install a 1.6 amp switch, I purchased 'Original Three-Speed Stepped Wall Controls' from Hunter so that they would be available. I asked if these were what was needed and he seemed to think they were all the same. When he was done, two of the three fans would only run at relatively high speeds (neither at a low speed of less than 2 rpm). Somehow they are less responsible because they are working with switches that I furnished. That would make sense if I was providing something from third party. But if Hunter only makes two versions of a stepped wall control (that isn't remote control or doesn't also control lights), it shouldn't seem like something exotic, especially if Hunter is telling you that those fans should only be connected to their brand of wall controls. The contractor (who was very polite) attempted to balance one fan and was forthcoming about his lack of specific expertise with the task. As for the oil, they wouldn't do that except on the fan that he installed (and wasn't certain if he did it correctly). So whom you should go to if you can't get someone who advertises on Angie's List as a ceiling fan installation expert to do it?

    Shiner Roofing Siding & Windows
The skylight leaking was fixed by Shiner Roofing after we just came back from a trip and found no leaking trace in the areas that are underneath the skylight. The owner contacted me and addressed the issue quickly and efficiently after my reviews. It shows the owner of the company really cares about the business and the reputation of the company and stands behind its works. Thanks.

    Craig Sundecks & Porches
Jim was the best contractor Ive ever worked with. The design phase was a breeze. They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. On time. On budget. Cant recommend them enough.
