    It's usually too long of a wait in the waiting room.  In fact, on this visit, they had double booked the person I was there to see, so even when I got into an examination room I had to wait.  I shouldn't have been there more than 45 minutes and I was there for two hours. 
    The front desk should tell patients they are running behind when they come in the door, instead of waiting until exasperated patients get surly. 
    Otherwise, I have no problem with the professionalism and qualifications of the medical staff.

    He was able to find that problem, which emerged through different symtpoms. He was very straightforward in targeting them, and referred to them by giving me a natural prescription, and not a costly approach. He is very experienced. I saw him once 12 years ago, and he is still the same. He is very nature-oriented. The people in his office are very sympathetic. I got lost on my way to the appointment, and he recieved me with no problem. His specialty is in targeting the pathogens that cause diseases like arthritis, diabetes, and cancer -- Most infectious diseases, he knows how to find the root cause.

    They are quite professional and I like the facility. They just moved to a new building which is fantastic. They are professional in dealing check and treatment. I do have one complain, they lack lab work on board to do blood test. I can do the blood test outside after handling my insurance work separately. It is a little inconvenient but overall speaking I think it's good.

    They are great. Basically, I'm very happy with them. They have one medical assistant that could use a little patient care counseling, but she has sort of an abrasive personality but I haven't seen her in a several months so maybe she no longer works there. But in general, these people are wonderful and they've got an email system where you can send the doctor or the nurse a prescription request or a question, they post like your test results or things like that on this secure email. So I think they're very responsive, very cooperative, very easy to get to for - being as busy a practice as it is, you have a specific doctor and if they're not available, then you've got like a secondary one. They do the best they can.

    Please note my comments are overall and not related to a specific doctor. My issue is wholly on the administrative side of COR. In summary, the F rating ONLY applies to the administrative staff - (1) Cannot get anyone on the phone to schedule an appointment, (2) leave Voice mails, no one calls back, (3) Appointments are far into the future, months away. I am on the phone as I write this review, have been on hold for 33 minutes and going. This is with the Reston Office.

    They provide very high quality care and excellent specialized medicine. They know their stuff about joint repair. She had a knee repair as well as a wrist repair and they both did a great job.  They are a little high quality but they are very solicited and very attentive to her care and good outcomes and they are willing to spend time to answer questions and they care. They demonstrate caring and concern.

    Appointments usually have no wait or less than 5 minutes from scheduled time. Office staff and nurses are friendly and considerate. Check ups take about 15 minutes and are very thorough. Prescription issuance is automated and insurance billing is painless.

    He's very good, and we like him very much. He has his older patients come in every three months. I haven't found that with anyone else I've talked to, and I like that about him. We will continue to use him.

    The first time I saw him I had been pretty sick (flu like symptons) and had gone to an Urgent Care but I was not getting better. He was ontop immediately. I had mono. In the subsequent years he (and his PA, Lindy) have been proactive in monitoring my health. Recently, I had my annual physical. He, as always is very thorough as he asks all the questions and doesn't stop when you say I fell fine, no problems. I have kept on with dr Doerman even when my insurance changed. Highly recommended. Note, recently they have offered a managed care like option for new patients. Their office staff is always very pleasant and I rarely wait for more than 5 minutes. Appointments are usually pretty easy to get, especially if you can see Lindy (PA).ey any concerns.

    Elder Aide brings a brightness to the seniors the assist and it brings peace of mind to their families. Writing from months of experience I have found Elder Aide to be outstanding. They have been taking me to appointments, helping with tasks at home, assisting with walks, we have gone on outings,dined out and so much more. Their rates are quite reasonable. Their staff is well qualified for their work. They are caring, considerate, patient and most importantly careful drivers. They are dependable and make sure they are always on time. Michelle who owns, manages and schedules their appointments is kind, considerate and most knowledgeable and always ready to help assure that everything runs smoothly.
