    I called to schedule an appointment- do not know who I talked to because he would not give me his name, just the company name. He was very rude- he asked me for a 4 hour window to show up. I asked him what time they started and he said "I start my day at 4 am" He then tells me he needs $95 to drive to my house. The money is not applied to the service- it is to cover "how much trouble it is to come to your house." (I do not live far away). Excuse me- isn't this your business? I called around and this does not seem to be an industry standard. I canceled the job due to his snarky attitude and outrageous prices.

    Given a 7:30am-10:30am time window. I call at 11am wondering where he is. He tells me he's on the way but its now going to take 90 minutes to travel the 20 miles from Arlington to Great Falls. Mind you its 11am on a Tuesday morning... it will take 30 minutes according to Waze. After all the years of experience, he doesn't plan his appointments to accommodate Northern Virginia traffic? He should have never accepted my appointment for this time if he couldn't come through. I rate him fair in professionalism because he maintained a level head when I questioned him about the delay.

    Went ok. It worked for one day, but then they had to come back out and replace the same part. Mohammed is always professional and knows what he is doing. We'd give higher rating, but can take some time to schedule an appointment, and then fairly big appointment window. We keep using them (3rd time or so) because the technician is very good, and quick to point out things that truly need addressed. Plus, no hassle or questions when they had to come back out to redo the fix. Prices are pretty standard with rest of the appliance cadre in the area.

    Company / Vijay were awesome. I called and left a message for service on a Saturday morning. Called me back within 15 minutes and scheduled the appointment between 11 - 1 that day. Promised call 30 minutes before arrival, which they did. Arrived within promised window. Could tell Vijay knew his stuff, was very familiar with GE model, diagnosed problem within 5 minutes, had the part on the truck, replaced and was back running within 20 total minutes. I would have understood if he didn't have the part, but the fact that he did tells me: 1) They are a busy company -- which means they get repeat business and referrals 2) They know the business and what needs to be done 3) They are willing to put their money into inventory to keep the customer experience A+ I will refer to anyone!

    Manni did an excellent job. We had a fire in our dryer vent and in the process discovered hose connection to the washer had broken loose. We asked Manni to fix that and also replace the hoses with the pressure-rated reinforced ones. He diagnosed the problem immediately and scheduled to come back with replacement parts. Finding the parts took a bit of time, but he was in continual touch with us on the status and what to expect. Then we discovered the dryer wouldn't run without overheating, so he came back right away and diagnosed the problem. He helped us decide it was more cost effective to replace the dryer than fix it. We greatly appreciated his honesty and wanting to do what is best for us.

    The service tech fixed my broken dryer. He was extremely polite and was able to diagnose it as having a broken belt very quick. He fixed it quickly for a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

    Ali was the tech, and quickly assessed the motor of the ice maker was out of commission. A new ice maker was quickly ordered, and Ali returned in just a few days to successfully complete the repair. The ice maker is back in business, many thanks to Ali and his expertise. Both Tina and Ali are very courteous, in confirming the appointment time in advance, and calling when on the way. I highly recommend DMV appliance repair!

    The washer door stopped latching closed at the beginning of the wash cycle.  So we could not run a wash as the door would open at the slightest pressure.  This was Sunday evening so we could not contact any repair service to get it fixed.  The next day, Monday morning, I found several repair shops and of the 4 places I found here, Expert Appliance Services were the only shop that worked on Samsungs.  From the short conversation we had over the phone, he got the right part, came to the house, and had it installed very quickly on the same day!.  
    The service was done very professionally and we were very impressed with the promptness and quick turnaround.  The cost of the repair was very reasonable.  We will definitely use their services again.

    The service was excellent and I would not hesitate to use Expert Appliance Services again. The provider responded very quickly to my call and an appointment was scheduled for the very next morning. Sam, the technician, arrived right on time and in fact had given me a courtesy call to let me know that he was on his way.  Sam was very professional and assessed the problem quickly. He had the necessary parts on the truck and completed the repairs expeditiously. All in all, it was a highly satisfactory experience.

    Our Frigidaire dishwasher pretty much died (though not that old).  We called on a Thursday, were able to come out first thing on Monday (a holiday).  They ended up having to replace the control board.  The technician, Mark, was very nice and professional.  We even got an Angieslist member discount off the total cost.
